I walked in today 6/20/23 at around 6:20 PM and they close at 7 o'clock. The guy in the front counter was there and I asked him can you patch a tire. He said not today. We close in 35 minutes and we have three cars ahead of you so I drove the car in the back to the open bays and they were two guys just sitting in their chairs and I asked could you patch the tires and they said sure. I got a flat tire last night and needed a patch on it. I drove to this Tire Kingdom this afternoon without an appointment in hopes that they could fix it. They were short staffed and it took a little over an hour for them to take care of it, but I'm giving 5 stars for their customer service! The gentleman at the front was kind and updated me from time to time about the status of the service. So thank you to the employees for finding the time to fit me into their schedule for my repair, despite them being so busy and under staffed! I greatly appreciated that! Had my front breaks and rotors replaced a year ago brought it back because rotors warped.They replaced the rotors but not the break pads so the rotors warped again.Brought it back again they told me it was the rear breaks that were causing the car to shake when pressing the breaks.Wasnt 3 months go by bring it back again this time calling corporate.Was told if the rotors are warped they will replace if under warranty.Just had the inspection done.Now they are telling me the cause is the rotors being warped is from bad calipers.They will warranty the rotors but the calipers will cost 2000.00.Now if the calipers were bad why would you warranty something your not responsible for?So I take the Suv to Break Zone where they inspected the breaks rotors and calipers.Rotors are warped from not replacing the original break pads in the first place but the calipers are fine.600 bucks out the door car and breaks work perfect.Went back to Tire Kingdom again to let them know. I ran over a razor blade picking my daughter up from daycare, and noticed my tire quickly deflating. Drove quickly to Tire Kingdom and Matt was extremely kind to help me get the spare on- with two kids eager to get home. He, Alan and Mikey got to work immediately- got the spare on, and sent me on my way. I went back the next morning and they were able to have already patched my tire and put it back on. I usually just go there for an oil change. Its close by. I know they r going to try to sell me a bunch of stuff that I don't need. It happens every time I go. They told me I needed over $1,600. of work. They said I had several leaks and that I needed new spark plugs. I just had the spark plugs changed a few mons ago. And there are no leaks in my garage. I only had the oil changed. Today I have an issue. I go to my honest mechanic. Radiator is leaking. Tire kingdom never told me my radiator was leaking, when I was there a few weeks ago. My wife picked up a small screw located in the middle of the tire. The tire had plenty of rubber on it. The service tech told her they would patch it because he felt the edges of her tire was worn to much. I know the tire has at least 8 - 10,000 miles of life left. This is not the 1st time I've experienced this location lies & takes advantage of their customers to up sell. They insisted on replacing the tire as the only option. My wife left & took it to Tires plus down the road where they would happily patch it because they saw now issue. Tire kingdom is pushing very dishonest business practices in the name of safety. A+++ Today was the second time they could've taken advantage/ripped me off but didn't. I made an appointment because I had a giant nail head sticking in my tire. (I'd purchased 4 tires literally a month prior) Long story short-Michael professionally handled some chaos in the store and came out too look at my situation. I don't want to bore you with the details, but, again, he could've totally taken advantage of the situation aka acted like a dirtbag, but instead showed integrity, and I drove home not spending the $200 I was expecting to. Kudos to Wilson for satisfactorily sorting out an incorrect tire order for me in May 2020, and to both him and the technician (can't remember his name, but I recall he told me he's from Haiti) who worked on my vehicle to ensure that the work was completed satisfactorily. Second kudos to Wilson for assisting me again a couple of days ago when I needed to have one of my tires checked. Stay away from this place. Corporate support doesn't help either. Bought a tire and within a month had a small leak. Went back to get it fixed. I was told the the tire was not under warrantee and to fix the leak it would be $40. At the same time another employee offered to do it for $20 cash. I called corporate explaining that not only the month old tire should still be under warranty, I was offered to fix for $20 cash by their employees. Corporate response was that they cannot control what their employees do and that they cannot grant the warranty on the tire. So I lost $90 on a tire but they lost any future business from me and anyone I know just because they wouldn't fix a leak. Looks like I'll just have to keep going to Firestone. Worst Tire Kingdom store by far. Performed a "Road Force" balance on my car at $22 per tire. Car came out worse (more vibrations that's before they performed the balance). Have been there twice to have a suspect tire rotated front to rear to try and isolate the problem - a 5 minute job - and was told the first time that it would take two hours of waiting and that I should come back. Came back later that evening only to be told that they had no time to do the job. Managers there have idea on how to flow jobs through their shop, let alone provide good customer service. read more

