The food is ok. Why you're here and what you're paying for is the show and fun experience. The cooks here's are there to entertain and that they do. Came here for a work social and everyone had a good time. Hibachi chefs did their thang entertaining the table with fire and sake.

Making sure that the food that slips into my mouth is just as compelling as the performance at the hibachi is the hallmark of any restaurant that so desperately wishes to cater to this niche. Both spectacle of the eyes and the mouth are benchmarks sought by occidental people as myself, so it's no wonder that places like this have gained a foothold in the States. Sweet service ensured that I wasn't just feeling good about the sweet and savory flavors bouncing around against my gums or the vegetables sitting between my jaws as they chomped; promptly being sent to the table in a kindly manner defines the character of a sensible eatery. A combination of high ceilings, contemporary greens and grays, and an elegant Buddha figure greeting visitors foreshadows an experience that isn't simply eating, but the talk of Troy City. Even though arriving at a restaurant with few visitors is kind of bittersweet when you arrive, the passage of time and diners turns this worry on its head. Toss that veggie into my mouth one more time, chef! ;)

Let's start of with the negatives the Scorpion Bowl was $18 and tasted like water. Neither me or my wife could hardly taste any alcohol. Now to the positives ! The waitress was excellent, very friendly, prompt and kept our table clean. This restaurant is always very clean looking including the restrooms. I had the sushi sashimi deluxe again and for $31 dollars you do get your money's worth. This is my go to place in Fall River for sushi !

Great place I went there with my husband to have hibachi. The food was so good the drinks were awesome. I had filet mignon and shrimp and then their sushi was so delicious!! If you ever look at their sushi list definitely get it one of my favorites! Servers were all so kind and funny during hibachi. Great place! Will go again!

I've been to this place twice now. Both times the service was horrible. You can't get your waitresses attention for the life of ya and that's when they are actually in the room. Today however, we made a reservation and were there ON TIME. They had us waiting for at least 5min at the door to be seated and then another 10 at the table as the waitress kept coming out of the back and then walking back in, making eye contact with me everytime. We ended up walking out and going elsewhere. There was ONE other SMALL party there. There was no excuse for that imo.

Heard great things about this place, and it did not disappoint! I was hesitant pulling up to the restaurant the first time, as there were no cars in the lot and the windows were blocked with curtains. However, the inside of the restaurant was beautiful, clean and classy. The wait service was very attentive and timely. The sushi is hands down the best in the area - it was so good, we came back again in the same day and brought my parents along! (...and they loved it just as much!) Everything on the menu looks delicious, however my favorites were the pork gyoza, and the spicy tuna, California, and Yum Yum sushi rolls. I'm very excited about this restaurant being in the area - I can't wait to come back and try the hibachi!

Plenty of parking in the lot - the place does quite a bit of takeout but we opted to eat in. Handful of tables but the inside does need a little bit of tidying up - the front area had a bunch of boxes sitting there. We ordered a few different Asian cuisines - sushi, Thai and Chinese - b/c why not? Our faves were actually all the non Chinese options (pad thai and sushi). We were pleasantly surprised we liked the sushi as much as we did as we weren't expecting much. We were too full from the apps (gyoza and boneless ribs) and sushi so ended up taking our entrees home. But we actually enjoyed pretty much everything we had - the apps were our least favorite. They weren't bad, just subpar. The service was very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Seeing that the restaurant does quite a bit of takeout, we weren't sure of the level of service but it was excellent. We will def be back again to try other options they offer.

This…read morefamily-run restaurant has only been open about a year, but it already feels like an established part of the local dining scene. A nice space. We began with spring rolls (VERY good - chicken and shrimp) and sake, and the sake program deserves special mention. We selected a very enjoyable $38 bottle and noticed several other bottles at lower price points, along with a wide selection of canned sake--many around $11. Some diners may balk at paying that much for a can, but they will happily pay more for a mediocre glass of wine at half the volume. The value here is actually quite good, especially for those looking to explore sake beyond the ordinary. Our entrées--the ramen and chicken katsu--were excellent. The ramen featured a rich, deeply satisfying broth, while the chicken katsu was perfectly crisp on the outside and tender within. If you want a "hotter " ramen - the have an add on for a buck. Service was warm and attentive, reflecting the pride that often comes with a family-owned business. The atmosphere is relaxed and unpretentious, allowing the quality of the food to take center stage. Bristol is fortunate to have Sakuratani. Strong Japanese dining options can be hard to find outside larger cities, and for a restaurant only a year old, they seem to be doing many things right. We look forward to returning and exploring more of their menu--and their sake offerings. Highly recommended.

