The next day the price was changed online and increased more than $2000.00. and the sales on site tried to say it was a weekend special , except for the fact it was a price from that Monday. definitely , not trustworthy and thier word is not worth anything, so I walked away from that trap. When purchasing a new vehicle, they will insist that you must fill out a credit application whether financing your vehicle with Ford or not. They will tell you this is for demographic and tracking purposes. THIS IS THE LIE! A Ford Pass credit card will show up in your mail shortly after. I get that service teams get behind but to wait over an hour, knowing o had an appointment at 11 i needed to leave for, they should have told me earlier. plus....when i picked up car after no service being done the check engine was on. I am so aggravated with this company, I could spit nails. We were given a used car with 180,000 miles on it but the car was essentially in decent condition. The car is nine years old, and Ford had a transmission recall on it. My husband called every Gosch dealer in the area to schedule an appointment to take the car in. He gave each one of them all the particulars, including the high mileage, and he was told by each location that it was either 150,000 miles, or 10 years. He verified that with each branch. So, we rented a car for a week, and brought the car in. We took it in to the service department at Hemet. lo and behold, the service writer tells me we don't qualify for the recall because we have too much mileage. Seriously? We call every dealership and they all tell us that we qualify, so we take the time to bring the car over, spend the money to rent a car, And we are told that what had been told to us before was a lie essentially. This is absolutely ridiculous. How is it that each branch told us the same thing, yet as soon as I get the car in, I am told they were wrong. The service writer apologized to me and said he didn't know why anybody would tell me that, but every branch told my husband that. Every single one. I came to the Quick Lane first thing Saturday morning. The two advisors Micheal and Gilbert, were very friendly and very accommodating. Unfortunately, with the quick lane being first come first serve and appointment based this causes undue stress on the advisors trying to accommodate customers. Those with appointments expect to be seen as soon as they pull up. However, when you have customers who come earlier and have their cars in the bay already the staffs hands are tied and they need to finish what they started. This "quick lane" needs to be on a first come first serve bases only and get rid of the appointments. I waited 2 hours with no appointment. Im not complaining but, if the appointments are going to supersede the walk ins then how is this a "quick lane?" I still give the advisors and staff 5 stars for their professionalism and courtesy. This is a review for the service department and collision at Gosh Ford. I came to them because I felt I could trust them as they have handled me with care the last view visits. I dropped my car off to Paul on 2/8/24 for rodent. The car pulled a code and he saw rodent nesting in my engine once I left thinking it would be seen that day it instead sat for 4 days before even being looked at so I could get a rental car. Finally got a call after me calling them constantly saying it was going to cost $900 so finally called insurance for a claim. Melanie was able to get the cost under the deductible, however, again was left in the dark about my car. I understand it takes time to call, but was told I was going to get texts and updates through the process. That was lie number one. I finally get a rental and ask Ford to get my car to get all my belongings out. It took them 45 mins and me being told Paul is going to get it when someone else was supposed to. I was irritated and Paul told me to calm down, which I would never say to anyone who is frustrated. Lastly, I was told when my car was ready at 2pm from Paul on 2/22. I can't get a hold of Melanie to get my car so I drive over. She said oh well they need to detail it. I left it for one more day. Pick up on Friday 2/23 to find it was not detailed and later had my engine steamed just incase and Paul didn't have his guys clean the engine at all! I have a 2017 Ford Escape for the last 2 years, and absolutely loved this vehicle... bought it as a certified pre-owned vehicle from a reputable Toyota dealership in my home town under the value listed on carfax, I researched the heck out of smaller SUV's and for my 107lb dog and I this was the perfect car... I drove it with kid gloves for over 2 years only driving less than 18k miles- Carfax sent me an alert that my mileage dictates that I should change the sparkplugs which is where this nightmare begins: I took the car to the Ford dealership in Temecula which is where I was staying while waiting for escrow to close on my new house in Hemet they told me it would take a week to schedule an appointment to change out the plugs, so I took it to Firestone complete care where