Great Dealership with the best staff. I've bought 2 new cars from the internet sales manager Ricco Brown and salesman Arber Neziri. Wanted to upgrade my 2014 Cadillac ELR to an Escalade since my kids are getting bigger and I needed a road trip car. I wasn't sure the Escalade would fit in my garage so they brought one by my house to check it out and it fit no problem. Just to be sure it was the right car for me they loaned me one for 24 hours, well after about 5 hours I was convinced and went back to buy one off the showroom floor. They worked with GM Financial to get me approved for the zero interest deal and with the sales manager Ben to get me a fair price. Wasn't a lot of back and forth and I took delivery in around 2 hours start to finish. Also important to mention the service department is great and they alway take care of me with a loaner car ready, and usually with a little advance notice they will get me whatever car I want. I know the service department tries to take care of everyone but they do give priority to customers that bought from them and thats another reason I continue to buy from them. When I was looking at the cars in the showroom had a chance to meet the GM Steve. He was real straight forward and down to earth, so I can see where his team gets their enthusiasm from. I will continue to do business with them and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. read more

Lord, I'm so glad I declined the pitiful and ridiculous "offer" I was sent from a salesman today. First I will say they replied fast to my inquiry. Upon speaking to the salesman the first time I asked what was the bottom dollar they would take for their vehicle. Of course I knew I was not going to get a dollar amount. I just wanted to make sure there was some negotiating room there. He confirmed that there was in fact some room there. I gave him other information that should have let him know he was not dealing with an amateur at buying vehicles. I had already pulled up the value on my vehicle as I always do 100% when getting ready to purchase a vehicle. The next day he sent more pictures and we texted about them. Then he emails me the "offer" letter. What a joke that was!! This dealership adds on $2,999 for an extended warranty which was not asked for. They didn't bother to see if I was interested in purchasing this. What a ridiculous and disgusting practice this is!!! Also they had $1,799 for a reconditioning fee. I asked what that meant and was told it's what they spent on the vehicle after they bought it. Well sorry for you but what you did to that vehicle prior to me coming along, has nothing to do with me. I didn't chose what all should or should not be done. Therefore it is not my responsibility to pay you for it. If you wanted that money back, hide it in your asking price. Then let's get to what they offered me for my vehicle. I have a very nice vehicle which is top of the line and not a base model. What they offered me was below what it was worth. When I replied with all of this to the "offer" email the reply I got was applauding and nonprofessional. I could have replied again with some interesting things to say but chose to be above that. No thanks, I decline your pathetic excuse of an "offer". Save yourself from this place. After reading all these reviews it seems I dodged a bullet anyway. What a morning, My son has a 2011 Cadillac STS, he has been experiencing issues with the vehicle, since we live in Tomball, TX a call was placed to the dealership prior to arriving, the young lady we spoke with was very pleasant, since my son is attending Sam Houston and working full time, he could not afford to wait while the service was performed on his vehicle, he inquired on a loaner vehicle availability and requirements, once assured he met those qualifications and one was available, he headed out to drop his vehicle for repair/diagnostics....... He was handled very poorly by the service department, and told there were no loaners available, funny I called while he was in the service department and told to come out and a loaner was available....maybe its the location they are in where you have standards that meet profiling.....You profiled the wrong person. Long story short, If they have people misrepresenting facts for one reason or another and the ownership accepts this type of behavior I maybe wasting my time, however as a business owner, I would want to know if my employees handled a customer of mine in the manner in which my son was handled. After the run around with the service dept simply refusing to allow my son to leave his vehicle and quite simply ushering him out the door to take his business elsewhere......after all my years I have never felt the pain he felt while being handled by their employees....Shame on them, We will take our business elsewhere, eventually the parties who used such terrible customer service for reasons I can only imagine, will surface and hurt the operation. My review is for the service department (and sales, but a while back). I purchased a Cadillac years ago from this location, and my sales person was great. She wasn't pushy, and helped us find what we wanted. The service then was top notch. Not much has changed years later. After looking to purchase one again, we didn't find what we wanted here, but did purchase an Escalade elsewhere. We choose to have it serviced at Tom Peacock. The service department staff is very friendly, all the advisors are efficient and personable, and they'll get you in and out without being pushy. The waiting area is also well appointed. A large seating area with comfy chairs, a few cubicle spaces with courtesy phones, a tv and even a separate 'quiet' area for reading, making personal calls, etc. Love this location! I really love this place. This is my first cadillac purchase and the service is unbelievably awesome. They attend to your every need for your car and make sure you are totally satisfied. The service manager Bill is such a people person and so genuine. He said that anytime my car needs routine service just text him a couple of days in advance and he will come and pick it up and bring me a loaner car. Wow! My salesman Tommy Simon is really good and down to earth and no pressure at all to make a sale. He gave me his cell phone number and told me to call him anytime I can't figure out how to make something work in my new caddy and I have had to do that more than once. My caddy has so many incredible features that it is hard to learn them all, but I am working on it. I am thoroughly enjoying my new caddy and the service I am getting from everyone at Tom Peacock. Was lulled into Tom Peacock on the promise of a quick turnaround (2-3 months) on a custom order. Not only was I told my order was "never picked up" by the manufacturer after waiting 8 weeks and putting down a deposit, I was then told it would be another 4-6 months for a new vehicle, and then they called a week or so later about another "new vehicle" that just came in. When I went to look at it, I'm fairly sure it was the vehicle I ordered, although the "market adjustment" added $30k to the price! No inclination to honor the deal they failed to deliver on - felt very shady. Then had to argue to get my deposit back. Very disappointed in the way they do business. read more