I informed the caller how dissatisfied I was for having to return to the store to wait for another hour for them to balance the tires correctly. Don't take your car to this Tire Kingdom. Bought two new tires and had my oil changed. The tires were balanced improperly causing the car to shake at highway speeds. The tech doing my oil change failed to properly secure my undercarriage covers and it started dragging along the ground as soon as I left the parking lot. When I limped it back to them, the tech told me, "I had trouble getting it back into place so I only put one bolt in." Manager refused to even come out of the back to bring me my keys. Had to involve the corporate office and get another Tire Kingdom to correct the mistakes of this location. read more

I have used this Tire Kingdom for years. Yesterday was the last time. I called in the morning to make sure they had the correct battery for my car. After looking up the information, I was assured the battery was available. I said great. Please put my name on it and my husband would bring the car, after we got a boost, either that afternoon or this morning. I also asked how long it would take and if I needed an appointment. I was assured no appointment was needed and the battery swap would take 30-40 minutes. I was quoted $159 for the battery and $25 for labor. We got a boost to start the car and my husband took the car over as planned. Once there, they claimed no knowledge of my call, they had no proper battery in stock, but could order it for delivery in "15" minutes! And the price was now $50 more than I was quoted. One staff member even suggested to my husband that maybe they had had the battery when I called but had sold it to somebody else! My husband ended up spending two hours getting the battery changed, an overall most unpleasant experience. As my husband as checking out, the manager asked how his service visit had been. My husband was incredulous that this manager was unaware of the difficulties he had experienced. read more

Although Jeree up front was great it was obvious this location was very poorly run. They were extremely busy & management claimed they were short staff. Even with having made an appointment (that I left work early to make), I still had to wait almost 3.5 hours to have my new tires installed. Another customer was there over 4.5 hours to simply have his oil changed. Another customer dropped his car off at 7 am & it was still not ready almost 12 hours later. Needless to say the waiting room was filled with unhappy customers. When you spend a sizable amount of money on a vehicle repair & having an experience like this it really does not make you feel great about it let alone want to go back to take advantage of the other services that were sold to you. read more

The kingdom of rip offs, waste of time, gas, and frustration. I have a tire warranty plan that has road hazard assistance. I get my tire replaced by this establishment and they tell me I have to pay an installation fee. Now what type of road hazard plan makes you pay a installation fee of $50? To my knowledge when I had tires plus this did not occur. I had a flat tire I dropped it off and came back 3hr later to pick it up. I arrived got my tire installed and payed my $50 fee. I leave with my car and I'm on my way home when I get a phone call from a technician saying I forgot to put the spare tire back that I would have to come pick it up. Meanwhile I live in Coral Springs so thats quite a drive. The next day I arrive to pick up my spare tire as I'm standing there for 5min unacknowledged. I explain to the salesman my frustration and ask if I can speak to a manager. He informs me the manager will be with me shortly. I'm waiting for 30 min to speak to the manager. He keeps going back in forth to his office and never acknowledges me. Great customer service. Percy the manager is very useless and can't follow through with customer service. Along with the technician who can't follow directions on putting a spar tire back in its proper place. Frustrated I just left this establishment.. read more

