I was craving a breakfast burrito and turned to my FB local food scene group for a suggestion. Tito's came up so many times with positive reviews, I couldn't help but give it a try. Due to COVID19, I called in my order for a drive by pick up. It's really too small for people to stand inside. Others there, simply waited on the sidewalk. Calling in your order would be your best option. You can find menus in the Yelp photos. I was given a number for pick up on my call-in order. I ordered the breakfast burrito with bacon. Inside it had bacon, scrambled eggs, beans, potatoes, cilantro & hot sauce. The burrito was wrapped in a jumbo-sized flower tortilla that was the bomb. The portion was so large it lasted me for two meals. The lady was very kind when I picked up my order and offered green or red salsa. I asked for both. The red salsa was nice and spicy with a lot of flavor, the green is a slightly salty tomatillo. Both were great but I would definitely opt for a double serving of the red salsa. The bacon was chopped up and cooked to perfection, the potatoes had a lot of flavor. I asked for them crunchy and while not crunchy they were amazing. I liked the small amount of beans as well. Definitely my new 'go to' spot for breakfast burritos. I need to make it through the other items they offer. There were no bread/pastry options due to COVID19. I found the lady behind the counter and the gentleman at the grill very friendly when I entered. It's a super small mom and pop shop and parking is a challenge. If you love little hole in the wall gems, this place is for you. Yes, it's cash only, but for $15 I walked out with 2 amazing jumbo breakfast burritos and killer salsa. Firstly, Tito's is cash only or accepts Venmo & Zelle. If you can work with that, this place is a must go. They are truly authentic Mexican food with generous portions and decent price point. I've had their burritos on numerous occasions & they are BIG & HEAVY and I get two meals worth out of them for $10. Their regular torta is on the smaller side, so I recommend getting the Super Torta. Their chilaquiles come as either rojo or verde, & they come with rice and beans so you get a lot of food for the $11 price. Tito himself is there often and he's a super friendly guy. They are working to expand their dining area in the next few weeks, but as it stands now it's not the most comfortable place to sit down and eat as their seating is only 2 tables outside and they're usually occupied. Once they open their inside dining area, this will be a chill spot to enjoy good food. read more

We stopped by around 12:30/1ish on a Saturday and although parking is kind of tough, it's definitely worth it for the size and cost of the burritos. Our whole group got burritos and they're HUGE and at a great price. The staff are all really nice and we got to talk to the owner who was so kind and friendly! Went in with my boyfriend today and tried some burritos today. We got the chorizo breakfast burrito, and a regular carne asada burrito. 10/10!! My boyfriend is an extremely picky eater, but he enjoyed his food. These burritos are huge, I couldn't even finish mine. The service was amazing too! Great hospitality and customer service. They were quick to get our food ready, and they were extremely nice and welcoming. You should definitely come try this spot!! They recently expanded their restaurant and now offer boba next door. For a long time, I was a huge, huge fan of Tito's Bakery. They made the undisputed best breakfast burritos in Long Beach / Los Angeles / County / America / The World? Last year, they unexpectedly shut down and I would drive by several times a week to check if they were going to reopen. I'll start by saying that as others have commented, if you go and Tawa is behind the grill, the burritos are the same as old, but most of the time it appears to be a revolving door of newbies. Back to the crime against breakfast burritos I received today.... The burrito was absolutely MASSIVE. Truly an absolute unit. For $8, that's about the only good thing I can say. The beans were cold and tasted like they had just been scraped from the bottom of a pan. The potatoes were undercooked. The contents were slathered in entirely too-watery tomato sauce. There were eggshells randomly throughout... had to spit out so much of it. And the crux of it all, was the saddest burrito structural integrity I've witnessed. This was an area they excelled in. Today, the moment I unwrapped the foil, my burrito started falling apart. It makes me sad that this line cook has chosen quantity over quality. The machaca burrito took me back to the days of the roach coach before the gentrification of them. This burrito was the size of my arm, beans were cooked perfectly, and the potatoes in the burrito really add a nice texture. I also tasted their carne asada and cabeza tacos.
