That being said, I am kind of put off by the staff that I've encountered on two trips. As I was checking out yesterday, I asked if edikted had an app or an email listing in hopes of maybe getting a coupon. The clerk turned towards I would assume to someone who was in higher authority and he shook his head no. As I started my way home, I happened to look it up and they do in fact have an app that offers a welcome coupon that you can stack. I thought that was incredibly misleading on his part. I absolutely am in love with the pants I got, but I ended up buying them online. Even with my coupon, it ended up being $10 cheaper than in store. I had to make a whole other separate trip to return my first pair. This could have all been avoided if you were clear about the app. There is a possibility that they weren't aware, but I find that hard to believe if you're in higher authority you wouldn't know. I work in customer service and totally get being overwhelmed. But this felt strange. Not particularly good vibes that would make me want to shop here again.

The staff greeted us warmly and asked what we were looking for. I couldn't quite catch the associate's name--it may have been Hailey or Bailey--but she was amazing. She helped pair a cute belt with my daughter's dress and even gave us great ideas to complete her Coachella-themed outfit.
