I had new tires put on and had to go back a second tire to have them rebalanced. then I had to bring it to another shop to correct the bad work. All four tire were not balanced. 3 were over 3oz off and one was an old previously used weight. Went back and the manager told me that weights fall off all the time and I just had bad luck and there's nothing she could do for me. I went to the company website and filed a complaint. I would not even give this place one star. My wife went in last week to get a tire rotation. It was a scheduled appointment. The woman running the shop tried to tell her she needed new tires and they told her the tread was 6mm and she had to have 8mm for them to do a rotation. 6mm is only halfway through the life of the tire. Zero ethics at this place. Then I called the corporate office to make a complaint. The office called the shop and the manager tried to say my wife never came in and that no such thing happened. The idiot manager printed her a record of our last tire service which was time/date stamped. Do not get any service done here unless you intend to get ripped off. read more

Absolutely terrible service. My partner went in to get new tires, after an hour and a half they told him his lugnuts were stripped and I had to come pick him up in the snow to drive all around to buy lugnuts somewhere else. My partner spent an extra $130 on lugnuts and when we could only find 8 lugnuts at other places they let my partner leave believing he would be missing 7 out of 20 lugnuts. Later we checked and all the lugnuts were on the car so we think they lied about not having any. Do not go here!! read more

I went here originally 5 months ago to see about getting a screw removed from tire and plugged. After they removed my tire, the receptionist proceeded to tell me that they don't plug anymore and I'd have to get a new tire. I asked them to just put back on and I would go elsewhere, she said no, can't put the tire back on, it's against policy. So I bought a new tire. A couple days later went back to get tires balanced, just didn't feel right when driving. Since then I've been having to put air in the tires every three weeks or so. About 2 months ago, went in to see if something wrong. This was at 8:00am, was told by girl at front that no staff on until 8:30. (Then why do you open at 7:30 if no staff). Went back on my lunch break, they looked at it, said nothing wrong. Well, I still have to put air in that tire every few weeks. I drove by yesterday morning, did not see any cars in the lot or bays, assumed they were closed. I called and the girl that answered said they were open today til 6:30. I turned my car around went right back, this was at 9:15 am, i walked in girl at the desk was the ONLY one there. She said that she couldn't help because the person that would look at it had to leave for a family emergency and no one was there to help. I was about to leave and she said for me to call when I want to come back and she would let me know if someone was there. I am so fed up with this location and staff. The girl working the front desk is now the manager, the first time I was in there all she did was complain about working there and the pay was horrible. She was threatening to leave. She has no customer service skills and a bad attitude to all that walk in. UPDATE: Went back today to get tire checked out, had a small nail in it. DARREN worked on it (and was the only one at work). This man should be here everyday, he was very kind, polite, talked me thru the process of what he was doing, verified my tire was covered for this at no charge. Used them as a recommended installer for tires purchased on tirerack. They sold me a lifetime rotation, balance, etc. When I returned a year later to get a rotation and balance they refused to honor the lifetime package. The woman working the counter was rude with 30 seconds calling me ignorant and snapping at me when I mistakenly thought she was speaking to me while she was talking to her "manager" on a single AirPod i didn't see and never saw her call. I apologized while getting a hard stare. It all ended with her basically telling me to kick rocks when I asked for a refund. She gave me no info and was overall useless. I don't think she even tried to look me up in the computer system. I "called corporate" (I had to go through the website labyrinth to find that number as tire warehouse woman refused to help me). After waiting on hold for 30+ mins I got to someone and they ended up refunding me. Soooo much wasted tim. All this after the initial install work wasn't great but I lived with it due to not driving much and having little time to go back. Also, the waiting area is nasty.. not a huge deal for me but I would never want my wife and kids having to wait in there for work to get done by these folks. I have been going to this location for years but since this women has been the manager she goes out of her way to turn business away. If I was the owner of this business I would have fired her multiple times. Zero customer service, Shop is in terrible condition, the guys working there rather be on there phones then wanting to help anyone. I gave this place a 1 star but it needs to be less then zero stars. I got 4 new tires here. The next day my back right tire went flat. I took it back to tire warehouse. They told me they hadn't tightened the valve and it should be fixed. The next day my tire blew up on the 495 during a snowstorm. I changed my tire and claimed factory defect. The tire pressure light is still on. I got ripped off by Monro tire up the street a few years ago and found out they have the same parent company. I would not recommend any business associated with these people. read more

