Sometimes I am unsure when it comes to tire warranties but the tire warranty that came with my tires did exactly what they said it would do. It took care of my road hazard repair and it also covers rotation and balancing. I don't have an appointment but Jamal took care of me and provided EXCELLENT customer service. He even kept me informed while I was waiting and checked on me a few times. Other customers were also singing his praises back and forth which made me feel comfortable immediately. THEN after very recently being circle jerked around by Brandon and Jerry at the Michigan Road location, I decided to look for a second but HONEST opinion. I read some yelp reviews and decided to drive 20 miles to the TD Noblesville location. Folks, these people are game changers! Spent a great deal of time with Jamie and Bobby, who are FANTASTIC. Not only do they have an unbelievable wealth of knowledge, and the patience to break their explanations in "bite sized pieces" for someone like me, they found a great resolution. In recent years, it seems like the Indianapolis oil change market has really grown. I have to admit I've really become a fan of the Valvoline Instant Oil Change national chain. First off, as a wheelchair user I love not having to exit my car - while there are others who offer this option, it makes the process just so much easier for me that I'm hard-pressed to find a reason to go anywhere requiring me to leave the car. Valvoline typically has 2-3 bays. This location has three. All three were active today when I visited. Employees are friendly, courteous, efficient, and I've yet to have a truly bad experience (I will admit the Glendale/Keystone location occasionally falls a bit short). While oil change is in its name, Valvoline does more including air conditioning, air filters, battery replacement, differential service, light bulb replacement, radiator service, serpentine belt replacement, tire rotation, transmission service, fuel system cleaning, wiper blades, and electric vehicle service. They also offer fleet service. I do not have a fleet of vehicles. I would acknowledge this isn't the least expensive option in town, however, they almost always have coupons available. If you go to the website from the Yelp page, you'll see coupons. As I pulled in, I was quickly acknowledged. I was pulled into the third bay and given a time estimate that ended up being accurate. Yes, you do tend to get the list of recommendations (I'm not fond of this approach, but it's standard). Overall, I've found Valvoline to be the most reliable option in Central Indiana. I also find them to be consistent across locations. At this point, I tend to consider Valvoline my "go to" option. If one's around, that's where I go. This was another positive experience in my first visit to this location.

Refused to mount two tires to a pair of loose wheels, insisting they need the manufacturer sticker…read moreto do so. Except all the info on said sticker, is written very plainly on the side-wall of the tire. Very rude and argumentative, did not know what they are talking about and was making excuses as to why they cannot do this. If they can't mount a tire using the info written on the side-wall, i doubt they can even do an oil change or any other service. Terrible value, complete waste of time. He advised me to bring it in the next day (today) and just drop it off and they would have it done by that afternoon. I dropped my car off around 11:30 AM and went over the details with Jerry who confirmed what Eric told me. They confirmed my phone number and I left. Before I left, I noticed their small waiting area. It had a few seats and a coffee table, I don't remember if there was anything else because I didn't stay more than a minute or two. It did seem clean though. I called them around 4:30 PM to check on the status and was told it would be done in 30-45 minutes. When I arrived around 5:15 PM, my car was sitting outside waiting for me. Only waited a few minutes before Eric came out and checked me out and I was charged exactly what I was told. I'm happy with the professionalism and the fact that they didn't try to upsell me from what I was told I would have to pay.
