Took my Winnebago Ford Fuse in for just an old change this morning.When I made the appointment ,made it clear the engine in the Fuse was a five cylinder diesel.I was quoted $149 for the service,fair price.Showed up for the appointment early ,signed an invoice that stated I was paying$150 for a simple oil change.Four hours later ,it was done.They billed me $258.Their reason for the rip off,they were not aware that the 5 Cylinder diesel took twelve quarts of oil ,thus 107 bucks extra charge for the oil.Why didn't they tell me oil isn't included in an oil change before I drove 38 miles and waited in their lounge for four hours.?It was a con job or they don't have a clue what they are doing.Either way ,stay away from this business. read more

What a nightmare! I can't believe Titus-Will Ford is still in business based upon my experience and other poor reviews. Obviously, Titus-Will Ford has some real issues. I wish I had read the poor reviews of Titus-Will Ford, prior to scheduling my service. It would have saved me a lot of time and money. I scheduled a service appointment with Titus-Will Ford to have an airbag actuator replaced due to a recall. When I made the appointment, they confirmed they had the parts before scheduling. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment at Titus-Will, I was told: "sorry we no longer have that part in stock you will need to reschedule." But wait; I scheduled an appointment to have this work done, how can you not have the part? The response was less than sympathetic. Seriously the response was so nonchalant, I was floored! Almost as if this is a standard practice at Titus-Will Ford. They had no respect for my time, money, or the hassle I had gone through to get the car to the dealership. There was no attempt to contact me ahead of time. They just let me go through the trouble of getting the time off, getting the car to the dealership and then basically said: "Too bad, so sad!" I will NEVER go to Titus-Will Ford for anything ever again. I will also think twice before buying another FORD to save myself a repeat of dealing with such incompetence and disrespect. read more

Scheduled an appointment to get my 4 recalls serviced on my 2017 Impreza. Titus Will Subaru Service department said they would need to keep my car for 24 hours, would give me loaner. Took the day off, received a confirmation text two different times that week. Showed up for my appointment, only to be told they didn't have a loaner, didn't have the necessary parts, and there was nothing they could do. When I enquirer why no one had contacted me so I didn't make the hour long trip, I was told he didn't work weekends. Extremely frustrating and will never deal with this dealership again. read more

Do not get service done here. Titus will have us a quote for a fix they told us was not covered under warranty. We called around and other ford dealers in the area were quoting up to 1000 dollars less. The service manager is impossible to get a hold of, the other service representatives are rude and hang up on you. The repair is being covered by ford after all, they are treating us like a nuisance. Don't waste your money and call other ford service departments. read more

i was having my Ford truck repaired and came to pick it up after 2 weeks. I just turned in my rental and paid the service department my deductable. i pulled my truck out of the garage and noticed my brakes didnt work fo a second. i stopped in the driveway and looked under the hood and didnt see anything. i looked underneath and saw coolant dripping. i went to the service employee Lars Rediske lane advisor and he told me its too late and they are closing. i said i just pulled out and theres coolant dripping, he said too bad, theres no one to look at it. i was mad and followed him into the service office and i demanded that someone address this situation and this is when Lars Rediske threatened me with physical harm telling me to get out or he's going to F- me up. thats when i told him to do it and i stayed and he called the police on me. I came the next week and spoke to the service manager Shannon Sam and he said he would look into it. a few weeks has gone buy with no follow up and so i gave them a bad review and then called Shannon Sam and he said Titus-Will Ford doesnt want my business anylonger. mostly because of the bad review i guess. so i emailed the vice president Wes Prewitt and he confirmed not to do business with me anymore. Well thats fine, i dont want to do business with them either, but we still havent addressed the physical harm the employee threatened me with! i was really fealing like my life was in danger at the time, but no one cares about that. to the cops it was just hear-say and a civil dispute. No one should be treated this way! I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission and will be contacting the media and BBB next. read more

Bought a 2018 Ford F350 from them. Great experience until my wife called the sales rep. to see how much longer they might need the truck to do some upgrades for towing. The rep. made a rude remark to my wife. I went in and told the manager but he didn't even seem concerned. I never heard back from them. Not impressed at all. On a side note, I did have my truck bed re-aligned because of misalignment from the factory and the service guys were awesome. read more

Sold me a truck, made it look like something it was not on the Kelly Blue book value. It wasn't even the correct model. The truck had issues when I drove it off the lot. I brought back twice. I had to pay more money because what was wrong was not covered under the warranty. They sold me an extended warranty that was double the price of others. It was 4 grand. I will never go back to this place. Now I traded the truck in and they are shorting my cancelation fees from the GAP, Extended warranty and another thing, I apparently signed up for. Just arrived home after having the "Works Package" performed on my 2013 F150. I looked at the description of the Works Package, on the work order, and it notes "Rotate Tires". I inspected vehicle and again noticed the tires were not rotated. This is the second time I paid for work to be performed and it wasn't. First time I was willing to accept this as being overlooked but the second time? What other services are being charged by Titus-Will and not being performed. Customers beware, you could be scammed by this dealership. read more