I found very quick but incomplete service, they changed the plugs but could not reset the warning lights which they told me I would have to take to a Ford dealership, so having moved into my new home in Hemet I was pleased that there was a dealership 1/2 mile from my home. I brought it into the dealership and was told that I needed to leave the car for 2 to 3 days. Really! to reset a warning light? I didn't have the time to do so, having to drive 22 miles to work in 2 day's but was told I could get 2 recalls done for the time I had and could bring in on my next day off for the warning light the next week, sounds like a great plan right? Well, a few days later after getting the recalls taken care of, my beautiful pampered car no longer drives and after towing it to Gosch Ford Hemit it has sat for over a week- 7 fricken days for what is told to me diagnoses, my service advocate "Paul" tells me he'll keep me informed; but doesn't and he even had the nerve to give me grief about calling his boss' I've left multiple messages and am always told tomorrow or the next day- it's now 8 fricken day's "Paul" WHAT WILL BE THE ESCUSE TODAY??? read more

I received notification from Ford that my vehicle would need some fairly extensive work based on a design improvement that they had made. I had been putting it off as I was dreading the inconvenience of scheduling an appointment and likely being without my car. After the excellent experience I had, I wish I had scheduled sooner. I arrived initially, and was able to get a prompt appointment for repair which was at a time that allowed me to get in and out before work. I dropped the car off on the designated day and was given a thorough, yet succinct summary of what to expect and the timeline by which it would proceed. The Ford representative Alex, whom I worked with, was courteous and knowledgeable. He provided me timely updates throughout the process. When it became clear that the modifications would take a few days, he arranged for me to pick up my fully-covered rental from the on-site Enterprise Rental service. This whole process functioned seamlessly and on the expected date of completion, they scheduled my pickup/ dropoff of my loaner on my lunch break, so yet again I was not inconvenienced. I cannot stress enough the high level of efficiency and customer service that I was met with. I am thoroughly impressed, and will be coming to this department for all further scheduled maintenance. Took my 2012 f-150xlt 3.5l EcoBoost to Ford hemet, where I bought the truck in mid December of 2018 with 87k. The recall for the 1st gear transmission downshift was fixed no problem, but I also had a check engine light with loss of power and some spotting oil leaks on the transmission. Brian at service counter reported back that this is normal for the transmission and to have no concern. That cost $69.99 just for the diagnosis.With the power loss issue Brian said you need new spark plugs, truck has a 3 year warranty or 125k miles, they wanted $435 to replace the plugs, plus the tech wrote down that some of the coil wire clips are broken. So in short, ford sold me a used certified 2012 f-150 lifted on pro-comp 35' wheels, with broken coil connectors, old plugs and want me to pay for something they should have fixed before selling. Cost me $125 just to get the keys back. Brian wouldn't even try and give a break on the plug service. Very disappointed with the service, I will be contacting the manager and the sales team that sold me the truck. Plus had to pay the $200 for the rental truck while ford had mine for 3 days. So Be Aware of Ford Hemet!! Stay clear!! These guys are very unprofessional!The Service and Colllision Center!!! They keep erasing my comments.. on Yelp.. Wow I can't believe they do that. So I dropped my 2017 Ford Mustang off at the collision department anMy advisor Jackson was Amazing. He gave me updates and was so professional.. I asked him to send my car to service center to check my brakes. So he did and the service advisor Daniel informed me that I needed rear brakes rotors and recommended my front to be replaced. I advised him that I had premium package so that covers my brakes. Daniel said that he would call me back on Thursday to update me. I never received a phone call. So Collision center called me on Friday stating that My mustang was ready for pick up and I told her I'm waiting to hear from service department and Karla said it was all done. I never authorized service for any of work to be done yet. So I call Daniel and he said he replaced front and rear brakes plus all the rotors. He said I owed 800.00 for my the services done on my mustang. My coverage paid for front and rear brakes plus the hardware but did not cover for the rotors so I needed to pay that amount. So I did some investigating and he tried to charge me more labor and was charging me for rotors that were covered. I told him that I didn't authorize that and he was so rude to me and hung up on me and tried to be demanding and talk to me as though I don't know about cars and so the nightmare begun. I'm