From the beginning of the consultation and price quote, to my installation finalization yesterday - this was a pleasant experience. I recently purchased a 40 year old home that was in desperate need of two new sliding patio doors and a new kitchen window. TMC Enterprises was referred to me by a neighbor. Lori and Terry were attentive to my needs and helped me decide on my final design. About 8 weeks later the installation crew showed up (windows were custom ordered and I was patient.) The three young gentlemen were on time, attentive and thorough in their work effort. I ran into some unknown electrical issues (pre-existing) and they were immediately addressed by the crew. This was a demonstration of their expertise and commitment to do a great job. The post-install clean up was beyond my expectation and it seems as if there was never a construction crew present. The post stucco match on the exterior of the house is spot on with the existing stucco. I am very pleased with the experience of the patio sliders as they give a modern look and a piece of mind due to functionality. We had TMC build and install a custom front door for us. We always wanted a dutch door, and TMC delivered with a hand made solid wood custom front door. Because it was custom and hand made - it took a 3-4 weeks to make - but Terry at TMC communicated with us through the whole process - it was completely painless! The door was installed today, and his install team did a great job removing the old door (and saving the interior trim at my wife's request!) We recently had 10 windows replace in our home. Previously we had TMC install our sliding glass door at a great value. After experiencing the quality of workmanship with the installation of the sliding glass door. We decided to use them to replace our 58 year old plated glass windows. The TMC team arrived promptly and were finished in 6 hours which is 3 hours earlier than I had anticipated. The team was very professional and cleaned the areas as best they could but of course there is no way one can really get every single piece of glass. Over all the job performed was great! To top it off, TMC even found a rebate that I was unaware of that saved me $200. As for the actual windows, you can't go wrong with Milgard; quality and warranty. They are very transparent in their quote, listing in detail all pieces and features and corresponding costs, which made decision making so much easier. Their price points were also the best among the contractors we interviewed, and their heads up of an upcoming product price increase was genuinely appreciated. They patiently answered all my questions and explained things in layman terms so I felt very well-informed. They provided solid suggestions to address issues peculiar to my project. It was great working with TMC from start to finish. Terry came out himself to provide the estimate and was very professional the whole way. TMC met the schedule that was set up, and the crew (Donald and his group) were great. Their work included replacing all of the windows in our 2 story house (over 40 windows). Despite a few small incidents (Milgard sent two wrong windows and one window glass was broken during the installation) TMC is scheduled to come back and complete these 3 window replacements in the next week or so. We recently replaced our very old windows in our home, after many bids and sales pitches we decided to check out TMC after our neighbors father recommended them. I got a really good secure feeling after our first visit to their office. Angela the sales manager was welcoming & knowledgable. One of my issues with other companies was after they left we still had alot of unanswered questions. Not this time. Also the price was very fair, we also were having 2 doors replaced ( lots of work). My experience with TMC was through the contractor working on my house. First the window I needed had to be special ordered on 3/3/16 and was supposed to arrive on Tues 3/22. TMC did not advise my contractor until on the Fri (3/18) that the window would not be delivered on 3/22 as promised. We were then promised the window would be delivered on Thurs, 3/24 by 11 AM. In anticipation of its arrival, my contractor removed the original window. Imagine my surprise when at 1 PM the window had not arrived. The company representative advised my contractor that the window had 'somehow' been loaded on the wrong truck and would be delivered to the shop after 2 PM. Meanwhile, I have a gaping hole covered with plastic on the side of my house where the old window was removed because TMC did not deliver the ordered window at the promised time. I am definitely not satisfied with TMC and their customer service. Update: The window was installed on Friday. It was what I had ordered and I am satisfied with it. read more

This review is long overdue. A couple of guys at my work had used TMC Enterprises to get their windows installed and they all said he did an excellent job, so I didnt even bother calling any other place to get a quote and called Terry to stop by and give me an estimate for my 6 windows and sliding glass door for my condo in Irvine. He asked me to give him wall to wall measurements of the windows and door so he could give me an estimate. I gave him my dimensions and he came back with a quote. He gave me the pricing for two types of Milgard windows, and I picked one. You cant go wrong with the Milgard brand. I just wanted new dual pane windows and same with the sliding glass door. His pricing was good so I asked him to stop by the house and take exact measurements and we set up an installation date. I told him about my upcoming kitchen remodel and how one of the windows was going to be flush with the new countertop i was planning on installing and he assured me that everything would be ok. He worked with me and my schedule since we were travelling that month and by the time we got back he had the windows ordered. As per our schedule his guys came early morning around 7 a.m. and immediately started removing the 30 year old windows. The installers did an amazing job. Since this was my first window job, i had plenty of questions for them as they were installing and they answered everything to my satisfaction. By 2 p.m. they had installed all the windows and the glass door and neatly put in the trims to blend in with everything else. The new windows and sliding glass door look amazing and its so much quieter indoors now. My neighbor saw the windows and sliding glass door the next day and was so amazed by the quality of work and the pricing that she called Terry up to get windows installed in her condo as well (yup she got new windows and a glass door too). My initial experience with this company and Terri were fine. The work went well and they were helpful when I had questions. As I watched the crew literally stand in one of the large front room windows and stomp down on it though, I had a feeling there would be issues with their choice of fit for this space. Sure enough, within a week their shim system failed and they had to come back and reshim and replace vinyl covering. Two years later, the window (and it's twin upstairs) do not close completely and the window frames are so off-square now that the screens are unremovable. I called two months in a row to get Terri to offer a solution, as I feel this is something caused by a poor fit into the window hole. Yes, buildings shift, but to have a window so unsquare is obviously something that needs attention. The receptionist, Lori, appears helpful at first, but does not follow up as promised when Terri does not call back. I waited a month for a response from Terri. I tried again, but he seems to always be unavailable. I will take my problem to a company willing to work with me to find a solution and help me replace the screen I had to break to remove from the window. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of response to my repeated calls. read more
