Best bagels in Morris County hands down. Wide variety of bagels with plenty of options to put on them. Service is fast and attentive. If it is a weekend morning between 8-10 it will be busy and there will be a bit of a line. But the line usually moves pretty quick so its worth the slight wait. read more

Bagels are tasty, but the service is bizarre. I understand that they get busy on weekend mornings, however, they need to re-organize their ordering situation as it is very confusing. You order with one person, and you pay with that person. However, when you're standing directly in front of the register, you'd imagine that you're supposed to tell them what you ordered so you can pay, no? Well, my mistake. I was asked if I was being helped by Employee A, to whom I responded "yes." She then returned to stand in front of the register and asked "what did you order?" Of course, I responded with my order, as I assumed she was asking me so I could pay. She disappeared, and lo and behold, made me an additional order. Of course, I was incredibly confused, and promptly scolded by another female employee, Employee B, who felt it necessary to explain to me, loudly and nastily, the ordering process. I understood it the first time, but of course, when one asks what you ordered as they stand in front of the register, it shouldn't be unreasonable to take that as them asking so you can promptly pay. I took both bagels, and offered to even pay for both as I felt badly for the confusion. Employee B shoved the bag at me and told me to just take it. Wow, really? I appreciated that they gave it to me despite "my mistake" but to shove it at me after actually being incredibly condescending to me was the icing on the cake for this experience. One nasty employee can really ruin a business; as I enjoyed their food and thought Employee A, while not totally on the same page as me, was nice enough, so I'd definitely return if there was some sort of rearranging of the ordering process. read more

World's worst service. Short counter women does everything except help customers (favorite activity is to joy talk on the telephone while you stand in front of her and she ignores your presence). 5 people behind counter, everyone scurrying around "busy" while no one is in store except you and still not a living soul available to help those ready to pay with cash. When you ask for service they tell you to wait - all this with a lovely attitude (sarcasm). Disappointing - I am a local business supporter. As much as I hate to admit it, this example of poor management is how/why chains put small businesses out of business. Used to come here daily, now stop at Dunkin' Donuts a few blocks away. Best bagels in north Jersey, tight, crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. Plenty of toppings so you know whether you are getting an onion or poppy, etc. Head and shoulders above those places that sell those big pillowy bagels full of air and that don't even have a hole in the center. Everything was delicious, generous portions, friendly and efficient service (waitress even knew a little but of Hindi) , and good variety of options for breakfast. We just moved from Florida to New Jersey about a year ago and have been enjoying the amazing bagels. Time for a bagel is definitely one of the best places. We love their bagels and bagel sandwiches. The pickles and baked goods are also always delicious. The lines are long on Saturday and Sunday mornings, but definitely worth the wait. read more

Bagels are yummy but they barely give you any Taylor Ham and the service is awful. They always seem to rush everyone that comes in and don't give off a very welcoming vibe. This place needs to clean house and hire new workers that are more friendly and organized. It's crazy behind the counter which causes the line to get crazy.