a disabled retired woman and My husband almost died due to Covid in October and I have to deal with Daniel from service lieing trying to cover his mistakes and Romero from collision center and Corey's Daniels boss promising things and not following through with them. I'm still waiting to pick up my car. My husband and daughter went to pick up my car today and they were giving them a hard time. Horrible Service!! We recently moved to the area and have always had wonderful service from Lincoln/Ford before. This was to be our first and last appointment for this location! Made an appointment at 9:00 in the morning to check on a check engine light and get a warranty recall item fixed. We were told it would not be done until the next day. There is no shuttle service due to the Corvid and no loaner was offered. This has never happened to us at other locations. When we called to get a status the next day we were told they were backed up and would not get to it until after the weekend. When we went back to pick up the vehicle it was parked in the EXACT location we parked it in. This is not how customers should be treated. If you make appointments keep them or you will not keep your customers. read more

I brought my Mustang in for an oil change and they washed it. In the process of washing it they scratched and etched the clear coat. I talked to the service manager and he said he would get it taken care of! One week later and three trips back and forth to the dealership they finally got the scratches out. Beware the long-winded review: The only reason this isn't a one star is because of "Kevin", he earned my business back, at least once more... I had an appointment on a Thursday at 9:30am for an oil change (20K mile service). To start off, the service rep kind of scolded me when I told him that the price he was estimating was higher than the price I made the appointment with on the website; said that I should have told him when he was writing it up... Thankfully, due to a past poor experience, I had taken a screen shot on my phone and was able to use that to "prove" the lower price, which was awkward that I even had to do that. Then, after that, it took them one hour to even take my truck back from the service line to the garage (10:22am exactly, I sat there and watched). That's unacceptable for someone who had an appointment for an insanely standard service request and toting around a toddler. At 11:30, 2 hours after my appointment (for an oil change!), I was standing really awkwardly outside the service line (because I was hoping they would notice my disappointment and the kid needed to roam) and "Kevin" walked by and asked if things were going ok and if I needed assistance. I very calmly asked if it was normal for my service appointment to be taking this long. He was seriously so nice! His attitude was awesome, he mentioned that they were short a technician which I totally understand but then he said that that wasn't excuse and no it's not a normal experience. He then went the next step, he said that because I voiced my concern so nicely the next oil change service was on him. And to make sure to stop by when I return. Honestly that little amount of concern and compensation was enough to change my whole attitude about the experience around. I bought the truck there, I want to be able to keep the maintenance consistent (plus it's close to me). Since writing my last review, I returned to the dealership for service, and again the service department wasn't going to make warranty repairs without a $100.00 copay. I told the service writer to skip the repair until I talk to the service manager. After talking to the service manager, and showing him my warranty contract he stated that he would try to make a notation in the the system about my copay situation. I like the Gosch Ford Service Department. My regular service advisor is Rhonda K. I like to schedule appointments for my service. While they don't always have my first choice time slot available, they are flexible enough that I can usually get in 1/2 hour either way. I was a service advisor for a few years with a Toyota dealership and "know how the game is played." I don't get any of that from Rhonda. She tells me what I need now and what I will need within the next visit or two. That is a sign of a combination of excellent technician and professional service advisor. I purchased a previously owned Volvo C30 from Gosch Ford on 02/16/2010. I had been communicating with John Young for a week or so prior to flying down to Ontario. (I'm up in the Bay Area). I flew down and John offerred to pick me up at the airport (thanks again John!). When we got to the dealership we finished the paperwork and I got to see the car IN PERSON for the first time. I was relieved to see that it was just as nice as the photos had made it out to be - no last minute surprises. In summary, my fiance and I have had quite a few dealership experiences in the last year or so. Fairfield Infiniti was pretty good, but I'd rank my Gosch experience well above any of our other dealership experiences.
