Our 1st breakfast stop on our 3 day hurricane Helene tour. This place was a packed house on a Saturday morning. Judging by the conversations between the staff and guests the majority of the clientele are locals. This location has indoor as well as outdoor dining. Ordered the homemade corn beef hash and eggs, bagel with lox special and a protein omelet. The corn beef hash was a small portion and was dry and not that impressed. The bagel special was really good and the omelet good as well

Great time. Great service and food. Clean and delivered what they promise. Homemade pancakes and French toast are really good!

Stopped into the Toasted Mango this morning for some coffee and breakfast to start the day. Seated in a booth right away the coffee was quickly served along with our menus. The wait staff was everywhere - I swear they could read our minds with the coffee refills and were quick to clean up plates as they emptied. The inside reminded me of a Jimmy Buffet video - lots of bright colors and natural light. There's a clear glass or plexiglas between the dining area and the kitchen. Ordered the toasted mango special - two eggs, bacon, home fries and French Toast. Mango butter is house made and added a sweet flavor when melted on the French toast. Good breakfast, great service.

When looking for a Sarasota staple that serves traditional breakfast look no further! They serve both all day breakfast and lunch, diner style with inside and outside seating. We were seated at a booth, the server came by quickly got us going on drinks and food. My dad is an omelette guy so he chose the three cheese omelette and I went for the recommended and featured toasted coconut mango waffle! Also opted for the fresh squeezed orange juice. Food came out quick and you can tell everything was made in house, yes the orange juice was squeezed in house as well. The waffle was fluffy and did not even need syrup! What made this waffle special was the fact that it was covered in mangos and toasted coconuts!! Great flavor! Dad's omelette had chunks of cheese in it and he opted for bacon as well, which was generously cooked in. I really loved the diner feel and the great food! I hear sometimes there is a longer wait, but they are quick to move the food and crowd. I do recommend this place!

This was my 1st at the dwtn Toasted Mango Cafe location. Parking is easy either lot or street. I ordered the Protein Wrap Fluffy Egg Whites Scrambled With Fresh Sauteed Spinach, Mushrooms, House Roasted Turkey, Feta And Low Fat Jack Cheese All Served In A Low Carb Tortilla, With Sliced Tomato On The Side. Minus the cheese, feta & Turkey. Was delicious I even enjoyed the 2nd half the next morning. My server was SUPER KIND to have the kitchen make me a special Mean Green Smoothie (Mango, Kale, Banana, Spinach, Apple, & Agave) with NO BANANA. Thank you so much it was amazing!

This breakfast spot was recommended by the locals. They have mango butter! I got the toasted mango waffle and it was soooo good. The service was good we had a couple servers stopping by and helping out. The place seems a little run down and older not the sparking cleanest I've ever seen but the food was really good. I would definitely come back here.

The food was very tasty. They had a lot of vegetarian options. They had eggs Benedict, which was also vegetarian. I really see that other places it was so tasty. Ambiance is like a diner We got : Eggs Benedict - Veggie Black Bean Veggie W/Avocado Eggs Benedict Eggs Benedict With Smoked Salmon All Eggs And Omelets Are Served With Your Choice Of Home Fries, Grits, Potato Cake, Mixed Green Salad, Or Fresh Seasonal Fruit And Choice Of Toast, English Muffin Or Homemade Biscuit. We got home fries and potato pancake But we got fruit instead. The waiter was very nice and corrected the mistake

My dad and I had a fantastic breakfast at Toasted Mango! I opted for their namesake mango waffle, which came with delicious fresh mango and coconut on top. The waffle itself was outstanding, and would be great on its own as well. I also had a cup of oatmeal to start, which was very well made. We sat outside on the patio, as their indoor dining room was full. The patio was a beautiful place to sit and enjoy our breakfast, underneath the shade of a large tree. I'd highly recommend starting your day in Sarasota at Toasted Mango!

Ambiance was a cute cafe, interior was nice with friendly staff as service. Only issue with service I had was I was told the wait would be 15 minutes & unfortunately that turned into 45 minutes due too "nobody getting up" from there seats apparently. Not sure how true that was, but anyways..... the only reason why I'm giving this cafe 4 stars is because my smoked salmon Benedict tasted slightly fishy . ( If you eat fish you know fish shouldn't taste fishy ) . Other than that the eggs and potatoes were splendid as well as the mango French toast. I would come back here to eat again , although I'm a pescatarian I'd probably not order the salmon Benedict again ; and stick to basic roots such as the French toast or try the waffles.

This place is walking distance from the hotel that I was staying at and wanted to get some coffee. Since it was open early and they served breakfast food, it was bustling with people coming in and out. I just did take out as I had to go back right away. It didn't take too long and I was admiring the decor of the place. It's fairly large for a diner style place. I recommend it for someone who is on a budget and wants a variety of food that isn't just seafood.

Toasted Mango Café is a small but very pleasant little café with both inside and outside dining along a walkway that serves as its patio. It's a breakfast and lunch place, basically open from 7:30 am until 2:30 pm. The menu is rather small with things like a salmon plate, avocado toast, a "Sarasota Omelet of house-roasted turkey, a veggie burger, Reuben, etc., all at reasonable prices. I had their "Marylou" comprised of a goat cheese, fresh mango, jalapeno, and bacon which I found to be both unique and delicious. The wait staff couldn't have been more friendly and attentive.

In addition to a classic Belgian waffle, they also offer a large number of fun sweet and savory options. I went with their churro (cinnamon-sugar, melted butter, and chocolate sauce), and my husband ordered apple pie (apple pie filling, cinnamon-sugar, and whipped cream). The waffles were great. They were warm and chewy on the outside with a slight crisp on the exterior. I appreciated that the toppings were all served on the side, as it made for a customizable experience. My husband also had their homemade sausage roll made with real puff pastry, which he said was amazing. What I also appreciated are the large number of side options. Any waffle can be enhanced with fresh fruit, spreads, proteins, or even a scoop of ice cream. Lastly, Waffle Monkey's servers are kind and efficient. Would recommend a stop here if craving a nice, fluffy Belgian.