They were too busy, would not let me leave it overnight and said they were all booked Monday too so they finally allowed me to drop it off today with a promise it'd be ready by noon - was ready at 6:00pm. In addition to the overly high price oil change the swapped out the tire and left my car disgusting - grease stains on front and two sides of my car and splashed blue liquid all over it. Rating this as 1 because I can't go less. I've been to this place for 2.5 years now and liked the fact they are honest but not anymore Went for an oil change & tire rotation at 11 and left at 2:30. Here's a summary of what I faced: 1 - The guy tells me serpentine belt on car needs to be changed. I question him I got it replaced here last year and if it's gone bad replace it under warranty. He says let me take a look, goes back and says no it's good, I had looked at a different model of same car as mine (I looked there was no other car). 2 - The car gets done, brought down from ramp and and sits there for 20 minutes while I ask them twice to bring it out. 3 - When the guy finally brings it and I begin to walk out notice the tires are not rotated. I had checked twice earlier (coz I know they skip it), and was told "it's the first thing we did". But now the guy tells me he did not coz the back two tires are good. I know it's a plain lie coz I've all new tires and know this much about cars :) I raised a complaint to the customer service and they offered me a free tire rotation. They also told I'd get a call back from the DSM which I'm waiting, its been 4 days. Definitely not going there again or to another tire kingdom store read more

I would give this place minus 50 stars if I could. Worst garage/mechanic/tire kingdom on the face of the earth! Where do I start: 1) brought my car in to have one tire replaced because I had a large piece missing most likely from driving on 95 in construction areas. I had the tire replaced and thought everything was fine. I was getting into my vehicle at tire kingdom and looked down at the new tire and it looked low. I said to my self no way a brand new tire just replaced would be low. So I drove home and the car didn't feel right. So when I got home I checked the tire pressure and sure enough the tire was at 18 psi and the recommended psi is 30. I brought it right back to tire kingdom and they could not explain why the new tire was not properly inflated. They checked it for defects and there were none. The tire was fine. So they do not properly inflate brand new tires. But wait it gets much better. 2)So about three months later I got a flat(different tire). I tried to remove one of the lug nuts and I couldn't budge it. When AAA came to help me they informed me that the lug nut cover was stripped by the garage and it made it almost impossible to remove the tire without destroying the cover.3) the worst of the incompetence, I went to tire kingdom with an A/C issue. They told me I needed a new compressor and I got a quote and went and got a second opinion at a different garage. Which they told me it was exactly what tire kingdom said and gave me a quote higher than tire kingdom. But warned me not to get A/C work done at tire kingdom. I didn't listen and went back to get work done by T/K. Boy would I regret that. So they did the work and everything seemed fine for a month or two. Then one day the same thing happened and the A/C quit working and I brought it back to tire kingdom because it was under warranty for 12 months. So they looked at it and said the compressor was fine it needed a condenser this time. I believed them but went for a second opinion and different price quote. The other garage said my condenser was fine the compressor was bad. So I brought it to a different tire kingdom because I didn't want them near my car again and they confirmed the other garages diagnosis. And they replaced my compressor that was just replaced that was still under warranty. So tire kingdom on 441 was trying to get me to pay for something I already paid for and was under warranty. That is dirty and underhanded. And the other T/K told me when they contacted T/K Boca they were rude and disrespectful to them and denied doing anything wrong. Even when they were given proof that they were at fault they were cocky and denied it. So in a nutshell I wouldn't go there ever again under any circumstances. They are terrible and a disgrace to mechanics everywhere. read more

This location needs to learn what is customer service. I had an appointment for front end alignment, and took time off from work for this. I showed up on time and there was a line of 4 people. The technician did a poor job by not acknowledging the people in line, he was extremely slow at navigating the computer system, and then asked a customer to come around to the other side of the counter to help him... He never once made eye contact with anyone in line. After 20 minutes of waiting, another person came in behind me and received service before the others just because they said they had an engine light on the dashboard... really???? At that point I gave up and will find another place to have my work done. Very unprofessional unreliable, irresponsible and total waste of time. Stay away and beware read more

Called and made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation despite the fact of waiting so long for the car to be ready they did not even perform tire rotation. The front desk lady called the technician who was mumbling something not even trying to apologize or convince me the work has been done. Instead he offered me to wait for another 20 minutes to do the tire rotation. I was with my 2 year old and already late to pick up my older one from school. Just went there to get a simple old change and tire rotation. they took 4 hours to do the oil change and called and told my muliple things that where obviously not even wrong with my car and on top of that I get there and they didn't even do the tire rotation. When i told them they didn't do tire rotation they gave me attitude and told me they couldn't do it then and i would have to come back tomorrow. This is the second time i went to tire kingdom this year and had a problem the first time they didn't put the right filter on my car and leaked all the oil all over my new driveway .
