    Around December 30th my wife had a #2 misfire consisting of just a rough start up. On January 1st I believe, we had the spark plugs replaced and #2 coil pack. It ran perfect until it had another misfire around the 25th the only issue the vehicle had was the one rough start up just like the first time. We dropped it off the evening of the 26th to be worked on the 27th. At 0935 I was contacted by Josh that at this time they were recommending new spark plugs. I told him they had just replaced them at the beginning of the month. He said he would dig further and get back to me. He contacted me again around 1130 and said that the last mechanic did not perform a recalibration after the last work was completed, but he had that done and it is good to go. He mentioned something about the transmission making it sound like it was no big deal and I should get it checked out. I didn't know this was a very serious issue. I went and picked it up and as I turned out into the road and began to normally accelerate there was an immediate issue that would not let you speed up. It felt like bumping in the fuel pedal, almost like you were pressing the brake very quickly. Once taking my foot off the accelerator it shifted gears and I was able to speed up a little more to get out of the way for people flying up on me. Around 20-30 miles per hour the vehicle began to shake very bad. I immediately turned around and called them and said there is an issue with my vehicle. It wasn't like this before and now it has a serious issue. I talked to Josh about it and he basically said that they don't work on transmissions and at this point they are going to wash their hands of it. I said I don't understand I brought you a vehicle that only had two rough startups over a month and you're giving it back to me not drivable. Josh later further explained that the last mechanic also put in a corroded spark plug the first time. I asked if he at least had them replace the corroded spark plug and he said he did. I asked for them to print me out all the documentation of what was done on the vehicle and the diagnostics. They did not do so, only a paper that explains misfires. Now this could be a 1 out of a million thing where this was going to happen anyways and it was just bad timing that it happened when they had it, but I do not believe that is the case. I asked where are the claim forms and was told by Victor that he would have to submit it but they aren't going to do anything for me. He continued to say that basically it's not their issue and it's not on them. I brought my vehicle in driving perfect and only had the 1 rough startup in over a month and left with a #2 misfire light on and my vehicle basically not drivable and paying $117 for a diagnostic test. I believe when they did the recalibration and whatever else, they fried something electrical. I will not be a returning customer. You can decide to go or not go, just sharing my experience. Update: Monro Customer Service sent me a phone number to reach out to and press option six....there is no option six! What kind of garbage company does that. They are really trying to piss off already pissed off people.

    I had a set of wheels powder coated and was very nervous about where to get tires installed because every tire place in the area seems to have a mix of horrible reviews. The person I spoke with on the phone told me to wait for their rim guy "V" to do the install - I'm glad i did, because he did amazing work! Definitely recommend this Tire Choice

I was originally quoted one price for the repair, but later I was told the cost went up because I "needed hoses added," with no clear explanation or proof provided for why those parts were necessary. There was no documentation, no visual inspection shown, and no real breakdown to justify the added work--just a verbal claim that it was required. On top of that, the final charge ended up being more than 3x what the same OEM part is listed for at Ford, which raises serious concerns about how the pricing was marked up and presented. The issues didn't stop there. This happened on a Friday. I was told my car would be ready before 4:00 PM, but around 4:30 PM I only received a last-minute text update. I arrived at approximately 5:09 PM, and the shop was already closed. There was no one available, no way to speak to anyone, and no reliable way to get updates or access my vehicle. Because of the timing and the fact that it was already Friday evening, my car would have been stuck there all weekend until Monday, which directly affected my work schedule. I had to go out of my way to find and contact the owner myself just to avoid being left without my vehicle for multiple days. While I did get my car back, the overall experience felt inconsistent, poorly communicated, and not handled in a transparent or professional way

I used my diagnostic tester to try to determine what the problem was. The tester indicated that there was a misfire in one of the cylinders. I finally reached Cruz Auto Repair in the late afternoon. Corey replied back that he could come to the house between 6 & 8 that evening (Sunday). Corey came at about 6:45 and immediately began to diagnose the issue and found that the cylinder had a bad spark plug. We talked about a price and I decided to have Corey change all the plugs. which he did. running a test again, he found that one of the coils was also bad. Since it was late at night, after 8 PM and the auto parts store was closed, we discussed a price and agreed that Corey would come back the next morning with a new replacement coil. Corey came back the next morning and replaced the coil and now the car is working just fine. From the start, Corey showed knowledge of auto repairs, did exactly what he said he would do for the price that he quoted each time. I would highly recommend Cruz Auto Repair for all repairs.
