State Farm was the other person's insurance and since they accepted fault we went through theirs, insurance was extremely difficult to deal with for both the shop & myself, but Nancy continued to advocate for myself and my car to ensure the repairs were completed within time frame and completed with quality work. Then just recently for a window smashed in when my car was robbed. Both times they got me in the same day I called, and both times they repaired them quickly. They even cleaned out all the broken glass from inside on this recent one. By the next day it was raining and my car is still getting soaked from water flowing in under the windshield/dash - literal puddles of water inside the car. The inside of my car now reeks like a bag of sweaty socks. I've had to remove all of my interior carpet and will likely have to replace it - a very costly issue and the owners can't even be bothered to return my call to fix the original problem they seem to have created. There are companies who will stand behind their work, and in my experience this does not seem to be one of them. Buyer beware.

Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly, signed some paperwork, then walked to Enterprise by one of the staff. Enterprise was about a block away. Their staff person asked if he could carry something for me and I asked him to carry my purse. He did so and I thought it was a sweet gesture. Caliber Collision is very communicative. They sent me several updates, via text, during the repair process. When my vehicle was ready, I received a call and a text message. I am super happy with the work Caliber did. I can't tell that I was in an accident and the work was completed quickly and good.
