UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. I walked in to the shop to get new tires. I had been shopping around online and different tire shops. I had not gone into this tire king dom for years because of the previous management. They were rude and suffered with bad customer service. They brought in all new people to this shop and it is the total opposite of what it was. Manager Michael helped me choose a great tire fit for my car and was very honest in recommendations. Came here trying to get a new tire, mine had a broken valve stem and was down in boca for work and couldn't get home. Called and they gave me a price which was fair so made the drive from the gas station. Said they close at 7pm and at 5:30 they told me they couldn't change out a single tire that I was going to be paying $100 for because they had no openings. There are 5 car bays and only 2 of them were being occupied. It takes at most 30 minutes to change a tire. They obviously didn't didn't want my business or my money. Very disappointed. read more

I arrived just after 7am for oil & filter change & tire rotation. Told 8:15 complete & I went for breakfast at Bruces. They were supposed to call my cell phone when complete, but they didn't. Next, I drove away & in a few blocks my "Tire Pressure Low" light came on. Went back & one svc advisor told me it stays on for 7-10 miles. Never saw that before. Other svc advisor had tech put air in tires that should've been done while it was being worked on. Asked if they could then reset warning as it was still on. Told it would go off in a mile or 2. Drove home & it was still on. Googled how to reset it on 2016 Accord. Did it myself in 30 seconds. Why don't these so called experts know how to do it. BTW, they do NOT honor competitor coupons for oil changes or other services. Only match competitors for tires. read more

Have been waiting for over 4 hours for new tires to be installed. Made an appointment online for 11:30 am. It is now 3:40pm!! Every half hour they tell me it will be just 15 more minutes. A woman just left here after waiting 2 hours and they had not even started working on her car. read more

I had been a customer of Tire Kingdom at a different location for years. We recently moved to West Boca temporarily. My wife needed tires, so I bought a set there. After having it balanced and aligned, I took it on the highway and found that it vibrated a little. I also had the front brakes evaluated. I was told I needed a front brake job. The following week, I dropped the car off at the dealer where I had purchased the vehicle. We have had an outstanding relationship. They checked my brakes and told me I had at least another 10000 miles use. Last Sunday, my oil gauge showed that I needed oil immediately. I rushed over to the West Boca Tire Kingdom. They were about to close. I was worried since they claimed to have given me an oil change three and a half weeks ago. Instead of taking a minute to hear me out, the employee was very nasty and rude. He closed the door in my face. This same employee was rude to me before on a previous visit. He is unfit to deal with the public. From today on, I will take my business elsewhere and so will all the people I know. I will also register a complaint with the corporate office and the BBB. Waited over 2.5 hours for an oil change (I was quoted 1.5). I understand an oil change means a little more than a click of a button but it's an extreme inconvenience for a person with a busy schedule to be stuck in a tire shop for 2.5 hours. With an honest quote I would have dropped it off or came back at a different time. read more

Tom is by far the best example of customer service. He is polite, patient and all around just a nice professional guy. It is because of him and his staff that I use this tire kingdom as my go to for car problems, not just tires. When they tell you a time and price, they keep to it. Given my long history, I've been chalking up my last few negative experiences to bad luck, but there's definitely a systemic problem here. This place is terrible! Save yourself the aggravation and $$$ and go to GoodYear in East Boca. Not only did Tire Kingdom overcharge me for tires, but they charged me for an alignment that they didn't do. They said that the control arms were bent and estimated over $1700 to fix my car after my son scraped a curb while going 15 mph. I took the car to GoodYear and they did the alignment which corrected the problem and told me that one strut was bent. My sons can fix the strut on their own and GoodYear said bring it back afterwards and they would align it again for no charge. Tire Kingdom not only lost the outrageous repair they estimated but they lost my business all together. I highly recommend GoodYear. read more

