First time having Peruvian food. My favorites were the beef empanadas and Peruvian bread, and fried plantains. A great little mom & pop neighborhood business. The bakery items looked terrific. Need to come in early morning.

Amazing Peruvian food, and great Customer service. I had the breakfast special and was enough food to share.

Honestly, this was not it. I got a vegan pasta with tofu and tomatoes. It was so plain. Not worth it at all. It's nice that it's like a mom and pop shop, but not it for a vegan. My family likes this place, but as for me, I will not come back. My order was to go, and my brother picked it up, so i didn't get to see the shop nor interact with the staff, so i cannot rate that part

My favourite thing to get here is the beef empanadas! They are perfect for a snack or when you don't want something too heavy but they are filling! The green sauce is great but sometimes it's a bit too sour. Recently went there again and still love the empanadas! The price has gone up but that's to be expected in todays' environment. Still, this place is super casual so no need to dress up! And service is good, nice people!

    Coffee

I just swing by for some coffee. However, the service is pretty good, the servers also bring me a sample of their cake. Also, the music and decorations is pretty good.

A solid spot for Peruvian food. I would definitely take advantage of their lunch special; it seems like a pretty great deal. The inside is very mom and pop like, but also very clean. Food wise it's nothing too mind blowing. The beef was a bit dry; ceviche was solid. They have a lot of desserts and I'm excited to come back and give those a try. Service was a bit slow, but it wasn't too bad. FYI: sadly Yelp check ins down really apply here.

Delicious post theater/early dinner. Service was kind, helpful and fast. Tables were plentiful, but filled quickly for the dinner rush. Menu was extensive. Felt very much like a neighborhood spot with lively Peruvian music playing. Arroz con Camerones was our favorite dish, but all the dishes were tasty. We were too stuffed for dessert, but we will be back.

Stumbled upon this place while visiting a church and decided to give a try. Coming from New York where there is amazing Peruvian food, I was curious to see how this place would add up. Immediately upon entering I got a very authentic homey vibe. It was around lunch time and the place was moderately packed. Based on the interactions with the servers and the guest I could tell some of these guests had been here time and time before. The service was great, our waiter introduced us to something I've never tried before. It's made with purple corn (literally purple corn, she actually brought one out to show us) however it taste nothing like corn. It's called Chicha morada. It's not too sweet and really good. However my favorite was the half and half mix between the morada and their passion fruit drink. That one is called Maracuchicha and it's divine! The food was good, well flavored and quite enjoyable. I usually order the lomo Saltado when I visit a Peruvian rest. so I got the chicken instead of steak. I prefer the steak. It captures the flavors better and is less dry. Nonetheless, if I'm in the area I'll def be back.

Delicious dishes, my absolute favorite is lomo saltado with a Maracuya drink on the side. And leche asada for dessert.

The atmosphere is casual and has lots of Peruvian artwork with bright colors. There's a large dining area with lots of natural light and exposed air ducts to add an industrial feel to the space. When we dined here on a Saturday evening, the restaurant was about 1/5th full and the service was attentive . The food here has good flavors, but is just lacking the oomph to take it to that next level. We started out with a Tamal de Puerco as an appetizer. This was a large tamale wrapped in a banana leaf with pork, egg and an olive. It was pretty good. For an entree I had the Aji de Gallina. It was a large, oversized portion and to be honest, I made two more meals of it and I still couldn't finish it, so it's a huge portion. I had passion fruit juice with my meal and it was pretty generic tasting. It was good, but I've had more delicious iterations of the dish, so it was more of a slightly better than average meal. Overall, I would like to try them again and order something different to explore more of their menu.

When we come back and try you it leaves us disappointed! We tried again today and ! We got the lomo saltado con huanciana. The lomo had no flavor at all for both of us. It was watery and ruined the pasta. You never send sauces with your dishes. We ordered Picarones. They were not fully cooked and sauce was watery again and the flavors were just not there. Over the years we have enjoyed coming but strayed away because your food is not consistent in quality and flavor. I hope you can pivot and make some needed changes in your food quality, appearance and atmosphere (dirty dishes piles on the bar and every where not a good look, and service be more prompt.

Up next, lamb lolipops on a bed of couscous, cilantro, basil, red onion and had this lime juice twist that paired well with the meat. The portions are on the smaller side. Ain't going to lie, I was lowkey wanting to head within the visinity afterwards because I was still hungry. That's what I get for splitting the portions!
