Very Reliable. Tim and his helper came to my home when they said, arrived on time and were very thorough. I have 20 stations that he went through and checked each individual sprinkler and heads. He set up the times for all the zones and repaired/replaced several heads that all work much better now. He also did aerating and fertilization as part of his service. He told me his job is to make my lawn green and I'm already seeing a major difference since hes been by. He is very knowledgeable and reliable. Worst service I have ever received. They were scheduled to redo my backyard sprinklers and sent 1 guy out twice and charged me both times. They then couldn't fully finish the job when they sent the crew. After coming back out to "finish" it they left one pipe broken for three days until they could come back. Once done they left pipes unburied and old cut pipes laying in my lawn. Overall they are terrible at communicating and do extremely poor work. I really advise against them. read more

Following a sprinkler contractor who sold his company after years of reliable service...The two inexperienced kids who but it were distress and were dismissed. This year, 2019, I began looking for a new company and were so delighted to have found Tim and his marvelous professional company...as they will take care of all our needs from now on. Honest, trustworthy, lots of technical know how including landscape design ideas and very affordable prices. In July-August when we had a hose crack pushing escaping water down to our Koi pond causing chlorination problems in the pond had it continued.. I reached out to Tim and almost immediately he dispatched two fine technicians who solved the problem and thus became our permanent sprinkler service company!
