Came here to advise and friend in need of tires. If I could give 0 stars I would. To start , when I arrived to this place the guy in charge giving me the quote seemed cool, no complaints. Guy told me to leave the car and come back. I asked him to write up the vehicle, and he said no need which I thought was weird. first off legally that's a liability. No quote on paper and no customer sign off on authorization. Very unprofessional. Upon coming back to pick up the vehicle there was a Miss communication about the quote he gave me on the price for the 4 wheel alignment. He said it was 69.99 for a 4 wheel and 59.99 since I'm doing tires. He agreed and charged me 59.99. Then I had to ask multiple times for the alignment print out. Which him took about 15 minutes to get, when he finally came back he gave me a incomplete print out with no before data and Argued the tech didn't save them. Then I said why isn't there any rear adjustments made. Then he argued I only paid for a front wheel. Without seeing any prior data how do I know he even did the alignment. Any tech would know if you go back into the alignment data base and pull a previous ticket all values should be stored. The prior alignment data automatically saves. (Guess he lied to the wrong person) Then argues with me stating He can't please us all? I guess if you come here to save a few bucks on tires this is the type of business owner you have to deal with. Piss poor service , very unprofessional and paying for services that were not completed. Some people care about the quick buck now and I guess they don't care about the repeat customer. Came today after getting a ridiculously high estimate at a name brand tire shop down the street and ended up getting name brand, new tires at less than half the cost at this shop. They were fast, courteous and didn't try to up-sell me on anything. I realize I'm almost due for new brakes, but they gave me a timeframe and told me how many more miles I'd be ok before needing them. I always appreciate a business that doesn't try and nickel and dime me with things I "need". Tire depot has created a customer for life with me. i came in for a Oil change and to have my brakes serviced they originally told me three hours I arrived at 10 AM I did not get a call back until 4 PM saying that my car was ready when I arrived I could not find my car they parked my car off to the side where a lot of homeless camps are my car was left unlocked and they could not find my key the owner had to watch the cameras to find out what happened to my key... Turns out an employee left my key in another customers car so the owner told me he would go get the key and drop my car off which was not acceptable to me so I waited For over an hour, then when he gets back he Handed me my key and I told him that another guy offered a free oil change and I was not interested in a free oil change ****the owner himself did not offer any compensation ***** I told him that I would like to be compensated on the $700 I just spent because this is completely unprofessional . My father actually had to intervene in the conversation because I had this point he was fed up because the owner was not trying to compensate me and once in my father intervenes he agreed And he refund me only $50 and then asked me is it better now which I replied no , he asked so you don't want to bring your car back here and I told him I will not be bringing my car back here ever ! do not bring your car to this place!!!!! My check engine light was still on they had no idea why my check engine light was on nor did they check when I asked one of the workers he said he would put my car on the diagnostics if I brought it back Tomorrow which she should've done today while they were servicing my car. I've been going here for a good 6-8 years, I own a few cars and take them all here. Well that's changed as of today. Unfortunately when the owner isn't in the youngster here try's to upcharge. I brought in 4 bare tires and 4 bare wheels. Meaning they weren't going to pull any tires off. All I wanted was mount 4 tires then balance. Dude sits at my car staring at the wheels sitting on my backseat for about 5 mins then says 120 dollars. I told him I'm a repeat customer coming here for years I never paid more than 80 to have tires pulled off then mounted and balanced. Then he says ok 25 per wheel. Yeah you lost a dedicated customer. If there's anyone reading this I'd advise you to shop elsewhere if the owner isn't in. If he isn't in the other employees will try to scam you. Dudes name was Anni or Andy? I noticed my tire was a little flat when I went to my car this morning. I found a nail in my tire and decided to look on yelp for a business to repair it. When I saw the one and only review for this place, but a very good review at that, I decided to give it a try, I passed a few places just to get to The Tire Depot. When I arrive there was no one in the "garage" So I parked my car, got my son out of the car seat, walked into the place and asked if they repaired tires. There were two guys sitting in there chatting away. So he came out to look at my tire, and he agreed there was a nail in it and told me to come back in half an hour and he'd take care of it for me. Like really?? There was not one single customer there, and there's two of you. You really didn't want my business. Well thanks to you guys I drove away a bit angry. I rather pay more, and get better service, and quicker service at that. I drove a few blocks down to Les Schwab. The previous reviewer said they got it for free when it was supposed to be $10 bucks. Well, I paid $12 to repair my tire at Les Schwab. Not only did I get a friendly greeting when I walked in, but they were happy to help me. He told me 30 minutes, when it was less than that. They have a waiting area with chairs and a tv, as well as free popcorn and coffee! But I didn't wait long enough to have to help myself to any of that. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one really deserved it. I have been coming to this places on and off for some time. Almost every time I come, they come up with different pricing. I had always used to bring my own oil and filter, and they initially used to charge $20 dollars for just the oil change labor, then time passed by they raised it to $25 which is ok, no problem. Today I come and they tell me since it is German car it is going to be $35 as of January 1st, 2019. I was like a little bit surprised and frustrated. They just keep raising and raising it!!!!! I guess I talked to the owner the way he acted. He acted more frustrated them even me :-) which is funny. They do the same things for tire service charges too. Every time I came to do the tires and each time they would give different pricing for labor which is weird. It is not like they are innovating the place. It has been the same from the first time I visited them. It seems like when they are slow, they decrease the prices, but when they seem to get busier they increase it. I would have left right away after hearing of another price change, but it was kind of getting late. The guy that acted like a boss there just refused the service for me and told me to never come again. I will definitely never come that shady place again. Completely unprofessional! I just moved a couple of blocks down, and got the service done no problem. One time, they wanted me to pay cash for the services all of suddenly. They just did not want to accept a card. You guys are not the only one on the street, please get it into your head. If you keep treating your customers like that, it will not be good for your business. read more

Becareful of this shop , BECAREFUL AND STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR SAFE TO DRIVE !! Came here to do break jobs and they didnt do it correctly . Machine rotors and replacing pad and quote me $250 , if I pay cash will be $220 . After done , paid and take a car home , found out pads was old pads ( they just clean up and put back ) , and rotors still the same . The prices were fair, and, even though it's not in the best area of Fairfield, the customer service is top notch. I came here in March to get 4 new tires and my tires rotated. In June one of my back tires caught a flat, AAA came and tried to put on my spare only to inform me that the lug nuts on all 4 tires were striped and he could not replace it manually. I got towed to Tire Depot only for them to deny that my lug nuts were striped. But as the mechanic tried to take them off with the power drill he also had to hit it with a hammer. Lug nuts should never be that difficult to remove is they were perfectly fine. They gave me HORRIBLE service and I recommend everyone use the tire shop next door to McDonalds on North Texas. read more