The sales person refused to unlock the Shelby and I was told that if I could find that car anyplace else I should buy 2. Needless to say I left and told the sales manager I will never buy a car or do any business with Tutus-Will ever again. The issue was a simple fix which another Ford Dealer quickly diagnosed and repaired. They reach out to the reviews on line to make it look like they care but does not change the fact that their service center has gone downhill. I had been coming here for over 13 years. However after this past experience please know there are much better options. They may have a fancy service center but they don't have good service. read more

I went here for a replacement key for my Ford Edge and Jennifer in he service department was absolutely AMAZING. She went above and Beyond her duties. My brother was helping me shop for a car - I wanted a newer hatchback with a total budget of $10K. We went to several used-car dealerships and nobody had anything close to what I was looking for in my price range. At last, we stopped at Titus-Will, thinking they might not have anything either but what the heck. There we met Mike Raines (who immediately seemed familiar to me - don't know why - perhaps it was fate!) He found me exactly the sweetheart deal I was looking for! A 2008 Nissan Versa, 24K miles (wow, right? owned by a grandmother whose husband had passed and it was kept in the garage!) The car was still in detailing but Mike took us over to look at it. After a good inspection my brother and I knew this was "the droid we were looking for." We put money down and when I picked it up a couple days later, they had it shined up like new. I've had this car for just a couple of days now but I am LOVING it. Very happy customer here! read more

I bought a 35,000.00, 2 year old truck Monday. After the deal was done, I asked for the second key and was told there was not a second key, then I asked for the code on the door and was told to go to a Ford dealer to get the code. I was at a Ford dealer, they could not take the time to help me with the code and given that I only had one key and hope that I did not get locked out of the truck I just bought. Then when I drive home, over an hour away I realized there in no owners manual in the truck. So I called yesterday and spoke to the sales manager, Dell asked about the key and was told they could not help me with that, once again after spending that much money this car dealership that you spend this much money at can order you a second key. He did get me information regarding the code for the door entry and is sending me an owner's manual - I do appreciate that. Which you would expect when you buy a vehicle at a car lot. read more

Rick Rooney at Titus-Will Ford can not be trusted. We went in on May 26th to purchase a 2003 BMW. He told us it was unavailable until it went though the safety inspection on Tuesday. Will Garrett our salesman called us this morning to tell us the car was there and pictures would be sent. No pictures were sent and Rick Rooney sold it to a family friend out from under us. This is poor customer service. We had cash to buy the car but instead sold it to the family friend the next day. Where to start, went in to look at expeditions found one we liked. Sat down to do the numbers game. Got told that a dodge dealer would offer $23000 for my trade. (LIE). I know this was a lie because just like I told them I know plenty of people in the car business. This was later also confirmed by someone else in the dealership I was at. If I was a GM at this dealer I would be a little concerned that I had blatant dishonesty going on. I would have a serious talk about your integrity TERRY POWERS. Instead of a flat out lie be honest, instead of saying a dodge dealer will give this much, be honest and say "We will give you this much", that isn't being dishonest, TERRY POWERS I didn't buy from you because I don't trust you, I don't buy from straight out liars. With all this said you never know who knows who, I even told you that I know people, you can't lie to me. In 2006 I purchased a new F-150 Lariat 4x4 CrewCab. I've put over 120k on it in the last 12 years and have absolutely loved it. A few weeks ago after admiring my friends Raptor I started to get the new truck itch. I started doing my research to find the truck I wanted. I found three dealers in the South Puget Sound with the truck I wanted. I have always loathed the car buying experience- especially the negotiation part. I called Titus-Will first and spoke with Cameron. I told him what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. Unlike some of the other dealers I contacted he was willing to listen and work with me. In fact a Ford dealership in Olympia was completely unwilling to work with me. I decided to make an appointment to meet with Cameron. He was great to work with throughout the process. The sales manager and I hit a bit of a crossroads on the price. Since we were also in need of a car for our almost 16 year old daughter we decided to see if we could use the stalemate to our advantage in getting a good deal on a used car. He was able to locate exactly what we were looking for. We are very grateful for for the way Cameron took care of us today. We also had a great experience with Shelly the finance manager. We walked away today with a brand new fully loaded 2018 F-150 RAPTOR and a 2014 Subaru Forester. Thank you for making this process a great experience. read more
