Tires Direct is THE place to go to for tires and tire service. They have serious rims there too. I had a screw in one of my tires and BIG O tried to make me buy a new $300 tire. Tires Direct was not only super polite and honest. They patched my tire for $20. Jimmy at Tires Direct made my life so easy! My son needed a new tire and I happened to call Tires Direct and got Jimmy on the phone. He ordered a similar tire to match the other tires on the car and it was in the next day. And the price! I couldn't believe it! Next day I drove down and the new tire was on the car in 15 minutes and they checked the air pressure for me on all the tires (big deal for me as I'm a girl and don't do that stuff!!) and we were good to go! Tires direct put a set a tires on my truck my 76 Ford that I'm trying to fix up for my son that's in the military it's our old truck the tires to put on the truck was not performing and they were too narrow and sidewalls are too weak made the truck swerve so I took him back he said we have these tires for 699 they normally sell for $1100 so you would think you're paying 699 so I left went back the next day forgot to settle about the tires that I had on there for $712 they said no we gave you $100 per tire towards the ones you just bought I said what about the refund of 312 hundred he said you're not getting a refund on those gotten a big argument I have a heart condition after that big argument extreme chest pains and now it looks like I'm gonna have to take them to court order to get my money back the tires only had 6 miles on the wear of the tires I wouldn't trust these people as far as you can throw them if you ever do check your receipts if you have to take them to court over it you're gonna have a fun time all I wanted to do is fix up my old truck for my son that serves the military in our country PS on top of that he received the bronze star . Well just got screwed out of $400 they only gave me $311 back he said the tires I bought were $1100 as I said in the beginning call the place in Sacramento same tire $700 they lied to me I would never trust these peopleThey do not stand behind their productJimmy brought me a check for $311 he refuses to refund my $400 it looks like I have to take him to court And now the weights are falling off the rims I keep your tire balanced read more

This shop started out ok, worked with jacob ordered wheels and tires for my sons car,he was told specifically we were going to lower the car 2" which is why we had to order wheels with special off set and jacob said he would include the alignment with sale and lowering it was not an issue. So week later my son drives to the store from oakley and now is told "oh the car is too low" they can't do the alignment even though they were well aware of the 2 " drop. Called jacob and his comment was his alignment tech said its too low and too lazy to use 2x6 ramps like every other shop does. Jacob said cause the car was lowered that it was not his problem and what did i want him to do. This idiot knew the car was being lowered this is shady business they lie to customers to get sales and then no service after the sale and to top it off they sell us $1800 worth wheels and tires and reuse our old lug nuts, stay away from this shady shop. read more

Been here for almost 3 hours and counting..bad experience all over..we agreed on a price for tires that I like it's a bit bigger from my old tires but this guy buy me out to try it if it fits. They're having hard time to pull out the old tires because the screw were tight and they can't guarantee replacing if it breaks. After putting in the new tires and I asked about it's warranty they can't give one and im already on my 2 hours of waiting period.
