Cute brewery on Figueroa next to USC. The parking lot is small but when I visited, there was ample parking. The signage, not so visible until you are closer to the location. Walked in and found a spot. There was not much on the menu that felt like a quick bite so i ordered the taster. I believe i like 2 out of the 4 beer because one of samples mirrored the flavor profile of another. I watched the staff, two young ladies, sit, eat, chat at the bar amongst each other. The place was empty and the service lacked. I never ordered any other items because the staff seemed more interested in hovering over the register and reading books at the bar instead of scanning the area for customer needs.

Every trip, we already know, we have to try at least one local brew. Found this spot on the way to the airport and it did not disappoint. Our server was extra helpful and superb. The beer, it speaks for itself and the word on play on the names is just epic.

Came here around 3:30 pm on a Sunday and was able to get a spot in the parking lot. However the lot isn't that big so if you come when it's busier you might need to park elsewhere. The brewery itself doesn't really stand out, it's in the back corner of the parking lot and has both indoor and outdoor seating. It was mostly empty when we were there. A staff member came to us to take our orders and was very attentive. They're interesting because they have there house beers but they also have some beers from other breweries. The JFB was an easy beer to drink and I also really liked the fruit beer Take It Squeezy. They also serve their own food which is always a good thing when you're drinking.

Awesome atmosphere, quality service, and good food great for a midweek beer to watch the game keep, shout to isabel you rock

Great food, beer, and service Isabel was attentive at all times and never let me get up for a drink (you rock girl) awesome for a midweek beer to watch the game

Great spot with indoor and outdoor seating. Huge plus for having a parking lot. Even though it's shared with a few other businesses, there were still open spots on a Friday around 5:30pm. Their beer menu is small which makes it easy for indecisive people who are overwhelmed with choices such as myself. They have a few guest beers as well. They offer flights which didn't make too much sense because it was $14 for four tasters, but a taster is $3. So it seemed cheaper to just do tasters rather than a flight. The flight pours looked to be the same size as the taster pours as well. Really enjoyed their house beers. The cinnamon one was my favorite. Can't remember the name of it. Didn't order food but the food at one table looked good. Service was great. Would come back again!

I absolutely love this brewery! The atmosphere is very low key and chill. The location is somewhat hidden and I almost missed it driving in! Which I'm not complaining too much about. The loaded fries were sooo good! All the beers I tried with the flight were amazing. Even the IPA (La Virgen) and I'm not a huge fan of IPA's but I would actually order that again. The Berry Drewmore was my favorite and I love the name! Our server was great. She was attentive but not intrusive and I appreciate that. I'll definitely be back!

I came here with colleagues after work. We got there right at opening time (4pm) and it was empty. The food and service was good; the ambience was cool but cozy. A hidden gem!

    $14 flight!

Such a random but great spot! I got the sour and sweet beer and my husband got a flight with all of the house beers. They were delicious! We came in a Sunday right when they opened and it was empty except one other couple. They have a medium patio and a huge space inside with lots of seating. Seems like a great spot for groups. The staff was attentive and helpful! We will definitely be back.

I would recommend their two beers: "Tropic Like It's Hot", and the "La Virgen" (pronounced La Ver-hen) More of a sour/fruity pale ale and a hazy west Coast IPA, respectively They have more beers from other breweries on tap if you fancy them.

Finding Hidden Gems: Art District Brewing in Little Tokyo, LA…read more One of my favorite rituals when traveling is hunting down the best local breweries -- and Los Angeles did not disappoint. Tucked away in the vibrant heart of Little Tokyo, Art District Brewing instantly caught my attention. The atmosphere alone made it worth the visit, with that perfect blend of industrial cool and neighborhood charm that only LA seems to pull off. The tap selection was impressive -- thoughtfully curated and clearly crafted with intention. But honestly? The food is what stole the show. I always love leaning on a server's recommendations, and this time it paid off beautifully. The chicken tenders arrived golden, perfectly crispy on the outside, and impossibly juicy within. These weren't your average bar bites -- they were the kind of dish that makes you pause mid-conversation just to appreciate the moment. Whether you're a craft beer obsessive or simply someone who appreciates great food in a great setting, Art District Brewing belongs on your LA itinerary. Next time you find yourself wandering Little Tokyo, do yourself a favor and walk through those doors. You can thank me later.

I refuse to scream at bartenders to get served, however the last time I was there after standing there for 15 minutes trying to be patient waiting for my turn and getting skipped over for rude customers being pushy, I realized it was necessary which only pisses them off even more but at least you're able to get a drink which is why most people are there in the first place! Lots of TVs for watching sports, skeeball, pool, food stand for tacos inside...

It's a great place to gather and drink with friends and friendly strangers. It's bigger than you think, too, since besides the main room it has a mezzanine, a private room near the bathrooms, and an outdoor patio area. While they don't serve food, there are always food trucks or other food vendors there. I also love the community events they put on. And social clubs even have meetups here. It's just good vibes all around. And honestly, every beer I've had here has been amazing. I recently had a sour that I loved. They also have slushies and nonalcoholic drinks. Their NA mojito was great when they had it. Only tough part is the parking but if the lot is unavailable, there's usually street parking in the neighborhood or across Vineland at the meters. There is plenty of street parking around and the place is walkable. I visited this past Friday for the soccer game (Brazil Vs. Haiti) and noticed it was not extremely packed as it was the night prior (Mexico had won). Walked in and formed line to place my beer order. I went with "Big Screen Energy" IPA 8.2% imperial/double. I enjoyed this flavor so much that I ended up getting two more rounds later. Plenty of beer selection on tap and even wine. They offer indoor/outdoor seating as well as some space upstairs. Indoors they have a big screen, and the outdoor patio has a TV. Lastly, the upstairs area has a smaller TV. They also have rotating food trucks for anyone that develops hunger or cravings. They are pet and child friendly; very welcoming overall. I enjoyed visiting once again.
