I was driving in downtown Nashville and ran over some construction debris and ended up with a nail in one of my tires on my new car. Not wanting to drive very far, nearby I found Tire Discounters on Church Street. I stopped in to have the tire repaired. They were very quick with the repair, and generously refused to accept payment for the repair. On top of that, they checked my other tires and made sure all were properly inflated. I can't thank them enough for helping me get on my way. I would strongly recommend them for your tires. I found them to be honest, courteous, and very professional, which is hard to find these days. I had one of the most pleasant and satisfying customer service experiences of my life today. Dallas is the young man who is in charge there, and I couldn't been more impressed with his professionalism and character. It turns out my fears that a bearing might be going bad we're erroneous. He personally ran a diagnosis after the tech did, just to reassure me. He further had the brakes and alignment checked as well to rule them out. It seems I just have noisy tires. General Manager Anthony Wright and Brian greeted me as I pulled in at their 8am opening. Quick check in for an unexpected nail in my tire (aren't they always). The assured me they could look at it that morning- and they did- called back within 3 hours to say it was fixed (and at a fantastic price) which was fantastic as TD is within walking distance of work. They have earned my business for when its time to buy tires; and took the time to discuss Michelin vs the Bridgestone Duals I currently have. The TD team is personal and professional. These people are kind, fast, and funny! I brought my car in with a flat in the right front--neighbor inflated the tire enough so I could drive there--and they found the hole and repaired it in 20 minutes. Here's the thing: I'm a single woman and have been taken advantage of by car repair places before. Nothing like that is on the agenda here. Drove into Nashville this morning from out of town for work. My brakes start making a terrible noise. I looked these guys up as they were close to work and took my car over. The issue was a small rock became logged between the dust shield and the rotor.......The removed the rock and sent me on my way in 30 minutes. They also refused to let me pay them anything. The Service at Tire Discounters was the best that I have found in Nashville. I went in with a nail in a tire at 2 pm on a Saturday, and Josh had it fixed by 4 pm. I couldn't pick up the car before they closed but I was able to get my car and come pick up the spare key the following week. This place was great! Very professional, not sketchy, fast , and clean! I was greeted immediately and given exact prices for what I needed. The waiting room had a 50inch Tv which was nice, and they use multiple people for each car which Speeds up the process!!! I will absolutely be back for any car maintenance needs!