They take so long to change my tires almost 1:00 just for the front tires, they charge me for a Kelly tire all season $150 each, but in NTB tires I already saw the same tire for $85.00. Not only that my car is completely unbalanced and misaligned and to fix that will cost me more. Go to GOODYEAR. I'm giving this place 2 stars and that's because they were quick. Efficient, not so much. Whoever M. Alvarado is - not professional. Had to wait for him to get off of a cellphone call to ask a question about my tires. Once I turned on my car, the tire symbol still showed.. whatever. Both of the staff that assisted me seemed like bringing them business was a bother. I think my tire has a slow leak and because he was so fast and careless about his work, all he said was "no your tires are fine". I'll be getting a second opinion. I had to get my tire pressure re-checked and Alvarado just sat on a chair on his phone as his new colleague did it. Overall, CARELESS. That's what he displayed. Just there to collect a paycheck. When I was about to leave I heard him say "all set" I didn't respond because his customer service is SHIT and I was just over their shitty service at that point. Dishonest and rude! I went to purchase a tire today for a Mazda 3 2016 vehicle. I was quoted a price for 120.00 which seems expensive for a small vehicle. Only after I looked on their website and saw they have cheaper tires for 65.00 which was not offered to me. How is it possible that my 2017 Highlander tire was the same price as this small vehicle. I had a slow leak on my wife's car. I brought it to Tire warehouse to fix the leak. I waited over an hour when they started to fix the tire. The guy at the register called me back to take a look at the tire and said we have to clean your inside of you tire and replace the TPMS sensor. I figured the TPMS sensor was leaking so I said to replace it. Then the guy behind the counter wanted to show me that his guy broke the wheel stud clean off. I was two hours there and said" you know what, I will fix it myself, no problem." He charged me $87.00 for a slow leak, TPMS sensor and cleaning the tire. The next day I got a call from my wife saying she is on the side of the road with a flat tire!! You guessed it, it was the same tire that was supposedly fixed!! I was in and out in under an hour to have four tires replaced, so that was great, but the only person wearing a mask was me and one other customer (who only put his on after he saw me with mine). Came here for a screw in my tire - I was told that it wasn't repairable and I needed to go to the Tire Warehouse I purchased the tires from to get a warranty replacement. Turns out that not only COULD the tire be repaired, the warranties are guaranteed at all Tire Warehouse locations, so they just lied because they'd rather spend the afternoon breaking into their coworkers care than actually working. Per previous reviews this place is hit and miss and I got a miss. Seems only two guys decided to come into work the day I went in and they definitely weren't the A-team. It took 3 hours to put snow tires on despite having an appointment. I watched the two work the entire time and I've never seen work done so inefficiently and with such a I don't care attitude. To add insult to injury while there a customer returns in a Lowell cop car. Seems her wheel nearly came off on the connector. Keep in mind she had come back after they replaced her tires to complain that the car was making a strange noise. Without looking at her car they said everything was ok and sent her in her way. Then of course her wheel nearly came off. She could have been killed or someone else as a 20" wheel comes through there windshield at 60 mph. Inexcusable. I'll will never use this company again if this is what they consider an appropriate level of service and I advise you to go here at your own risk. read more

I'll never be back. They lost my business. I've had three wheel bolts broken off into a lug nut on three separate occasions where I've never had this issue before. And every time I had to fight to get reimbursement. It seems like the inexperienced shop guys torqued it too much or it was cross threaded or just a mixture of both. Either way, once is far too many but for it to happen another two times is no longer a mistake, but just occurring due to inexperience. They need to hire actual professionals, not some dude off the street. read more