Horrible took my my car in at 9am to change one tire guy told me about two hours . Got a call around 10 saying that my tire had a hole and they were going to replace It and only the labor would have to be paid . Showed up around 1pm employee tells me that he was waiting for the tire to be delivered it will be another 45min - 1hr . About 30 minutes later i get a voicemail saying that they have bad news .... call back the shop guy puts on hold employee that was helping me finally picks up and tells me that the back of my rim has a small dent and that they can't touch my car for safety reasons . It was very obvious that dent happened under their care. My car was not driving the same after i took it back , i can clearly feel the dent on my rim which wasn't there before . Worst experience I've had from such lazy and incompetent workers never going back there again . read more

If you need car repairs I suggest Tires Choice on Sandalfoot or the Tire Kingdom in the same plaza. HORRIFIC, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISORGANIZED, POOR QUALITY. What else can I say? I made an appt this past Saturday to have my oil.changed on Sunday at 3pm. Arrived at 255pm. Attendant did his stuff and when I asked when I would be taken on, he said I was next. At 342pm my car was still sitting where I left it. The workers in the lobby had been on their cell phones talking with friends. Another one went to get his cell phone repaired and was telling everyone about it. Another was watching back go the future on the tv. At 344 they took my car in. At 424pm I walked to the window for the service bays and my car was sitting there untouched. I stated I wanted my vehicle back. I made it known how unhappy i was that no one has touched my vehicle. A mechanic was sitting in lounge area watching tv pleading with me to let him and another guy take care of the car. I Said no thank you and they brought out my car, while I watched the driver hit a pile of tires with the car. I will never ever step foot in a tire kingdom again. Monday morning I called the mgr tom. He said it is apparent while he was off they did not do a good job and asked if he could do anything. Told him I will never come back there or to any tire kingdom after that experience read more

I've been to this shop several times, but I've come to realize they are not honest and they will take advantage of your needs. People there is super nice, but even though you make an appointment, they keep your car until the end of the day unless you wait for it, then it's just like 4 hours. I have gone there for a low tire twice on the same car, and even though I found the nail on the threads (that can be patched) they always call me to tell me the hole is on the side and they need to replace it. Did it the first time, the second I went to a different shop and they patch it for $20 without question and the hole was on the threads. These guys are not honest and take advantage of people all the time. Stay away from them. read more

No one knows what's going on. They said I had to order special tires for my car and that something was wrong because my tire leaned in. Stupidly I put a down payment on the tires. Decided to call the dealer who beat there tire price by $500 and the leaning in tire, it's supposed to lean since it's a sports car. Went back for refund and no manager around and said come back tomorrow. Next day I went back and manager couldn't figure out how to do it. He's was on phone with I.T. Department, corporate, every. Rip off and Unprofessional Where do I began. I called to get a quote on tires. They told me the prize that they could do was $ 209 per tire. A quick check on line revealed the same tires for $ 109, so I bought them. I called them and they told me that they could installed them for 9.99 for mounting and 9.99 for balancing each. I tried to set an appointment at the store, but no, they said because they could not honor the appointment. So, they made me go on line, sign up, and have someone called me later. Someone called trying to sell me something for my other car and even assumed it was for an oil change. Finally, I told him that i was just trying to make an appointment and I was in the middle of my work day. I get to the store, they told me that they could not honor the appointment. First come, first serve, so the on line thing was just a way to sell stuff. Then, the guy quotes and additional 10.99 per tire because they run flat. At that point, we no honored appointment, no idea of what they final bill would be as it seems to be arbitrary charges and having violated every step of an honorable and transparent transaction; I walked away and took the business somewhere else. read more

The Boca Raton Tire Kingdom is probably the worst place in south Florida to service your car. The employees could care less about service, and don't think that being a long term customer means they will give you even the most basic of courtesy. I gave them a break after they charged me for a service and it turned out not to fix the problem ( at which time they said the original quarter they gave me to fix the problem was not all that needed to be done.. bait and switch ... it was the AC)... the although we have used the shop many times for tires... one of the tires bought from them went flat on the road... I was able to get air and drive it over for an emergency patch ( that only takes a few minutes)... instead of letting someone tAke 10 minutes for my emergency the said I don't have an appointment so I can wait a few hours and see. How can I have an appointment for an emergency? This is standard practice for tires shops to give a quick repair on an emergency. I was able to make it to the auto clinic in Boca Rio Road and they immediately pulled off a mechanic and fixed it in 10 minutes... as a courtesy with no charge. Never go to this store. Rude, subpar service, and they don't care about you at all! read more