Made a deal by email and over the phone to lease an specific 2019 new (demo) Escalade ESV and both parties agreed on all terms, only to learn when picking it up that the dealership changed the wheels of the vehicle, replacing the premium wheels with the cheapest version available. When confronted the salesperson, she ended up admitting that the wheels where in fact changed but she said she did not know what happened... I still cannot believe they attempted to defraud me by replacing the premium wheels for the cheapest version available. Further, the tires were severely worn already... Worst experience ever. I have been buying vehicles from them over the past 20 years.. they've lost my business for good. GMC should sanction this kind of conduct, altering the original equipment on new vehicles for their benefit while in detriment to their customers. read more

I was treated with respect and the salesman didn't even ride with me when I test drove the car, which is customer service I have come to expect. I was still on the fence and the salesman let me take the car home for the weekend! Great sales tactic! Really upset with Tom Peacock for sticking me with the replacement cost for new tires on a lease. When I leased my XT5 almost 3 years ago I was very concerned and upfront about wanting to make sure everything would be covered under warranty for the duration of my lease. I also added the tire protection because I know how expensive it is to replace tires and I didn't want that unexpected expense/surprise. Well after only having the car for a little over a year I was told two of the tires needed to be replaced due to "wear and tear" which isn't covered under the tire protection. Despite bringing it to the dealership's attention that I had only had the car in my possession for a little over a year it was put back on me to replace them. So now I am shelling out $400 for brand new tires on a vehicle that I will be turning in within a few months. In addition, I have had nothing but issues with my XT5 not recognizing my key fob. Starting day one, my car wouldn't start or it would lock me out, ect. I have replaced the batteries in the fobs as well as the battery in the car and the issue still continues. I will be dropping the car off again this coming week to have the issue addressed but I don't have much hope. I'm just counting down the days until I can give this car back and be done with Cadillac forever. read more

