I will start off by saying how wonderful and amazing my server was. I believe her name is Britney. She left a great impression and because of her I do plan on going back. Great personality and very knowledgeable with the menu. She had some great suggestions because I was indecisive. She recommended the fish and chips and my gosh I'm glad I agreed. So flavorful ! And my beer was so cold !! It paired great with my meal. The ambiance was definitely top tier. It felt so cozy. I travel a lot and when I'm able to have a great dinner with no kids around is a plus. I will never order from there again. I ordered using GrubHub and they gave the driver the wrong food I was pissed. I had to drive to the restaurant and pick up my food all they could say is sorry. I paid for delivery tip all of that and had to go and get it myself unacceptable. Second time they screwed up my order. The first time I ordered to go when I got there my order was sitting on the bar on a plate like it was to be eaten there. The last three times ordering I have had issues with the food. This last time, which will be the last time, I was delivered a steak on a roll and a quesadilla with no sour cream. If you put it on the menu you should probably make sure the customer gets it. The previous time I ordered a Bosan dip and got no Au Jus. This timbers is my favorite place to go after work. I work super close by so it's my first choice for food and drinks! I always get just plain chicken wings and fries and it's always awesome and juicy and tasty. Recently, they got a line of Golden Knight inspired drinks. I tried the Red Line and it was amazing. I've been going there for about 7/8 months now and I'm just now writing a review because of how amazing the staff is. They are always friendly and willing to correct mistakes. One time I got an appletini, and it had way less apple pucker than normal, it was all vodka. I asked my waitress if I could get some more apple to balance it out and they did it no problems. It's usually my fault for being quiet and not speaking up enough but every bartender, waitress and manager I've talked to has been nothing short of kind and delightful. They're worth going to for lunch dinner or drinks. They also have a breakfast menu but I've never tried it. To the staff: thank you for always taking care of me and my friends. We always try to tip well (sorry if I was too drunk once and only left a five :( ) and take care of you in return. I will be back. read more

This location of Timbers is our favorite. They have Budweiser on tap and have the best chicken fingers ever. The food is always hot and presented tastefully. Prices are average and the atmosphere is very comfortable. The staff always has a smile and happy to see you. Placed an order for food to pick up the other night. Went directly through the Timbers website to place my order, the correct location was selected and I filled out all the information requested to place the order. When I finally got to the place your order button and pressed it, I got a random $1 dollar charge which was super weird because the total after tax and tip came out to $76. My dumb ass goes back to see if it went through. It had not, so I regrettably decided to try hitting the place your order button again. They now take $75 out of my account. I look on my timbers profile under past placed orders, it says no past orders made. Confused and concerned I call Timbers to see if maybe it's just a slow update online and wanted to see if they received my pick up order. The person on the phone said nope they have not received any orders. I go back to make sure a 3rd time I placed this order at the right location, which it was. Timbers returned my $1 but the $75 is still pending. I had to drive to Timbers, place my order in person and using another card of mine paid $76.14. Got my food and it was wonderful. But still waiting for my pending $75 back which has cause alot of inconvenience and frustration to say the least. My advice never order food online from Timbers because they'll take your money and hold on to it till god knows when and will leave you screwed. read more

We have been coming to Timbers for 3-4 years now. The services was always personable and attentive. The manager always made a pass through the bar to check on everyone. We enjoyed coming, the food was tasty, and a lot of the servers knew us. After Covid there have been several changes: the old manager is gone and all of the servers who we enjoyed are gone, except for one who is now tending bar. We have been back twice and will not go back. Both times our order was not right or unusually long wait. The service was sterile and she appeared to be in a huge hurry although business was slow. Although the food was pretty good still, the service was not worth it, and i feel like we can find an equitable place for the same price and time. read more

So I'm sitting here at the bar and Ray is on top of things. When I walked into the bar, he was busy with another guest but as soon as he was done he walked over and introduced himself to me using his name which I thought was really cool! I've been here for about an hour and he seems to know all the regulars and is very attentive to everyone's needs. Ray also informed me about the Timber App and the rewards program to save 20bucks on or after my 8th visit just buy downing loading the app. I could go on and on about how great my visit is but I want to get back to my Long Island he made that is the best I've had since I moved from St. Louis. We don't come here often but when we do it's just OK , nothing special. Speaking of specials our new waitress said there has never been a lunch special which is honestly false!!!! My Barbecue Chicken salad was flavor lacking to say the least. The cook put hardly any sauce on it and it just looked like a sad salad. I wanted to know if they had croutons or garlic bread to accompany my salad. The waitress came back with a piece of toasted sandwich bread with butter on it and said it was their version of garlic bread , oh and it cost $2.00. I felt pressured to accept it as it was brought to me already however, their was no garlic taste at all and not to mention it cost more than a loaf of bread. The service was not good at all. Our waitress kept stopping at the bar and socializing while at the same time forgetting about us. When I would ask her things she would just smurk at me and I didn't know what the heck that meant... But lo and behold when it was the end of our meal and time to pay our waitress turned into "SUPER WAITRESS" and began working hard for that tip...Sorry Hun, you have to be SUPER WAITRESS throughout our whole freakin meal to earn a good tip and afterall it is your job. I love this place. Very cozy atmosphere with oversized chairs. Always have super friendly service and OMG you have to try the grilled cheese sandwich with bacon. It's to die for!!!! I hate going to bars because of the cigarette smell but I don't have that problem here. They also have a pool table if you want to play. Today I ordered 2 cheeseburgers to go, very simple orders nothing extra asked of them. When the food gets here BOTH orders were wrong. Nether burgers had the right cheese on them and they had NO condiments on burger or in the bag, and they were reminded as to what was on each. One burger only had lettuce, the other only lettuce and tomato that is not only what is stated on menu. I will never return and won't go to the bar for games anymore either. This is the closest Timbers to my place so I have been here a few times for lunch and a few times for dinner. It is a nice place for me it has usually been more on the quiet side, but it has some great comfortable seating with spacious tables for plenty of food and drinks. The staff has always been great for me here, always coming around just enough but not too much to see if we need new drinks or whatnot. As has been stated, it is a chargers bar and the foods decent for a pub/bar and the prices are not bad. read more
