I can't say enough about how great the guys from Titan Relocation Services are. Mark, Nick and Julio came out to help us move. We were moving from a 3 bedroom, 2100 Sq. Ft., 2 story townhome in Chino Hills to a 3 bedroom, 2000 Sq. Ft., 3 story townhome in Gardena that was 40 miles away. We had packed almost everything that needed to go into boxes ahead of their arrival so we thought we were in for a quick pack, move and unpack. We couldn't have been more wrong. The guys carefully loaded all of the boxes into their 25 foot long truck and then shrink wrapped and blanketed the furniture that filled up the rest of the truck. They went the extra mile whenever the need arose. They disassembled a stacked full size washer and dryer, moved a Treadmill and a HIIT machine down from the second floor. By the time the truck was full, there were still enough items left in the townhome to fill the truck a second time. We totally underestimated the size of the job. When we arrived at our destination the guys moved each item to its proper area, but we found that the refrigerator and the largest portion of a 3 piece sectional sofa were too large to move through the stairwell to the second floor. We were able to get the refrigerator upstairs by removing the doors and freezer pull out drawer, but after trying 4 different ways it became obvious that the sectional pice wasn't going to make it. Through all of this they never grumbled and always kept a "can do" attitude. They went above and beyond to try and make everything work. When all was said and done they had worked a 12 hour day. They offered to go back the same night (it was 7 PM by that time) and finish packing and moving the remainder of the items still at our starting point. Everyone was tired by that point so we told them we could they could pick up where the left off the following day. They did however lug the 3 piece sectional back to Chino Hills before calling it a day. They had a prearranged job to do the following morning (Sunday), so they showed up at our place at 1 PM ready to roll for second day. Mark and Nick came back again, but brought Yura with them. Again they shrink wrapped and blanketed all of the item before loading them in their truck. When it was obvious that more help was required (otherwise we would have been looking at another 12 hour day), they called in Jenia. This helped speed things up but it still took over 5 hours to get everything loaded,, which completely filled the truck a second time. When we got back to Gardena it took almost three hours to unload. By this time it was after 10:30. Never once did any of the guys complain and they hustled throughout both days. I would highly recommend the crew from Titan because of their work ethic, friendliness and positive attitude. My wife and I could not stop thanking them and apologizing for all that we had put them through and they were just as apologetic because some thing took longer than expected and for not being able to solve the problem of the 3 piece sectional. They are a great bunch of guys and if I am foolish enough to move again I will definitely call Titan and ask for Mark, Nick, Julio, Yura, and Jenia. Thanks again for everything!!! read more

If I can give them more than 5 stars I would. We had our move in July. They were very straightforward with pricing, what you see online is what you get. One of the thing a lot of people are concerned about when hiring movers was if the workers will milk the time. With Titan, not at all! In hot summer month, they came 8am, for one bedroom apartment size move, we took about 4 hours, moving distance was 10minutes apart. Not once the guys stop to make phone calls, or even rest! One disappointing thing was they did scratch our brand new couch, very expensive couch. I filed a claim that same day, got a call from the owner Stan about 2 days after and he came to check out our couch. He left with a promise that he will fix the couch! Being nervous because it is a custom piece and the material might be hard to find now, three months later Stan messaged me that he got the upholster and the exact material and ready to come pick up our couch to change the entire back side! Of course, we were pretty disappointed and frustrated about the situation, we weren't sure if he can really pull through better yet keep his words. I mean after 3 months, anyone would be nervous, a brand new couch with ripped corners. But Stan was a man or his words! And we both know the money he spent to keep his words was probably more than what I paid them when we hired them. I'm impressed and I can't thank Stan enough! I got my couch back brand new again!!!!! This kind of businessman needs to be applaud for his integrity. If anyone is reading my review, stop looking for other movers, I already dis the work for all of you! I called many companies and got quotes! You can find cheaper but could lack qualities! Stan and his team is quality with fair pricing! Trust is what you can have with this team! Movers showed up within the quoted time and got right to work. All of items were handled with care and nothing was damaged, despite moving a ~500 pound couch down a narrow stairwell. Drive time is double time (as with all licensed movers) but the drivers were quick to get to my new location and again got right to work moving everything into my new house. Fantastic group of movers. We had a small business to relocate. It was determined a three person team would be best. The business owner was concerned that hiring by the hour movers would result in slow careless work. The guys from Titan proved to be the complete opposite of the owners expectations. This was my first time hiring movers, and Titan made everything easy breezy! My move was from ~LA to OC, and it took one truck and two movers. Prior arriving, the movers were kind enough to give me a call saying that they were 30 minutes away and will be arriving soon. Upon arrival, they took a quick tour around the place and then immediately got to work. There was absolutely no dilly-dallying and time wasting, at all. The speed in which they moved was efficient and fast, fast fast! If items needed to be shrink wrapped, they did it. If items needed extra padding and blankets, they provided. If items needed to be disassembled (and then later reassembled) to get around the nooks and crannies of the place, no worries, they've got you covered. Joel and Dawn who helped me schedule our move were great and explained everything thoroughly (such as cost, expectations, a call or text the day before and the day of prior to arrival). However, the day before our move it was almost 4pm and I had to call the office to make sure the movers are set to arrive at the scheduled time since no one reached out to me. The day of the move, I didn't receive a call nor a text and the crew was LATE! The window time of arrival was between 9am-10am and they showed up at almost 10:30pm. I had to call the office to find out if they were even going to show up. I was profoundly disappointed with our move. I had high expectations because Joel was super helpful on the phone and pleasant to work with. The move didn't get completed until 5:30pm in which the storage unit was about to close. I didn't expect our move would take the entire day, and we had a 5 man crew! I told Joel and Dawn we had a 5 bedroom house so there should have been no surprise. To cut packing and prep time, my husband and I packed everything, so all they had to do was move boxes, disassemble furniture and fixtures, and move them. The crew took random breaks and because my husband and I are good people we fed them lunch which was another break. We even heard the foreman tell one of the men, you're always on a break! Once I realized it was already getting late in the afternoon I asked the foreman, Adrian, if they can work faster so we wouldn't get locked out of the storage unit. They worked faster, but then they started breaking things! Adrian complained that he didn't even get a break so they could get the job done faster and before the storage closed. I told him he should've gotten a handle of his crew so we weren't in that time crunch. We paid for 5 men to work 7 hours and it was a complete disappointment. I have no intentions of using this company ever again unfortunately. We need to move to our new house in February and Titan will not be our movers! read more

I would very highly recommend Titan Relocation Services for your move. My wife and I had a much dreaded apartment move from West Covina to Chino Hills. Not only did we have a third stop (a storage unit), but our new residence also lacks an elevator and required lugging heavy boxes and furniture up stairs. But none of this phased the guys one bit. They worked as quickly and efficiently as possible (didn't even take a lunch break). But the clincher came the day AFTER our move when Stan, from the company's office, contacted my wife and let us know that after going over the books, noticed that we'd been mistakenly overcharged. He actually drove all the way out to our new residence in person to deliver the refund check. That was not expected and in my experience, not something one would expect with a cash transaction. My mother recently passed away and I needed to move all her belongings from her retirement home back to her old residence as well as moving her existing furniture from second story down to the first floor for easier pickup for donations. As it turned out, I am also very happy with them (My movers were Slava and Vlad). They called with their approximate arrival time early in the morning and was right on time. They worked diligently, carefully and did not waste any time.
