    Chili Burger

Anywhere I can go and get a meal and two drinks for $20 is an instant gem. Both bartenders I chatted with were super cool. The music was all over the place thanks to the TouchTunes and there was some solid variety throughout the evening. I wasn't mentally prepared for the chili burger to come sprawled out over a plate needing a fork and knife, but it hit the spot. Not sure why I've not been in before but will happily put this in the rotation downtown.

My favorite Washington State Bar. Local dive bar with daily food specials, kept clean, outside patio, location is perfect, music is continuously playing and the volume level is perfect, plenty of TV'S with sports always on, drinks are strong and less expensive than most other near by bars and restaurants. Plenty of singles to mingle with as meeting people, small talk, making new friends or meeting old friends there is encouraged and easy to do. Clientele on any given day is eclectic from no collar laborers or unemployed to blue collar middle class professionals to white collar wealthy Executives to Millionaire self employed with both "old" money and "new" money. Age range is consistently pretty equal numbers of 20 somethings - 60 somethings. Mostly single people with some couples. I wish I lived closer but regardless of only being able to visit the area for a few weeks every year some of the bartenders and locals recognize me everytime and make me feel like I'm at home. Best time to visit is in the summer during the Vancouver Cruise where families come out and gather along the streets, each restaurant on the strip (main street) are featuring outdoor seating and rocking the tunes from noon to late night that area is one of the busiest, happiest, friendliest and most fun places on earth

Came here to listen to music with some friends. Unfortunately the artist had sound issues so they didn't have any mic's which made it hard to hear and enjoy. When ordering food, I asked to order a vegetarian burger on their menu which they said they no longer carry. So my only option was fries and mozzarella sticks. Not a great dinner option for a vegetarian.

First time in, This place was amazing, it's Cheers, where everybody knows your name. Seriously, I saw several people come up to order and were called by name, Now let's talk about the food, it was Taco Thursday .75$ I couldn't decide which was better, I had the crunchy &Soft, tried the Soft & Crunchy tacos, Then one at a time, they were delicious, But they have more on the menu, from burgers to breakfast, fish tacos on Friday, 2 for 7$. Specials every day.

Came I again today for lunch and a cold one. Jessica serves up some of the coldest beers in town with the burst customer service in town. I got the grill cheese and fries for a whopping $9.00. Not a bad deal huh? The shots here are killer too. I have been coming here on sundays to watch nfl football games and the breakfasts are really good too. They got all the games on as well. Go check it out.

I ordered the fried chicken sandwich with fries, as did every other member of my group! It was exceptional. DAIRY ALLERGY MISHANDLED -- WAITER LIED ABOUT CHECKING WITH THE KITCHEN…read more My girlfriend has a serious dairy allergy. Before she arrived, I spent time with our waiter going through the menu carefully -- no butter, no dairy, confirmed twice. He even went back to check with the kitchen and returned saying her meal was completely dairy free. It wasn't. Someone else at the table tasted the green beans and suspected butter. When I asked again, the waiter confirmed they'd been cooked in oil and butter -- after already telling us they were safe. By then the pork chop had been sitting on top of them and was contaminated. His response? "I can bring you another side." No offer to replace the meal. No offer to remove it from the check. Nothing. We had a show to catch at the Magenta Theater and no time to push it, so my girlfriend skipped dinner and grabbed something at Burgerville afterward -- she had a headache by the end of the show. The food and everything else about the evening was genuinely good. But between the false assurance, the contaminated meal, and the complete absence of any effort to make it right, I can't recommend this restaurant to anyone managing a food allergy -- and I'll be thinking hard before coming back myself.

I swung by this spot for a weekday lunch with a few friends; parking was PACKED and I was honestly worried if I would get a spot until someone pulled out just as I drove in. Fair warning, it fills up even with a pretty good sized lot. Friends had arrived before me but the host and staff were super nice in helping me locate them. They also let us rearrange the outside table a bit so we could all sit closer/hear/talk more easily. Nooow, the food l o l if you scan the lunch menu, there are literally only a handful of vegetarian friendly items; most of which are apps/salads with a single vegetarian entree, the impossible burger. I opted to grab the burrata salad (6 oz per the starter size) and though it was good, I wish I had been able to get a more substantial entree or main. My friends got a variety of bowls, rolls, and pastas. They also grabbed the strawberry shortcake at the end which ended up being more like an ice cream sandwich with shortbread, surrounded by strawberries. This was good, but not great, and certainly not what I think about when I think strawberry shortcake. This place is fine overall and honestly deserves kudos for the view and the staff; but sadly not a spot I would take vegetarian friends.

DO NOT get the meat martini it was GRoSS. I am a dirty gin martini with blue cheese olives girl through and through but this thing was gross. The Manhattan and Cosmo were both good. The one thing we would have given this 5 stars would have been the service. When we arrived the host was standing outside picking up chairs. He then proceeded to have a five minute conversation with another guest while we were just waiting to be seated when we finally receded we requested a different table and he seemed to bothered. I have 2 friends that have been reluctant on this place from previous "not good" experiences, and they came with me and it made me sad!! Anyway, our server was so blah (Katelyn H), our water glasses had lipstick marks, I asked her for new ones, she seemed to have forgotten or something so I asked the bartender (which is so sweet!) then our server heard me and grabbed glasses and handed them to me. She didn't check if they were clean, and they weren't, friends were too thirsty to wait and wiped off the lip marks with their napkin. She didn't even bother to ask if the glasses were clean, and also never asked us if we needed anymore drinks (we ordered cocktails). When food arrived, I had to walk up to her to ask for small plates, as she just walked away after delivery. The calzones were burnt on the bottom, and the marinara was 100000% canned tomato paste and was cold. Work on that marinara. Ambiance was as it always is, super chill and welcoming. She was the only server but she could have led with that and made it a comfortable setting. (Towards the end I saw the bartender delivering plates and drinks).

They have quite a variety of food from fish & chips, steak, burgers and sushi. Wait-sushi? I don't think that goes with their vibe and I really wouldn't order that from them. Their Reuben is listed on the menu as being made with pepper jack cheese! No thanks. I like my Reuben's made the traditional way. My friend ordered a steak for $48. She was not at all happy. It was very fatty and was quite thin. She had a salad (looked like mostly greens) and it also came with veggies and mashed potatoes. Wish I had snapped a photo of that. Another friend had chicken Marsala. She enjoyed it. I thought it was weird they had a huge rice cooker on a chair in the dining room. It was plugged in, with the cord running up the side of the door frame and plugged into an extension cord above the door. Wonder what the fire inspector would say about that? I'd go back for the fish & chips. Service was fast and our server did a great job.
