First time checking this spot out but may become a regular. Pay one price to enter and access all Of the video games and arcade games they have. They have a full bar and food menu as well. If you don't drink they also offer cbd and non alcoholic drinks as well

Came back here today after hearing about the Tokyo Station rebranding, it was pretty disappointing. Not a lot of games on the free with admission side, the new Japanese games are boring touch games. The other side was mostly claw machines where you pay per play, even pinball are now pay to play. The claw machines' prizes look cheap little items. The old Free Play was better, this Tokyo Station is just not good considering you're still paying entry fee, we only stayed 1.5 hour and left.

Brought our 9 yr granddaughter here for the day and we all had an absolute blast. So much so that my arms were so sore the next day from basketball, skeeball, driving games and pinball that I could barely lift me arms. Will definitely be back soon by myself so I can play more pinball and drink more beer. Great addition to Arlington. See ya soon.

$10 for all you can play all day arcade games? Heck yes! Oh and full bar and food? Double heck yes! Games range from pure retro 80s to modern Japanese rhythm games. And a dozen or so pinball machines including RUSH!!! So yeah, go right now and spend the day!

Take the kids when they first open. Not many people there and you and the kids will have an awesome time. Great value!

Pretty cool place with retro arcade games and 80's music. Descent bar and sandwich selection.

Love this place. Wish the bar menu was a little larger, but it's fun and not very expensive for a great night out.

We ordered wings and although at sight they appeared burnt, however, she said they were surprisingly delicious and she did not have any meat left on the bones. I too devoured my plate and would have to agree with her. They are some of the best plain wings I've ever had.

General manager had the capacity to credit account/card that was already paid for a month ago, EVEN WITH our proof of purchase. THEIR system wiped all transactions the day and time we originally visited, but they chose not to give us a refund or provide credits. GM even said he has the authority to give us credits, but he didnt want to. Made us wait for 30 min just to tell us to go through our bank. Visited about a month ago when the system was running into issues. They recommended we try reloading credits into the card to see if it worked, which we did: $110. It didn't work. We came back today (1 month later) to see if the system loaded our card and it never did, but our payment was posted. Looks like the day we originally visited (10/18), the system recorded NO transactions from 12PM-3PM. We provided proof of payment via credit card transaction, but due to them not being able to "verify the transaction" on their end (because their own system was down???) they could not credit our card/account. The GM was absolutely useless and noncooperative even with physical evidence of our payment. He literally told us he has the authority to credit our account, but was choosing not to. Wasted 30 min of our time with no rectification under the guise of "finding proof of transaction" with a system that malfunctioned and couldn't work bc IT team was not even working (on a Saturday). Powertripping leadership with no care for customer experience. Fun venue but lack of service ruined experience
