We were a little outside of their coverage area, but they still came to the rescue. George and the rest of the 4 man crew were so friendly, and fast... they came in and got straight to work packing up the truck and getting us settled into the new house. They even asked us to walk around at the end and tell them if we wanted anything else moved. I highly recommend Titan! Pros: cheapest quote we received, workers showed up on time and are fast at what they do. Cons: We watched them load up the truck for a bit when they first arrived. We stepped away momentarily and came back when everything was almost already loaded. But turns out they didn't wrap half our furniture. Almost all my dining chairs have damage (no wrapping), my desk is scuffed from rubbing against the inside of the truck (no wrapping), and my bed frame is chipped in multiple places (partially wrapped). It seems they chose to ignore us when we told them how expensive our furniture is. Upon arrival at our new house, one of the two workers was watching the football game on his phone even though we pay them by the hour. Because of this I eventually started moving the furniture into the house myself. We have a large bedframe that would need to be taken apart more to fit up the stairs, and the workers estimated at least 1.5 hours just to move the bedframe up the stairs. We ended up telling them we could do it ourselves. Overall very disappointed in their service. We waited to post this review in fear of any retaliation since they had our new address. Records were under my husband's name so they will most likely point it out and not take responsibility. read more

So, I had scheduled these guys for a 9am move in, but that crew was sick, which I was called about. So the new guys (Franklin (I think) Willie, and Jesus) were a last minute replacement and arrived at 10am. These guys were awesome! They not only unloaded two Pods, but also put the furniture, boxes, and appliances where we asked. Easy going and hard workers. From the time they started, they didn't mess around. Many thanks to Raul and Staz of Titan Relocation Services! After reading great Yelp reviews of Titan, I scheduled via phone a few days before it was time for me to move. Raul and Staz showed up on time, and they listened to my directions about fragile items being packed on top in my POD and boxes with visual framed art needing to stay upright. They were careful with my belongings, which I appreciated, but they still got everything packed in 3 hours. They made sure to fit everything securely in my POD, using shrink wrap for certain items and my rope to hold things in place. I def. could not have done it without them! Paul, Mark, and Martin were amazing. Communication was excellent, they knew exactly what they were doing and got it done. I just moved from an apt into a home and I searched for rates and reviews like crazy. They had the best of both worlds and they delivered. They wasted no time when they got to my apt. Asked to be shown around to see what they were getting and got right to it. They expected to do it in a longer time than they did also. They moved and loaded the truck in right over an hour, unloading was about 40 minutes. They took apart the furniture they needed too and promptly put it right back once they delivered. They are nice. Professional and transparent through and through. I couldn't of asked for a better situation. I hope I'm not moving anytime soon but if you are, absolutely use these guys. Just moved over the weekend and I couldn't have done it without Titan. I've been living in 1 bedrooms/studios with not much furniture so I usually do the move with a u-haul and my fiancé but it would take me from morning to night to complete the whole move. This time I hired movers because my new apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, and even having to walk everything up stairs the move was still completed in just a few hours. I had a living room full of furniture and boxes, a kitchen loaded with loose items, a garage filled with tubs, and tons of large items in the backyard. I have used Titan Relocation Services twice. The first time I neglected to follow up with a favorable review as I got busy with my move. The first time I used them in March of this year, they were responsive and broke all the costs down for me. The crew let me know they were on their way, showed up on time, packed up and moved everything efficiently without damaging anything. They moved me to my new residence, unloaded everything and staged the furniture and boxes in their assigned rooms. The crew was friendly and polite. Now it's eight months later and needed to move for my job. I didn't hesitate to call Titan back as I was totally pleased with my first experience with them. I made a reservation several weeks in advance and re-confirmed a week out. On the day of the move I get a text from the crew that they're on their was and was a half hour early. They got their assignment and off they went. Wrapping, protecting and moving my furniture and boxes. This time I moved it all into a storage unit which they organized and put everything in its place and made it all fit. Great customer service. Great price. 2 guys came. The lead guy Alex was amazing. Hustler and stuck to his word. His buddy was terrible, took legs off my sofa that was not necessary, he lost the piece so we couldn't put leg back on, had to go to Home Depot to find a drill bit to fix it, they did ding up my fridge pretty bad, water connection is now slow, the assistant took apart a shelving unit that was attached to wall even though we told him it's staying. Christmas Eve and 2 days before the move, these people tell us they double booked us and won't be able to help us. How ridiculous! We were paying a premium price for their service too. Chin and Romero were so professional when moving my things. They were really efficient with their time and even moved our gel purple mattress with ease! I couldn't believe it. That thing is so heavy and floppy but they wrapped it well and carried it up to our 3rd floor master bedroom with no problems at all.
