Our installer, Danny Alonzo, was fantastic from start to finish. He has excellent communication skills and gave us a clear, realistic expectation of the time to completion. He was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional the entire time -- I honestly wish every contractor or vendor we use could be as good as Danny! We picked a custom color and the door came out exactly the shade we chose. It's solid, heavy, and makes a huge difference compared to our old door. We had bought and pre-painted our own interior moulding, and Danny installed it perfectly with no issues at all. I'm terrible at making clean silicone joints around moulding, but he did an amazing, professional job on them. He even went above and beyond when he noticed some stucco damage around the front door. He pointed it out to us and patched it beautifully -- way better than I could have done myself, lol! The finished door looks absolutely beautiful. My wife and I weren't 100% sure what to expect, but the quality and the final result made the entire expense completely worth it. The door feels rock-solid and looks incredible. Although the price was higher than I expected, the service was faultless! He installed new, stainless-steel rollers in place of the old, broken plastic ones and replaced rusted, broken screws on the frame. He also aligned the door, cleaned the track, and showed me the proper lubricant to keep things moving. He was also great with our two dear dogs, and they liked him just fine. UPDATE - Thank you for your response, but I need to correct several inaccuracies because your reply does not reflect what has actually occurred throughout this process. The implication that communication issues are somehow due to us being unresponsive is simply false. We returned Aaron's calls twice yesterday and are still waiting for a response back, yet again. At this point, my husband has taken over communication because after months of this experience, I am beyond frustrated trying to deal with the constant lack of follow-through. In our most recent conversation, Shane suddenly introduced new information regarding city permits and HOA approvals, stating that we would now be responsible for handling those items. This directly contradicts what we were told for months, that TMC Windows & Doors would be managing that process. If the contract truly only needed a corrected install date, as we were previously told, it raises serious questions as to why entirely new requirements are suddenly being brought up now. Most importantly, we STILL have not received a corrected contract. We began this process in FEBRUARY. It is now May 8th, and after three months of repeated follow-ups, unanswered calls, delays, and inconsistent information, we are still left without resolution. This entire experience has been disorganized, exhausting, and incredibly time-consuming. We have spent months chasing down basic communication and updates with little consistency or accountability. Even after publicly expressing our concerns, we are STILL waiting for callbacks and answers. At this point, despite already having financing approved and being what was supposedly the "final stage" of the process, we no longer wish to move forward with TMC Windows & Doors / Eisenbart & Sons. We would rather restart the process entirely with another company than continue dealing with this company. Working with this company has been an absolute nightmare, and we are more than ready to move on. ORIGINAL REVIEW - We signed up for a consultation and measurement with TMC windows and Doors and they sent someone out from Eisenbart & Sons Glass, Windows & Doors (which is apparently a company they just bought). The experience over the past three months has been horrible and incredibly frustrating. We have wasted countless hours chasing these people down, and it's finally time to say something pubicly. The biggest issue has been communication, or lack of. We have had to call, follow up, and reach out over and over and over again just to get basic updates. Every time we finally manage to get someone on the phone, communication drops off shortly after, and we're right back to calling repeatedly and being ignored. This has been a constant cycle, and it has taken a huge amount of our time and energy just to try to move things forward. After all of that, when we were finally sent a contract, it had incorrect dates on it, which caused even more delays and frustration. Even now, after MULTIPLE days, no response and nobody calling us, texting us or emailing us back. To make matters worse, the website advertises 18-month financing, but we were told only 12 months is available and that the 18-month option is a "typo." That kind of inconsistency is concerning and misleading. I felt like once we told them we were using the financing option, it 100% changed the way we were treated. It's been down hill since. At this point, we are seriously considering starting over with a different company altogether. Even though we are at the "final stage" of the process. If you value your time and want a company that communicates and follows through, this has not been our experience. I would recommend going somewhere else. read more

We shopped at several local door retailers before venturing out to TMC in Orange, CA. We found TMC to be an excellent source for a stacking door system. Max our salesman was our first encounter and he was a true professional, providing us with various options and estimated costs without any pressure to make a decision. We returned a week later and ordered our doors. Mike arrived at our home in a timely manner and accessed our needs. He provided an honest estimate to replace a kitchen window to match the two stacking door systems we chose. Based on his opinion of time and cost we decided not to replace the window, however he reaffirmed that the stacking door system with a 9" threshold would install seamlessly into the existing opening. Sam and his crew arrived on the agreed upon time and day for installation at exactly 9am. They installed both doors on day one and completed the trim work and immaculate cleanup on day two. At near completion of the work we identified a problem with the locking mechanism on one door. Within 15 minutes Sam had the problem solved. The finished product was outstanding. The quality of the installation matched the quality of the product we chose and enhanced the appeal of the house tremendously. We highly recommend TMC to anyone looking for a mid to high end window or door product only to be matched by impeccable workmanship when it comes to installation. He explained fully and clearly, the project scope from start to finish, and also provided a very cost-effective solution to an issue with my existing window frames. Besides Mike, Don and Angel were also helpful and supportive. The cost of the job was reasonable compared to other vendors' estimates and it was completed in two weeks to my satisfaction. We had TMC install a new slider,as part of new windows, in 2003. The slider door handle broke this year after thousands of openings and closings.They went out of their way to go and see if they had a old one in stock. They did and Tanya said I was welcome to it! California Window Masters was the most competitive. I also decided to do the sale through CWM's manager, Greg. From the start, Greg was kind, honest, and candid. He addressed all my concerns and was able to install all my windows and the new slider before the estimated deadline. His team was professional as well. Victor led installation and had the help of one other person. They finished everything in a day, and were very considerate (e.g., putting plastic down to not stain the carpet, vacuuming up dust, cleaning the windows). If I ever need new windows again, I know I'll go back to California Window Masters. I have great respect for Greg and the way he does business (no hard sell from him!). He was honest and unselfish to let me know the damage was rather isolated and a painter could use Bondo to restore the damaged wood and it would save me a lot of money.
