    On 07/17/25 I brought my 2020 Ford Raptor in for service to get oil changed and they performed a free inspection on it while I was there. They informed me that the rear brake pads were needing changed that day or it would destroy my rotors. At the time of service I didn't have hundreds of dollars to spend on brake and thought I would just get them done when I got to Ohio in a couple months since I hardly drive it much. Now in Ohio I took it to the local Fird dealership to get oil changed and asked them to check my brakes. They told me my brakes are fine and have about 80% left on them. Why would Tim Moron try sell me something I don't need Also Tim Moron did my last oil change and never put everything back together right as you can see paperwork below. If this stuff was missing they should have told me like Ford if Mansfield did. Sad is that we just bought a 2025 Bronco from them too

    Update as of 6/19. The manager, Kory and Alex both came to my home clearly described the investigation they were doing and what they hoped to change to prevent this from happening in the future. THIS is what a company should do when an issue arises. They discussed options concerning credits on an account for future service as well as reimbursement for the pads I bought and installed. I appreciate the responses I received for my experience and that they are attempting to prevent this in the future.

Within the year of having this car I had to do multiple oil changes every 2 months and in between oil changes I had to buy more oil to put in and now ALMOST a year later I just got an oil change a week ago and already bone dry so I added oil ONCE again but the car has a horrible shake almost feels like the engine is going to fall out! They connected me with Ramona Salinas, Wholesales and Dealer Trades Clerk and AR Clerk at Hemet CDJR, on 2/18/26. By 2/20/26, I had my full $2,000 refund in hand. Ramona stepped in and resolved in two days what management failed to address for weeks. She deserves recognition for doing the job others would not. I have purchased two brand new vehicles from this dealership and was very close to purchasing a third. This experience guarantees that I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership or any dealership affiliated with it.
