Found their menu via Yelp and came them a call to place an order for pickup. Decided on pad Thai and basil fried rice, and an order of their money bags. The money bags were really unique and flavorful! Little crispy stuffed wontons with chicken, peanuts, and veggies. They were a standout. As for the pad Thai, it was just alright. There was an unusual amount of water in the bottom of our take out container. Next time, I'd order it spicier too. The basil fried rice though was amazing! Filled with large tender pieces of chicken, and a nice sized portion. Would defiantly order again. Time 4 Thai is also adhering to all covid safety protocols. This spot is doing a great job maintaining guidelines. The server wore a mask when bringing out our carry out order. The cheese bags are delicious! The dressing on the ginger salad is ok but had an odd consistency. My fiancé got pork Pad Thai and I got shrimp pad Thai. The pork was not cooked well (chewy) and the shrimp had a very fishy taste. Me and my wife went to Time 4 Thai for her birthday. We have eaten many places in Louisville, but this was maybe my favorite meal I've ever had. Wife agrees. I went here for lunch a few times. I have to say their interior decor is quite impressive. It's a very beautiful restaurant. I stuck with water and ordered their lunch special of mixed seafood and vegetables along with white rice. I was still hungry afterwards, so I also ordered a plate of their thai wings. I wish there was a bit more seafood and vegetables in the lunch portion! I also ate a a bit of shell from one of the oysters. I kinda felt like I didn't get what I payed for in the lunch special. My friend and I dined it at this restaurant recently and it was a great choice! The inside of the restaurant is very comfortable and the tables are nicely spread apart. The staff were very friendly and didn't rush us during our meal. I tried the Pad Kee Mow and my friend got the Red Curry. We also split a bottle of wine. The wine was a good price for the bottle. Thanks to Yelp we found this spot during a visit to Louisville. Nestled in the Clifton neighborhood, we enjoyed a late dinner with nearly the entire restaurant to ourselves. Service was fast and pleasant, the food almost arrived too quickly! Two folks in our party enjoyed shrimp Pad Thai and beef Pad Thai, both folks really like their food. The spice levels were as ordered, the flavor was good, and the portion was just right. For the table we ordered vegetable spring rolls - the rolls were OK, just a bit salty; the peach dipping sauce was yummy. Another member of our party ordered panang curry and was only moderately pleased. First of all, when is it ever not time for Thai? Everybody loves Thai food, right? What's not to love? So I was very glad to hear of this new addition on Frankfort Ave in a space that seemed to be cursed for restaurants. This one should stick around a while. I like what they did with the interior, giving it enough decoration to feel authentic in an otherwise drab building. More importantly, the food was very good. We enjoyed some pork dumplings as a starter. I got the panang curry on the recommendation of our server, and it was very tasty. It had zucchini and carrots and I added chicken, and it was more flavorful than your average yellow curry. My wife had the pad see mew, and while it could have used a bit more spice (will definitely add heat next time), the brown sauce was delicious. Portions were huge. My curry made for two full meals, as did the pad see mew. Service was very attentive and friendly. This didn't quite reach the level of Simply Thai, my favorite Thai place in town. But it was very good, affordable and an excellent addition to Frankfort Ave's bustling restaurant scene. read more

