    Have not been here for several years and boy did I miss out. Food and service is very good... ambiance could be a little better but went on a weekday which explains that. The soups are very good as a whole as I tried mine (asparagus) and my partner had a been soup that was delicious as well. The cold cut plate was very good and well served. Had the branzino that was well made and the ribeye was of the best in town! The steak tartare was on the good side, nothing to write home about. We BYOB as usual and they DO have proper wine glasses, so didn't have to bring mine. All in all, will be back much more often..... cheers

    Behold, quite frankly the BEST plant based Italian meal I have had to date. Served to me in a very upscale dining environment at @timorestaurant Timo Restaurant on 17624 Collins ave in #SunnyIsles Florida. From start to finish it's a very high end experience, with out the high end price tag, this 5 course meal, was $65 and was enough for 2 people. (3 of the 5 plates were split for ease of service) Not only was the environment a step above, the food was too, as each and every item was whole food, plant based and made from scratch, even the pasta. 1st course was a Beet Tartar, topped with golden beets, full of freshness and flavor. 2nd course was made to order tortellini with a parsnip puree filling that was creamier then any traditional or vegan cheese I have ever had, served with scallops made from mushrooms, that had an incredible consistency. 3rd course was hearts of palm ceviche, which was very refreshing and tasty. 4th course was home made vegan angel hair pasta with vegan meatballs made from butternut squash, zucchini and eggplant, served with the best red sauce I have ever had. 5th course was dessert, a home made coconut sorbet, served on top of a cantaloupe gazpacho and fresh fruit. Timo is a staple restaurant in Sunny Isles with a seasonal rotating plant based tasting menu. Sometimes it might have dairy, so call ahead and ask, and they will alter it to accommodate you. Trust me, this is next meal you want to eat. Gourmet, upscale dining, whole food plant based Italian goodness! And that's my #plantbasedprerogative #pbp #myprerogative

    We had an absolutely lovely dinner this evening. We had a group of 7 and it can certainly be challenging finding a restaurant where everyone enjoys their meal, but thankfully, we found Timo! A few of our favorite items were: The seafood pasta with Calabrian chili - very delectable with perfectly prepared seafood and a close second was the flaky salmon with broccoli and gnocchi. We also had the lamb and goat cheese pizza, a margarita pizza, the gem lettuce salad with Cacio e pepe dressing (yum) and the pork osso bucco. I will definitely be coming back sooner than later.

    I love it here. Amazing drinks, service and food. They're quick and attentive. It's dark and romantic, love it here. Haven't had a bad meal here.

    My family and I have been frequent customers of CVI.CHE 105 Aventura for years. We've always…read morerecommended this location because the food, drinks, and service have consistently been excellent. Unfortunately, our visit this past Monday afternoon was very disappointing. Although the restaurant wasn't busy, we were initially seated right next to the server station where orders are entered. We declined the table, and the manager thankfully seated us elsewhere. Had there not been another option, we probably would have left. I also noticed the ladies' restroom was poorly maintained, with damaged toilet seats and an overall lack of upkeep that was surprising for a restaurant of this caliber. The biggest issue was the service. When our entrées arrived, our appetizer plates were still covering the table. Instead of clearing them first or asking someone to help, the food runner was practically trying to fit our new plates onto an already crowded table. This never used to happen here, as managers were always visible making sure service ran smoothly. When we mentioned our concerns, our server mostly blamed staffing and management, explaining they no longer had someone dedicated to clearing tables. While I understand staffing challenges, guests shouldn't be hearing excuses. A simple apology and notifying the manager would have been enough. When Aaron, the manager, came over, we expected him to listen. Instead, he spent nearly 30 minutes explaining that he was new, talking about his experience at higher-end restaurants, and offering reasons why things happened. We appreciated the apology, complimentary dessert, and 20% off our bill, but what we really wanted was acknowledgment and reassurance that the problem would be addressed. Adding to our disappointment was that immediately after Aaron left our table, we watched the table behind us experience the exact same issue, with dirty dishes still on the table as their food was brought out. That made it clear this wasn't an isolated mistake but a recurring service problem that wasn't being corrected. I would have given them 3 stars instead if they hadn't wasted our time so much with nonsensical excuses. I genuinely hope this location returns to the level of service that made us loyal customers. The food and drinks remain outstanding and are the reason we keep coming back. For now, I can wholeheartedly recommend the food, but unfortunately, I can no longer say the same about the dining experience.
