Over time, Anastasia has done a great job helping bring it back to a much more normal and healthy state. She clearly knows what she is doing, takes her time, and really cares about her work. The experience feels much more private, calm, and personal. Her office is always very clean, comfortable, and well kept, and she is consistently professional. I also like not having the usual salon chaos around me. No distractions, no loud conversations, and no one on speaker phone next to you. It is just a much better experience overall. Claudia at Immaculate Brows knows brows! 2. Claudia is a real artist and doesn't rely on a stencil: This one is huge. I have been to brow people who put a stencil on your brows and try to make your brows "fit" into this one size fits all stencil then they proceed to tell me about how my brows don't really work but if I buy these products and fill them in to match the stencil then they will look good. Claudia is not like this at all. She sees how your individual brows grow(yes there are 2 brows and they are close sisters but not identical), chats with you about your brow goals and will work with your personal growth patterns to shape and groom them so they can look good both with or without makeup. 3. Online scheduling for appointments: Because don't we all just randomly remember to schedule our brow appointments while laying in bed at 6am or 10pm or is that just me!? :-) 4. Appointments are on time: I never have to wait past my appointment time and if I ever do, it's less than 5 minutes, which is basically nothing. With that being said... your appointment duration is your appointment duration. If you show up 15 minutes late to your 30 minute appointment then you have to understand you are gonna get whatever can be done in that remaining 15 minutes. It's not a punishment, it's just reality because Claudia is respectful of all of her clients time and her next clients shouldn't have to wait or have their appointments rushed because someone else was late. 5. He's an educator at heart and is always up to date on the latest techniques, trends, products, and color science. And his haircuts deserve their own mention because I genuinely do not understand how he does it: I leave with freshly cut hair that somehow looks LONGER. Explain that one. He's also an educator for EasyPro Hair Extensions, so if you've been dreaming about longer or fuller hair, you're in very capable hands. I personally haven't needed extensions, but I would trust George completely if I ever decided to go that route. Another thing I really appreciate: his timing is precise. After my most recent Russian manicure, my nails looked very bad in less than two weeks. I had multiple painful hangnails and the manicure did not hold up the way I had experienced in the past or would expect from this type of service. I initially contacted the salon only to cancel my future appointment and politely let them know what had happened. I was not asking for a refund or demanding a free service. They then asked me to send pictures and offered to have me come in so they could address the issue. Once I agreed and explained that the nails really needed to be redone, I was then told there could be a $100 charge. I completely understand that a salon may need to see the nails in person before determining what happened, but I did not appreciate how the communication changed after I agreed to come in. I was first offered a 10:30 am appointment, then after a long delay in communication, I was told that time was no longer available and that I would need to come at 4:00 instead. The tone of the conversation also became increasingly unpleasant and dismissive. I have always believed that how a business handles a problem says just as much as the original service. I was a returning customer and simply expected my concern to be handled professionally and respectfully. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.