I have been using Tire Kingdom for over 20 years. After my experiences with my dealership there is no contest or comparison. Tire Kingdom is not only at least half the price but even more salient, the service has always been superior and personal. On the matter of trust alone, Tire Kingdom clearly stands out. That enterprise has let me know several times that recommended auto work by other firms were not necessary. went there this morning for an oil change alignment and balance the tires dropped off 10:30am they said 2 hours.well well around 3:30 i went there well again no van there after 10min standing outside here comes whats spouse to be a tech driving fast windows down ac cranking drinking a soda with a new tire for somebody else on my PASSENGER SEAT!! I flipped out my van is a work truck but its very clean it does not give them the right to carry crap.they said that their machine was broke and drove it to the other store without my knowledge after flipping out i got a $60 discount.No oil sticker was placed no reset oil was done grease all over the hood fender and both doors seat stained black.what a service i got i dont complaint about anything but i think others should see and read this and DONT GO THERE!!! read more

Well that is 3 hours of my life I will never get back. My 2 year old Honda has 65,000 miles and bald tires so I went there and after 90 minutes the first guy said they were almost done. The second guy admitted 30 minutes later that they were not almost done and ran out of tires and needed to get one from another store so he said it would be another hour.(how does Tire Kingdom run out of tires??). 40 minutes after that the first guy said they were once again almost done. The second guy contradicted him again and said they ran out of air filters and needed to go back to the second store. I wish the first guy had been honest instead of stringing me along about being almost done. I get that things happen but I am not a fan of lying and saying they were almost done when they clearly were not is lying. Once I finally got everything and pulled out of the parking lot the air pressure light went on so I need to go back. Scammers. Went to have a nail patched. Initially, they told me they could. Then, told me they couldn't because the patch would bend and it would be a driving hazard. Understanding the advise, I was willing to pay more to put a new tire on, however; they didn't have tires for my vehicle in stock, so I took my car back, nail and all, and went to Pep Boys instead, who were going to charge me less than Tire Kingdom for the patch, however; when they brought my car in for service, they were able to remove the nail from the tire, and let me know that the nail hadn't even penetrated the tire. Tire Kingdom didn't even care to check but were going to scam me out of a good portion of money, had they had my vehicle's type of tire in stock.(Go figure, a place that specializes in tires, not having your car's tires). Beware of this location, professional scammers at work. Hopefully, the other locations aren't as dishonest, though, I wouldn't be surprised They seem to care more about what they can sell you on than the customer's financial best. read more

Went there at 8:30 this morning, Left at 10:52 this morning. When I got there, four people came in to complain that the work done on their Vehicles the day before was either incomplete, or not done at all. I was very concerned at this point. However I stayed. I needed to have the front wheel on the driver's side of my car change. I also need the Wheels rotation, and Wheels alignment. Immediately upon leaving, I noticed the car was pulling to the left. (WELL SO MUCH FOR ALIGNMENT). 5 minutes later I pull into Publix shopping mall on state road 441 in Boca Raton. Upon getting out the car and walking around my vehicle I noticed the tires was never rotated. I thought seriously about returning to tire Kingdom, At that point I decided I did not want them touching my vehicle again why take the chance. Although it would have been a little more expensive I would have been better going to the TIRE LUBE GARAGE directly across from them. So much for $254.49 down the drain read more

Terrible....brought car in for new brakes and tire rotation. Drove 3 miles from tire kingdom home and found a screw in my tire that was not there when I brought the car in for the brakes. Brought car back for tire repair and when they realized it was for warranty work they told me they had to keep the car overnight, (for a tire repair?????). Next day when picking up the car I was told that they replaced the tire and even though we had paid for the warranty they would charge us for installation!..Poor service...scam type warranty....and I seriously wonder if a screw may have been added to the tire rotation when they didn't realized I had the tire warranty. I will never go back there and I hope if you do you check everything you sign and check your car very carefully when you pick it up. read more
