Competitive prices and in fact better prices than the large tire companies in the area. Since it is a family run business they are honest, sincere and fair. This place is totally sketchy. While getting a flat fixed the guy working on my tire told me my tires were totally worn and needed to be replaced. I actually kind of agreed with him but then told him they were less than a year old and was wondering about a warranty since I bought them at Tires Direct. At this point the manager came out and first started telling me tires were fine and had another year. He clearly didn't want to get into a warranty discussion. He then told me I drove too much (which isn't possible because I was stuck in my house like everyone else for the last year with Covid). He then got aggressive, completely flip flopped several times and nothing was resolved. I want to support the local shops but I this was very dirty tactics and I don't recommend this shop. The prices are good but who knows if I actually got the tires I paid for because of how defensive they became when they realized they were less than a year old and I asked about warranty. I had a shimmy problem with my steering wheel and went into Tires Direct to see if they could take care of it. They told me I had a tire balancing issue. Once my tires were balanced, the problem was gone. . As a spokesperson for the company, Sam went out of his way to make sure the job was job correctly. These guys are awesome. A few months ago, I called for a quote on some tires and Jimmy not only quoted me the price but said he could get them in a few hours. When I got to the store, I wasn't as sure so he presented me some other options which ended up saving me money. When they changed my tires, they let me know that my brake pads needed changing. I couldn't do it then so I came back a few days later during the work week. Since I needed to get to work, the other guy there lent me his car so I could get to work and I brought it back once my car was done. Just today, I needed to get my tires rotated and they fit me in their schedule. Terrific service! read more

A family business offering speed, price, and quality -whats not to like. After searching online high and low for a good deal on tires (which turned out to be a waste of time. I found their ad. I called the store for what I needed for my Rav4 and went right over. They carry a full inventory and got a great dea!. Sam wrote my work order and was very attentive to all my questions and concerns, along with his brother. They did a fine job on the mount and balance and cleaned my tires before leaving. The service I got here today lives up to the Yelp hype. They took me with zero notice to fix a nail in my tire. I was in and out in 10 minutes, charged a super reasonable price for the service, and sent on my way. They got me out of a jam and were pleasant and no attitude. I got turned away from one place and told a three hour wait at another, both places closer to me in Walnut Creek. A really great experience! The brothers are super nice guys and super helpful. Quick service too. Really over the top customer service: they weren't able to deliver my car at exactly the hour specified (which was same day) because the tire delivery didn't arrive (he ordered them while I stood there.) Although it was no problem to me, Jimmy insisted on throwing in the alignment for free! Oh and the prices were as good as or better than Costco, probably because they have no franchise fees to pay. Nothing worse than just wanting to go home and have dinner with family only to find you can't make it home soon because of a flat tire. Of course it is 4:30, and a quick search shows the nearest tire places close at 5pm. As I'm driving down Mt. Diablo Blvd, the tire pressure reading goes from 25 to 10. I start to cringe. Then I hear the grind. I pull to the Unocal station. They put my spare tire on. It is now 4:55. My husband finds this place. I call them and they tell me they're closing. I BEG them to stay open for me, and they say YES! I rush over on my spare tire, and find them helping out another lady witty a flat. First good news: Ali can fix my tire. YAY! After he fixes the tire, Sam puts it on and replaces the spare tire. Second good news: they would not charge me for their service. What?!?!?! Who does that these days?!?! We give them a tip instead. Called and asked how much it would cost to switch out my tires with new rims I bought. He asked what size? I said 17's. The person that answered said $80. Come on in. Let him know I live about 30 mins away. I drove from concord seeing what a great deal and they got really good ratings. When I got there, guy came up to me and asked, "Can I help you?" I let him know I called earlier and said that I wanted to switch out my tires to my new rims. He followed up and said how much did he quote you? I said $80. That's for regular cars, for this it would be $120. I said, "ok, sure but that wasn't mentioned to me over the phone." He then said, "you want the sensors don't too?" I replied, "yea, I guess is that extra?" He said,"it will be $160 now." Man, there are 3 prices that were changed. I wish they would have said that over the phone before I drove all the way here. Please call and be specific when calling this place. They will jump up the price on you. The price just doubled from the original call. read more

I'd had a slow leak in my tire that I'd been filling up for a few months before I just decided to get it fixed. I called the last place who fixed a tire for me (a big name place in WC who did it for free), and they told me without an appointment I could expect to wait two hours. Two hours? No thank you. I called these guys, they quoted me $15, said there was no wait, and to come on over. I barely got out of my car before my tire was fixed. Totally. Totally. Worth it. The guys were so friendly, so professional - they didn't even give me too much hassle about my tires that needed replacing (though he gave me an off the cuff quote). This place is great. They fixed my flat tire on the spot when no one else would. Sooo it was a Sunday and I had a flat tire. Yes I was driving on it and I literally went to at least five places that were closed, equipment was broken etc. I pulled up to this place they came out, were friendly, assed the flat and I was gone in less than 15 minutes. Sam is my hero! I had a bad tire today and had gotten the run around from my dealer (Tesla). Since they were so unhelpful, I was prepared for a bad experience. But Sam was so helpful and went above and beyond to solve the problem. As it turned out, I needed a replacement that was a "special order". He spent a lot of time calling around to try to find the shortest delivery time for the tire as it was one they did not have in stock. He will spend at least an hour+ driving to Vallejo over the next few days to get the tire for me. He also could tell how uncomfortable I was driving on the bad tire...even though I had been told by Tesla that it "should" be OK! So what did he do? Well he put a brand new loaner tire on my car so that I could be safe and secure. I'm retired now but spent my career in a service industry. In my mind, this kind of service is a 12 on a 10 point scale. I am so grateful that I have found such kind and good service for a tire of all things. It made my day...my week...and my month. These guys get the best business of the year award in my book! They stayed late for 45 mins after closing to replace a flat tire for me. I was so bummed that I must have hit the curb and cut the sidewall of my tire. They had closed at 5PM on a Tues and shutting down but did not give me any guilt trip about being there and was only pleasant and even explained how their balancing equipment worked when I asked about it. It is new and state of the art. They said they opened up 8 months ago. The technician showed me a photo of the owner's children.. adorable. I think the owenr's name was Waqar, a young father with a beautiful new baby and a toddler. My husband was stunned to hear that a shop in Lafayette would have placed a high quality tire on my car when I was desperate for under $100. This new business is run by young men who are pleasant and accommodating and providing reasonably priced service in Lafayette, where a good deal is difficult to find! read more