Very silky, some crunch, and the dashi sauce was well balanced. We then ordered tonkotsu ramen as our entree, and let me tell you I was not disappointed. After trying numerous ramens, specifically tonkotsu, this rated 2nd under my first favorite place. The creamy, rich broth was balanced, the noodles were bouncy (maybe homemade?), and the toppings were all good! Personally I am not a fan of thick pieces of pork chashu, so just keep that in mind when ordering that meat topping. Otherwise, excellent! Service: it was pretty slow so we got in immediately. Our waiter was very nice and took care of our table promptly. Atmosphere: it's definitely darker in this place, but the atmosphere was cozy and the booths were nice! Overall for me this was a 4.7/5, I would definitely recommend going here and experiencing decent tonkotsu ramen!

Tucked away in the Corrigan Financial complex just off Aquidneck you will find this awesome sushi/ramen factory! The service is definitely on point and very attentive to your needs. Quickly sat on a Saturday afternoon and took a look over the specials menu and just had to try the Sushi Pizza. Interesting concept and very filling, hot starter for more than just yourself for sure. The sushi rice is fried to create the base and then the toppings with protein selection is applied. I tried it with spicy salmon and it was good, little light with protein, but flavorful. For my main I went with spicy miso ramen which comes with three tempura shrimp as well. It was a hefty meal for one and needless to say I brought home my future meal as I could not make it through everything. The broth had a light to medium spice level and hit the ramen spot. There is a good selection of beer, wine and cocktails as well, I opted for some green tea which was hot and warmed me up perfectly. The vibe is relaxing and casual to easily enjoy group conversations if you have company with you. There is bar seating along with general seating booths or tables throughout the restaurant. I've seen the place before on yelp with good reviews and wanted to try for a while but since i don't go to newport often we decided to give it a try since we were in the area. It's a ramen shop in busy newport touristic area by the port. It's located inside the plaza and has parkings as well. Its was busy time of the week so the parking was full so we ended up finding a street parking a but far and walked over. Since its was nice out they had outside patio seatings as well but it was busy so we sat inside. Inside is decent size and has multiple seatings and tables that accommodates medium size groups. They seem to also have their own ramen noodle making area where the worker is hand making noodles and you can see them through the glass. We sat down and looked at the menu. They offer variety of drinks including bubble tea, alcoholic drinks and refresher as well with some interesting flavors. There are some appetizers and ramen noodle options. We tried the gochujang chicken bao bun, and spicy chili dumplings as appetizers.i tried their hong kong bubble tea and got the tonkotsu ramen. Gochujang chicken bao bun was tasty. Nice and fluffy bun and flavorful fried chicken paired well. I was expecting more or gochujang flavor but it actually tasted more like buffalo or hot chicken. Spicy chili dumplings were okay. Hong kong tea had good tea flavor and boba was chewy and sweet. The tonkotsu ramen was quite good. Flavorful pork broth paired well with garlic oil. Noodles were firm and thin as they seemed to be hand made. Chasu was fatty and flavorful. Egg was good but could use a bit more flavor if they were be marinated and should be a bit more yolky for ramen eggs. Overall a solid ramen. Service was good and the waitress was attentive. When i mentioned that i had to leave in a timely manner as we were going to be on a sunset cruise she brought the check right away with some bag and bowls to take the leftover home which was thoughtful. Overall we had a great experience at the restaurant and i was quite impressed by their ramen especially considering the options available in RI. Service was good and was not too busy despite being touristic area. This may be one of top spot for ramen in RI currently.
