    Fried shrimp udon

Everything we tried here was delicious! (and reasonably priced too). Definitely will be coming back. Service was good too!

The deals here are good. They have a buy one, get 50% off alcohol deal, as well as a buy two, get one roll free promotion. The food itself was good, but unfortunately, the service was NOT. When we sat down, we were given menus, but there were no drinks listed and we were not given a separate drink menu. We ordered a lychee lemonade and two Sapporo bottles. The lemonade was really good, but we were never told that there were no refills, nor were we ever offered another drink. The young female waitress definitely seemed like she needed more training. She didn't seem very happy to be there and didn't have a very welcoming or friendly vibe. After taking our order, she never came back to check on us or offer water, even after our cups were empty. Our first two rolls came out, but we were not given any plates or sauce. We had to go to the front ourselves to ask for them. It also took quite a while for the rest of our rolls to come out. After dropping off the food, the waitress never came back to check if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. We asked for wasabi and ginger and were given one small to-go container of each. There were three of us, and we each wanted our own, but with how long everything was taking, it didn't feel worth asking for more. Overall, the food was good and the promotions are nice, but the poor service, long wait times, and lack of a welcoming atmosphere really took away from the experience. Unfortunately, the service was not good enough for us to want to come back.

Warm friendly smile and kind service with a nice variety of sushi rolls and dinner plates to choose from. The time to receive our to go order took a while to prepare but when we dug in it was worth the wait. Next time we may sit and dine in their cute little dining room as that seems to go faster. Thank you Tokyo Bites.

Amazing food and Amazing Service, I ordered the Pork Katsu and Gyoza and everything was absolutely delicious. The place is pretty clean and there's no foul smell. It's pretty affordable for how good the food is

Salmon Love roll! No rice roll, so good!! Melts in your mouth!

I was working in the area and needed a quick lunch before heading back to the office. Tokyo Bites was next to Ross, which I needed to visit to look for camping supplies. I ordered two rolls to-go and they prepared it and said it would be a few minutes. I went next door to Ross and bought a few items and came back a half-hour later and my sushi was ready. I really loved the no-rice salmon roll and would come back for that. It melts in your mouth. Everything tasted fresh and great. The cashier and the lady that made my sushi, were both very nice and had my order wrapped up and ready to-go in a bag. I would recommend this place for a nice lunch. I chose to eat in my truck, but they do have a small dining area inside with lots of seating and it's clean.

I've dined here several times already, and it's been a solid place for Japanese comfort food with a Korean touch. I had a chance to try more items since the first visit and really enjoyed everything I ordered. The prices are also reasonable. A few favorites are the hand rolls, generously filled with quality ingredients. The spicy scallop, shrimp tempura, and spicy salmon are delicious. The No Rice Burrito is interesting. The rice is not missed in this tasty item. One of a few good low-carb items on the menu. I recently ordered the spicy ramen with beef (Korean style). This bowl was served steaming hot and had a good spicy kick with every bite. The noodles were cooked perfectly. If you like spicy food, this is up your alley. The beef was also flavorful and tender. You can also get the ramen plain, with chicken or shrimp, and mild or spicy. The teriyaki bowls and combos are great options as full meals. The beef teriyaki bowl was terrific when I first tried it. Udon and specialty rolls are also available. The staff is so kind and attentive. It's been a pleasant dining experience every time. The dining area is clean, spacious, and well-lit. Light music also creates a nice ambiance. Can't wait to visit again.

Chicken Katsu with CA roll and Crunchy roll

We were looking for a place to eat before shopping and just happened to stumble upon this place. For lunch time on a Sunday, they were not busy. We walked in and was greeted by a nice lady who may have been the owner. They have the traditional teriyaki dishes, katsu, udon, ramen, and sushi. We decided to order the teriyaki chicken with CA roll, and crunchy roll, chicken katsu with CA roll and crunchy roll, and the pork katsu bowl. The plates had a ton of food. The chicken katsu was delicious and my Japanese mom thought the pork katsu(tonkatsu) was really good. Service was friendly and the restaurant itself was pretty clean.

Good portions for food and theres buy 2 get 1 any rolls ! There are many seats and the service is good !

Visited on a Sunday shortly after it opened and ordered to-go. The restaurant is located at a plaza, so there is plenty of parking. The restaurant has a very casual atmosphere. There was only one server and what it appeared to be one person in the kitchen. I ordered: - Combo A (Chicken Teriyaki with a choice of Gyoza or Cali Roll): I replaced the rice with extra salad. The salad came with a neon pink dressing that was a bit sweet. The salad wasn't properly dried, unfortunately, as there was a pool of water at the bottom. Though some pieces of the chicken was a bit dry, the bed of cabbage underneath soaked up some of the juices and glaze, compensating for the lack of moisture. The Cali Roll was packed and a solid side to the meal. - Rainbow Roll: Though it had large cuts of fish, it unfortunately was not the freshest I've tasted, and also not very tightly rolled. - Crunch Philadelphia Roll: Though not as tightly rolled (it fell apart slightly when I tried picking up a piece), I appreciate that they didn't skimp on the cream cheese. My favorite sushi so far from the 3. The food was prepared quickly, and everything totaled about $42-45, which I thought was reasonable. They have a few minor things to improve upon, but I can see this being a place college students can get food to-go between classes or even shopping patrons dining at for a decent meal.

