Pleasant waitress seats me, I tell her "This is a hot pho soup night. What options you offer? Chicken, Beef, or Dac Biet, so my pick was #3! One size fits all: BIG! With all the traditional fixings. All eyes upon me now with the big bowl sending steam up through the lighting! Great broth, plenty of thick brisket slices, thin rare steak slices, and the seasoned meat balls. Thin rice noodles were cooked to perfect texture. Thai basil leaves, cilantro, sliced jalapeño, slices of lime. I drain the bowl so cooks see they are Ono !!!
