I had 7 watches I had repaired at Timeland from Rolex, Movado, Seiko, Mark Ecko, Citizen. Every watch was fixed except for one that was missing a piece that goes into the watch. I think I know where the missing piece is at and are responsible for the missing parts. I took it to a different jewelry & watch store on Washington past Crenshaw. There's a shopping center in the plaza and there was a watch repair store in the plaza. I will never go back there. The 2 ladies who were there working asked me to leave my watch there with them to get them fixed. They said that they had another shop and that they would send it to them to get repaired. I said no longer than one day and they said yes. I left and as soon as I got home I realized that they didn't give me a receipt for the watch repair. I tried calling them on the business card they gave me, not a receipt. I called the phone number and it was never answered by anyone. I went back to the shop and I asked for my watch back. One of the ladies asked me for a receipt and I told her that she never gave me one. The other lady recognized me and said that she was sorry, and she gave me back my watch. The guy who was working on the repair center said he would fix it and they told me to leave it there for a couple of days to get it fixed because they didn't have the right parts for my Seiko Gold plated watch. The lady who was working there never gave me a receipt for it so the next day I went back to pick up my watch. I told her that nobody ever gave me a receipt but they couldn't fix my watch. I took it back from them and I have a feeling that they took out the parts of the watch out and kept the original parts. So I took my watch to the repair shop I was recommended by a friend, to Timeland is the best place to go get your watches repaired. They are very reliable and honest!! During the chat, she got a good read on my watch preferences and lifestyle needs without me realizing it. She recommended a 38.5mm Seiko with solar quartz movement that fit well on my wrist. I hesitated and needed more time to think about it. Fast forward to June 2025, I realized Penny was right and called the shop asking to hold one because I'm ready to purchase. Turns out that model is discontinued and sold out locally! Doh! I ended up purchasing a different color variant that looks great, but it wasn't my first choice. I took my Citizen Eco-Drive watch to another watch repair place on the west side as the Crown broke. The person not only put in a different color crown but in order to get it in made a hole which allowed water to get in and the watch to stop working. I took my watch to the professionals at Timeland and they repaired my watch so it looked like new. Not only that but they had fantastic customer service. I always get watch batteries replaced here, which they do while you wait. I recently needed the movement replaced in one of my watches because a battery corroded. I asked them whether it was worth repairing, and they told me the watch was worth more than twice the cost of the repair. I checked the price of the watch online, and they were exactly right. As soon as the parts arrived, they did the repair and called me to pick it up. They have also shortened a watch bracelet that was too long to fit me. That took them only two or three minutes. The owners are very honest, reliable, professional, and skilled. Their store also has a beautiful selection of watches from inexpensive to mid-range, at prices comparable to online stores. 100% recommended. read more

I can't say enough good things about the guys who work at timeline. I went in there to fix a submarine Rolex watch from the 60s and for some reason they were able to fix the metal band. Watch was working fine but it took me over an hour to have them get it together, but sure enough they came through found the part that we needed and proceeded to make it look brand new polished the crystal and I must say They did an excellent job. You need a battery. This is the place to go. They're honest they make sure that the batteries are always working conditions so that one they put it into your watch or clock. You know that it's new and that it is very functional. I can't see enough good things about them and they don't price you they honestly know what they're doing and take some time sometimes, but I was able to wait and had my guy fix it while I waited. if you need a quick fix and it's just a battery change I'll do it right then and there and if you need anything more that's involved you might have to wait or wait and come back the next day to pick it up other than that, they're fantastic.