Tokyo Bites is a new Japanese restaurant that took over Rice Meats Soup. There are some big shoes to fill. Came here on a weekday evening looking for Rice Meats Soup, but ended up dining here. Decor and furniture look the same. There is a new sign, menu, and posters inside and out. Management seems to be the same as well (we talked with one of the employees.) This spot opened up pretty quickly. Upon entering, we were greeted by a staff member and led to a table. It wasn't too busy. I ordered the Unagi Bowl and a side of Miso Soup. Food came fast and portions are decent. The unagi seemed good quality and was flavorful. It was served with steamed vegetables and rice. The miso soup was served in a paper cup which we thought was odd. It is a pretty standard miso soup. They are giving a discount for the month as part of their grand opening, which is nice. Overall, giving Tokyo Bites a 4/5. Staff are friendly and service is good. Food seems solid. Would come back to try other things on the menu. Would recommend others to visit. Welcome to the neighborhood, Tokyo Bites!

Staff were super nice! Came on a whim a few minutes before closing and was wonderfully surprised :). Portions were big and the chicken was good. Everything was so filling, and the pink salad dressing was unique and good, the food came out quickly too. Found a new go-to spot tonight ^_^

Was driving by and figured I'd try it out. Great decision, Very nice place cashier was super friendly. And everything looked great. The inside was very relaxing type of atmosphere saw staff checking in on all the tables often. Right now they had 20% off your bill and it was well worth price! Got a sushi roll and noodles. Noodles were so fresh and bowl was super hot, Sushi roll was the fantastic got spicy tuna so good!! I will be back and with friends so good!!

Service: As I arrived there was only one girl at the counter. She was very nice and told us if we had any questions or help to let her know. Self Serve at the counter and there are two large tablets where you input your orders! NOTE: NO CASH ONLY CARD. We came on a Friday, July 3rd around 1pm. It wasn't too busy at the time for me. Good service. Food: BEST onigiri iv had! Iv tried the kbbq, mentaiko, honey walnut, and spicy salmon onigiri. My two favorite were the mentaiko and spicy salmon onigiri. The mentaiko (fish eggs) was delicious, it was salty but like the good saltiness (not overly salty if that makes sense haha) and keep in mind that it is a tad spicy but for me I can handle it because I love anything spicy! Now the spicy salmon onigiri was PERFECT. Not too spicy (perfect for those who likes a mild spice) and creamy. My bf ordered spicy salmon as well and honey walnut shrimp. Both he said were delicious and his favorite was the honey walnut shrimp! For the kbbq, it was delicious too! Reminded me of Kbbq! All onigiris came with seasoned furikake and seaweed (there's an option if u want it on the side or remove it). There is also ahi tube poke and 3 sauces to choose from. I chose 1 spicy mayo on the side and it tasted really good with the onigiri. Each onigiri is labeled on the wrapper so it's easy to know which is which. I personally think think this onigiri store has a good amount of filling which I love! Drinks we ordered strawberry lemonade and regular lemonade. 5/5 great drinks and refreshing on a hot day. Overall everything was a 10/10 for me. If you really want to be full full, eat 4 onigiris, if u want to be full but not TOO full, 3 is good enough! Definitely will come back and will recommend this place to friends and family!

After we walked right in front of Omusubi Gonbei, we both decided to get some onigiri. We were greeted by a smiling and friendly employee behind the counter when we approached this little eatery. We ended up purchasing: Spicy Tuna, $2.70 prior to tax- My husband decided to order this and really enjoyed it. I didn't have any because I am not much of a spicy eater. But my husband enjoyed it. Grilled Eel, $3.60 prior to tax- My husband and I split this one. I really liked the eel and also the sauce that was used on top of the eel. My husband also really liked this one. Fried Oyster, $3.60 prior to tax- I decided to order this one but it was topped with a spicy mayonnaise that I thought was a little too spicy for me (again, I am not a spicy eater). But the fried oyster itself was good. ---------------------------------- (Total= $10.67 after tax) Wait time for our items was pretty much non existent, since the girl helping us boxed up our items before I even had the chance to finish paying (I always struggle to pay via tap on the first try... I always seem to have the credit card somewhere else, instead of wherever the sensor is to pay for it...D'oh). This was a great snack for us since we had lunch 3 hours before (I had a light lunch of a tofu salad so the 1.5 onigiri that I had was perfect for me). I like that the onigiri was fresh and the filling. But there is a significant amount of rice and very little of the filling. But I still liked it regardless and would definitely come back to try the other flavors in the future.