Took my vehicle to Tom Peacock Cadillac on the North Freeway in Houston for a suspected passenger headlight problem. The passenger side headlight would not adjust after I replaced the bulb. I described the problem, told him I recently replaced the bulb. Without any diagnosis the service advisor tells me "it's not the bulb" and the entire headlight assembly will need to be replaced, both of them. Says give him a few moments to prepare a quote. He returns with a $1800 quote. I told him I would do some more research and get back with him. Now the internet is full of dim headlight problems for this model vehicle and the fix reported is replacing the assembly. That evening pulling into the garage I noticed bright white light aimed at lower right on the passenger side. So that told me it was not the 'dim light' problem, but possibly a bulb not installed properly by me. So, this morning I went back in and checked the bulb installation and yes it was not mounted flush in the socket. Installed it properly, adjusted the beam and is working fine. I will not go to Tom Peacock Cadillac again for anything. Very bad customer service experience. I have heard about Service Department rip-off's now I can say I've seen it first hand. read more

I'm not sure how Tom Peacock New and Used car departments are but I can tell you from experience the service department is the worst. I recently purchased a 2014 Cadillac XTS. We had some issues with the charging system so we contacted Tom Peacock service and had the vehicle towed in. After repeated calls for a week they finally gave me a diagnosis. I was told the battery (which was brand new) and all terminals going to battery needed to be replaced for $800 and that would solve my issue. I gave them the ok. After picking up vehicle the same issue occurred in two days. I had vehicle towed back to Tom Peacock. The service advisor called back and told me I now need to replace all cooling fans and it would be a $1900 charge. He assured me this was the real issue. I declined and picked up the vehicle. I took the vehicle to a local repair shop they were able to find the the REAL issue that was a $30.00 fuse. The vehicle has been running great. So not only did I spend $800 for something I didn't need but they also tried to charge an additional $1900 for a $30 fix. Never will I ever deal with Tom Peacock. read more

Watch for extremely high fees they charge on certified preowned vehicles. Tried to charge me $4300 for what they call certified fees that are not advertised on there website and then the sales manager says he can make them disappear. So this being said they tried to take me for like $8000 to $9000 on the initial paperwork. $4000 on trade and $4300 on crazy fees that they can make disappear. We've purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership ..2 Escalades and 1 XTS...We've had problems with ALL THREE..From paint & body work, tires and rims (have pictures to prove all) to issues with the vehicles themselves ...As I sit here with the latest issue on the 2015 Escalade..I've been here 3 times for this same issue ..The first time I mentioned this rattling noise I'm hearing while driving, I was told and I quote " We've had a few other customers that have complained about this same noise..Recommended that I change the GAS I was using ..I knew that was BS from the start because I've always used the higher grade gas ...So, hesitantly I went along with it..Made no changes to my gas because I was already using the highest grade available ...Only change I made, I switched from Chevron to Exxon ...Now you do the math ...Fast forward! Bring it back to the dealership..A service guy rode with me ..He acknowledged that he may know what the problem is..Now I found that kind of strange because while riding he stated he didn't hear anything, ok tho...We arrive back to the dealership ..He tells me the person who's going to do the repair is backed up at lease a week ..Now that by itself should tell you a lot about what Cadillac is selling ...Silly ass me for continue to purchase ..Moving right along..I return the following Monday to drop my truck off ..It was in the repair shop for over a week and 1/2 ..Only for me to pick my truck up and hear the same noise Id been hearing for months ..The same noise they claimed was coming from the gas I was using ....I'm so over Cadillac and these vehicles they're putting out ..If I do a review on all the vehicles we've purchased from Tom Peacock, this review would be longer than Interstate 10. The one star is for Darryl our service rep..He goes above and beyond, trying to make sure our issues are rectified...Once the vehicles leave the pick up area, it's out of his hands..Smh! Update: I was told that the rattling noise that I'm hearing in my 2015 Cadillac Escalade, a 90k vehicle.."it's the characteristic of the vehicle"...Please be mindful, this is after they came up with other rhymes and reason as what the issue may have been..So, because of the incompetence and them not being able to identify the issue; as well as resolve it..Answer I received, "it's the characteristic of the vehicle" IM SO EFFN DONE W/Cadillac..However, I'm not going away as it relates to this issue!