Pretty affordable tires here. My baby (my pet name for my car) got a flat the other day. The hole was right on the side of my tire, and since it was already plugged once, I knew that I would have to finally cave and replace my front tires. I got dropped off here by a friend who picked me up, and the employees let me inside and started to try to figure out what tires I may need. Of course, I had absolutely no clue what tires I needed. We waited until the tow truck came, a nd the second they saw my car, they figured it out and got right to work. Once my car was off the tow truck, I was in and out in fifteen minutes. Once they were done, the worker told me my "baby" was ready to go. That got a smile out of me. I have pretty big front tires, so I was pretty impressed that two only came to $250, including all the extras that they include with each tire purchase. I've shopped here before, and they've always been fast and reliable, and one of the cheapest options in town. I've never had an issue with the tires I've purchased here for my previous car, and this is the first set I've bought with them for my new car, and so far so good! If you're in a rush, or think "hey, I have nothing better to do on my only day off this week than to blow my front tire and get my two front tires replaced", or you're just in for some routine maintenance, this place should be pretty high up on your list. read more

Their prices are always more than competition, yes they match but it is a hassle to give them what they require to match. They don't have a lot of tires at that location and push you into the "only" tire they have in your size. Then they don't disclise the breakdown of the price till after the work is done and then you find out instead of 19.99 a tire their own website lists, they actually charged 29.99 and extra 20 for road hazard that wasn't asked for and some other fees. A 90 dollar tire now costed 147 dollars for tire and labor. Order from tire rack online. they ship for free to any location and prices are cheaper and they offer FREE road hazard for your tires. Tire warehouse is fine for installation where they can't juice you on upselling crap you don't want or need so order from tire rack and just use tire warehouse for thr labor. read more

About a year ago, while I was leaving work, I hit a curb in Chelmsford and popped my tire. In a panic, I called Tire Warehouse in Lowell and explained what happened and that I had a long drive home that I wasn't comfortable driving with a donut tire on my car. The gentleman I spoke to said they were closing in a bit and if I could make it ASAP, they could take a look. When I got there, they were super nice and checked it out right away. There was no saving the old tire and I had to purchase two as I have an AWD vehicle. I expected that and we talked about tires. I told them I typically do 120 miles round trip for work so I wanted quality tires. I'm not well versed with tire brands so I've always relied on the professionals to help guide me based upon what I'm looking for. The guy told me his recommendation and I said okay and they started to change two tires. During checkout, the total was around $300 for two tires. I handed over my card and made a joke that I probably would've paid anything to get the tires to which the guy responded, 'had I known, I would've charged you more!' I didn't think much of it and went about my night when my car was done. Fast forward to a few weeks ago and I had a nail in my tire and went to the Tire Warehouse in Exeter to get it fixed. It was in and out no problem and the tech went over what he did to repair it and gave me a form that showed what my treads were at and told me I should start thinking about four new tires. I asked him if he was sure since I had replaced two tires within the year and the other two were about two years old at this point. He told me he checked every tire and the treads were marked accordingly. I told him the story about the two tires and he asked me where I got them done and how much I paid. He asked me where I went in Lowell and I said I was pretty sure it was Tire Warehouse but, in not so many words told me it was unlikely their store in Lowell would have done that. This guy was so nice and polite! He said I got hosed and that I got the 'odd brand' of low quality tires. I thanked him for the patching my tire and going over the tire treads with me. I was really upset but let it go because I was second guessing where I had gone. That is until this morning I got an email an email from Tire Warehouse in the Lowell location about 'Winter Weather Alert.' Now I've lived in NH my whole life and never had to get tires outside of the state so process of elimination points me to the Lowell location to have questionable practices and overcharge me for a terrible quality tires. I'm really disappointed that the Lowell location would take advantage of customers like that. read more
