I came into Tire Discounters in bad shape. I had at least two flat tires and a completely blown out heart. Life has just thrown me a lot over the past few years and it's been tough. I'm a single father on a super tight budget. That being said, the team at Tire Discounters didn't treat me like just another number walking through the office ... I was literally in tears with the level of customer service Mr. Wright showed me. They understood me and my vehicle needs (both are important!) and worked with me to find a solution during a moment where I was basically paralyzed with stress and fear. I can't thank Mr. Wright and his crew enough. I really can't explain the value of service like that. With most of the world becoming cold, transactional and without any sense of community; this team and Mr. Wright in particular are on another level of customer service. Our car was damaged while we were staying at the Graduate Hotel. Tire Discounters was 600 feet away from the hotel. Chuck, the manager, advised by phone that 15 cars were scheduled ahead of ours. We brought our car anyway. Chuck fixed our car in the parking lot in less than 10 minutes. He didn't charge us anything. Top flight service. read more

Tire sensor for driver side front tire was activated this morning when I got in my car. Quick Yelp search for nearby tire services & Tire Discounters came up. I live less than 2 miles away. Josh (Baltimore Ravens fan) was behind the counter. Really nice guy & very professional. I didn't wait at all, he asked me to pull up to bay 2 & he checked the pressure in all four tires, put air in the two that needed & my sensor turned off. Lied about having 3 nails in my tire. Took it to discount tire and showed me one nail in the tire and fixed it for free. This place even told me it was illegal to fix so it had to be replaced lol. On top of that they "fixed" my tire pressure sensor, in my back left wheel which knocked out all of my sensors. Either a) don't charge because you didn't fix it, or b) tell your customer up front it may disable all of them. Overall. Don't come here. Go somewhere more reliable. This is a scam they work on commission. read more

Somehow I ran over a literal bolt in downtown Nash. I called Tire Discounters Friday morning & explained what had happened & the salesman was very nice over the phone & told me to bring my car in at anytime and they will take care of it. Jonathan worked on my car for me & he was very nice and let me know of the updates as they came along. Jon, I meant to thank you for your military service while I was in but forgot to, so thank you :) they were able to get install a new tire & oil change in about 3 hours!! the pricing for this work was very reasonable and I thought it was going to be a lot more. The new Midtown store has a great location, and excellent customer service. We didn't have an appointment but GM Anthony Wright got us in and out on a busy Saturday in less than an hour. Covid doesn't exist apparently at this place. There were no precautions....No mask no covering of your steering wheel there like they said, no floor mats. I saw two people wearing gloves. I asked that they save one of my tires that was new for me. They didn't. I had to go back to get it. I can't even imagine how long it would take if they actually picked my car up and returned my car. This is truly the worst managed company I've ever seen. Seven employees but only two working on cars, two were eating two on their cell phones one with a hurt hand the one with a hurt hand actually was helpful his name was Nick. I will never return to this place. They walked slower, and work slower than my grandson would and he's eight. All I can say is this place sucks. read more

I am so thankful for Anthony, the manager at Tire Discounters. I came into the shop as a walk in on a rainy day and all the mechanics were already at work. I told Anthony that I have had a slow leak in my tire and been driving on it for quite a few miles. He offered to take a look right away! Less than 20 minutes later, he patched it, made sure my pressure was good on all 4 tires, and topped off my fluids, FREE OF CHARGE!!!! This is service I love. Within seconds of meeting me I'm sure he had no idea what I was doing, he could have taken advantage of me and tried to sell me a new tire knowing the time crunch I was in, but he was kind and very helpful!!! I've been twice now since the Red Ball Garage (which was in the same location) closed down. The first time, I needed a patch on my tire, and they got it done quickly. I came to pick up my car, and apparently they were having a special, so it was free, which was a nice surprise. Then I came in because I was having problems with my hubcap, and the man working the front deskimmediately came outside to fix it, again without charging. I appreciated that he didn't feel the need to ring me up for something so simple. Both times I've been in, they've been quick, nice, and professional. read more

Phenomenal service! My girlfriends and I came in from out of town with a cruddy tire. Anthony, the GM, turned what could have been a real downer on one of our only few days in Nashville into a light-hearted and enjoyable experience! (I know... I'm shocked too. I bought 2 tires in October 8, 2019 and was told if I come back and buy the other 2 within 30 days, I could get free road hazard on all 4 tires. Ihad to take the car back 3 days later because the sensor in my tire was not installed properly and was making a horrible noise. 10 days later, October 18, 2019 I went back to buy the other 2 tires. Road hazard was added to 2 of the tires. Now I have a damaged tire and GO FIGURE, it's NOT one of the tires with road hazard. The receipt shows the salesperson name, to who the person i spoke with today has never heard of... the receipt also shows the road hazard was free, why would they give me free road hazard on 2 tires? I live 64 miles away from the nearest location and I'm being told to do it off... no appointment can be given, they will fit me in whenever they can. I can get this type of service from Walmart... read more

I chose Tire Discounters after a terrible service experience somewhere else. I scheduled a tire replacement through Yelp and it was fantastic; friendly, responsive, no problems. Dropped my car at the Church Street location and when I went to pick it up, they informed me that the single person they employed who could perform the alignment broke his hand and they issued me a certificate to get it done at any other location. 1. I'm so sorry for that guy, but you only have one person who can perform an alignment? 2. Why am I only now hearing about this after you've had my car for 2 hours? I made a second appointment at the Brentwood location a week later (the first available slot they had). When I arrived, he asked if I was dropping the car and I said no, I have an appointment. At which point he explained that an appointment simply meant I got next available, which was at least 3 hours away. I called a third location and they said they didn't have anything available until another week out. I ended up leaving my car (what other choice do I have?) and now have spent an additional $40 on Ubers to get back home and back to Brentwood, as well as a week trying to get a simple service performed when I've had two appointments to get it done. I feel for the service industry; COVID was terrible and the recovery is protracted. And everyone has been very friendly while they tell me that they are wasting my time and money. But really guys, get it together. I will not be a repeat customer. read more
