He was helping another customer, but said he could get me an estimate in just a couple of minutes. As I waited I watched him take excellent care of the lady he was helping. Just a few minutes later he took a look at my car and determined it was likely salvageable, if I wanted to go that route instead of 'like new.' He tried to fix it on the spot, but it was going to take a bit more time. Then he fit me into his schedule that afternoon. I'm an outdoors man - My long-bed and I have spent countless hours on washboard gravel roads. Everyone knows, these shake the hell outta your truck. I also sleep in the back of my truck and the insulated canopy they installed in 2016 has yet to leak, In fact, the insulation is still tight & fresh as it was on day 1. The overhead LED lights inside the canopy have yet to stop working. All of this speaks to their craftsmanship & quality parts. The power-steps finally gave out after a decade of use, so it was time to replace them. I was given the option between the cheaper overseas version, or the USA built version. It's nice to get price options and their expertise on the level of quality. As part of the install they noticed a cracked end cap for one of the steps. (I would have never noticed it on my own) Anyhow, they called it out, already have a replacement on the way from the factory, and when the part arrived - they were able to a do a 'while you wait' replacement. This has been my repeat experience with them, I hope you find it helpful in your decision making.

Instead, it turned from good cop to bad cop faster than a red carpet turns into a doormat. Then Murphy made a house call. The battery went low. My husband and I had searched everywhere from Gaston to Portland and every where in between for someone to take on the job. Most people said they wouldn't do the work or if they did it would be 2-3 years to get to it and the price was astronomical!! At a local car show we met an elderly gentleman who referred us to Martin, and had said that he had done several cars for him and that was the beginning of a wonderful process! He walked us through colors options, clear coats, primers, and the whole process including suggesting several different things, such as painting the whole undercarriage hot rod black and ideas on how to do the bed wood, which I did myself and love it! He was so wonderful to work with, and his price was the best we found, especially for the amazing job that he did in such a timely manner. Last week we brought it back to him to have it wet sanded and polish/buff and the results are truly amazing!! My dad gave me this truck when I turn 16 and let me take it when I got married.