My boyfriend and I were in the mood for Thai, and we were in the area, so, we stopped at this place to give it a try! I am super thankful we did! Being on Frankfort Ave., it was fairly busy with regards to the car traffic (which is usually the case), parking took a bit, but it was smooth sailing after that. The place was fairly empty, even though it was around dinner time (5:30ish), but we were fine with that! The hostess sat us down and we were able to enjoy the décor of the place. We kept commenting on the wall hangings and other statues that are part of the restaurant. If anything, it was a bit hot in there (oh, that Kentucky heat!), but they had some fans going, which helped. Our server was attentive, and was very informative for some of our questions we asked. If he wasn't sure on the answer, he was able to speak with someone else to help out. We just kept with water, and quickly ordered our entrees (we were very hungry). I went with the Bangkok Noodle Bowl, which was delightful! It had crispy chicken, with noodles and other veggies, which was all flavored to perfection! The nice surprise was the little bit of broth at the bottom of the bowl, it was just partnered well with the chicken and veggies. My boyfriend got the Tom Yum Noodle with Beef, and boy was he satisfied! It had quite a kick to it (which he likes), and pretty much gulped it down! He loved the flavors, and how tender the beef was. He wanted something that packed a punch in soup form, and this was perfect! I honestly don't think I have ever seen him eat something so quickly! As for prices, very reasonable! Both our dishes came to around $22, which I thought was excellent, especially with the nice sized portion and how great the food was! Overall, this place was awesome! This is the most personable Thai place I have ever been. With lots of vegetarian/vegan choices. I always catch myself craving the Pad Si Yew and Thai Fried Rice. They have a great mock duck as well. So happy to see another Thai restaurant in Louisville!! Went here for lunch with a couple of coworkers, and all of us were quite pleased. The prices are reasonable, they have varying levels of spice, they're sensitive and knowledgeable about food allergies, the staff is friendly, the staff is friendly ... overall a solid restaurant choice! The only downside to this place is that parking is limited - like all other restaurants in Frankfort Ave. If you like spicy, I would suggest getting a level 4 or 5. I got a level 3 for my curry since this place is new to me, and 3 had a hint of spice, but I definitely wanted more spice. My coworkers got their noodles as a 1 and 2 and they really enjoyed it. Best Thai restaurant I've found since moving to Louisville. Very great tasting food with a lot of different selections. I've had the steamed tofu pad Thai, basil fried rice, Tom yum soup, and the fisherman's seafood stew. I would recommend everything! The iced Thai tea was good. Local Thai place. The decor is nice and bright, very relaxing and welcoming. Lunch menu is decent. Thai ice tea came out in a mason jar, I found it kinda amusing but fitting given the neighborhood in Portland is pretty trendy and as one could say 'trendy hipster.' Louisville, the other "Lou" in my world is becoming a regular town on my rotation, especially with the potential of having a college student here next year. We felt the need for something on the light side and so dialed up and went to T4T. It's a quaint corner joint on Clifton situated amongst some other trendy places. The Friday night crowd was slowly trickling in so we didn't have to wait for a seat. The place was super clean, staff were helpful, even though a bit quirky. We ordered some Apps, "crispy cheese bags" = crab Rangoon, a bit on the small side but tasty and some Fresh Spring rolls with Shrimp. Both arrived super fast. Our entrees followed in short order, the staff advised their heat scale tended on the hot side so we played it safe staying with ones and twos. I think we could have ordered at level 3 but better to be safe. The Pad Ke Maw with shrimp was my selection. It arrived quickly, hot in temperature and just right on the spicy scale. Everyone enjoyed their dishes and the place was nearing full upon our departure. We also noticed several door dash and grub hub delivery drivers dropping in for a pickup, all good signs. Ordered carry out over the weekend. Would have probably given a 4 but here is why I did not. Ordered basil chicken with medium spice and sticky rice. Wife had tofu pad Thai. When I get to the restaurant the guy tells me they are out of sticky rice after I drove 20 minutes and asked if regular jasmine is ok. At this point it was my only option. Once home the basil chicken was good but had NO spice. I sat at bar typing this as the guys shouted back and forth to each other complaining about other customers and the kitchen and there was foul language on more than 1 occasion. The Thai place that we were actually going to go to was closed (Sunday), so I looked up Thai places near me and this one came up. I knew that when I tasted the veggie spring roll, that this place was going to the top of my "eating out" list. Then the Pineapple Fried Rice came out (sigh -- wait for it). The first bite, I had to close my eyes, it was SO GOOD! The flavors in this dish popped so, that I just didn't even care about how spicy it was and how I don't do spice but it was THAT good that I ate it anyways!!! Mouth full, I know. It was later after the dish was cleared and the owner came over to ask how we were that I brought up the spicy thing. She said "you should have said something, we would have taken it back to make you a fresh plate -- it would have been okay." I was very impressed and grateful that they do that for their customers. A bit pricey but definitely worth it! The quality -- OUTSTANDING! Clean restaurant, too. I will be back and hope you are around for a long time. We were craving Thai food on Sunday, but when we realized our go-to Thai spot is closed on Sundays we decided to check out Time 4 Thai. It was a delightful surprise! I was happy to find out that most of their dishes could be made gluten and soy free (although I did have to explain what soy is to the server because he said he had no idea). My husband and I both got the fried rice with chicken and veggies - I went for mild, but my spice-loving husband got level 3 and bordered on too hot for him. My two complaints were that we had to flag our server down multiple times for drink refills and he gave us the wrong plates. We both knew immediately when we tasted them and my allergies aren't severe enough for this to be an issue, but for someone else this could have been a big issue. The staff was friendly and the food was good so I will definitely come back to try some of their other dishes! read more

I wouldn't say this is outstanding food but it is good, solid Thai fare, hits the spot when you're in the mood--and I'm giving 4 stars because the kitchen was very accommodating to making stuff vegan and the staff was attentive. As a fan of spicy food I like the heat they apply, but sensitive patrons should beware: a "2" (on a scale up to 5) still has a fair amount of zing. The interior space is quite large, and while not that interesting is perfectly pleasant. We sat when it wasn't that busy, so I can't speak to how crazy it might get on a Friday night. Wanted some Pad Thai so we decided to try a local place instead of driving to Thai Noodles on Preston Highway, which was a mistake. The service was great, save for the fact that they wouldn't let us sit at a back table because they had some ants. Nonetheless, the reviews were pretty good so we sat down. We ordered the homemade Thai dumplings as an appetizer, Pad Thai, Thai Angel Noodles and the Green Curry. The dumplings were not good and left us wishing we'd ordered the crispy cheese bags (which is oddly what they call crab rangoons). The curry was good, although the portions were on the smaller side (for all the dishes). Both of the noodle dishes were okay but nothing that would ever make me want to go back again. Several times they asked us if we were done when there was at least a 1/3 of the dish left. Maybe it didn't look like much since the portions were small. In the end, we left feeling disappointed in the food and feeling hungry still. Wouldn't go back and wished I had driven 20 minutes for some Thai Noodles. read more

My husband and I are avid Thai food lovers, so was super excited when my aunt invited us to her new favorite place. As soon as we walked in, the smell was incredible and my mouth was watering. We were then greeted by several staff members and then the owner comes out and hugs my aunt and Gma! Apparently they are big supporters of this place and now so are we! I had the Long Life Rolls for a starter, and the Thai Angel Noodles (w/ tofu), both of which were incredible. Such a richly flavored broth. Highly recommended. Price: Not cheap, but not exorbitant. Well worth it. Atmosphere: Unassuming exterior, but very nicely decorated and clean in the dining area. Given the noise level was on the quieter side, and it seemed like a calm atmosphere, I don't think I would want to bring the baby too often in case he became too fussy. This little cafe has been a favorite of ours for several years. The food is delicious and you can tell that owner really cares about her customers. We especially like to drop in on Sunday early evening after a movie matinee, when they're not so busy. With a small staff, they can get a bit busy on Friday and Saturday and might run behind, but the staff and the owner/chef work hard to give you their best. read more
