This is probably some of the best Thai food I've ever had. I went at recommendation of a coworker last week and already went back for more twice. I've had the green curry chicken, shrimp salad, and beef drunken noodles. All three dishes were absolutely delicious. It's pretty small inside with one table and a few stools at the window bar but I'm sure they'll expand soon if they keep making food like this. I highly recommend Tonnam. read more

Alert! Authentic Thai in Bohemia! They have the best Thai Ice Tea around IMO plus excellent green curry and drunken noodle. Haven't tried too many other things because I keep going back to the curry but everything looks really good. Finding good Thai in Suffolk has been a disappointment until discovering Tonnam. The delivery was fast and the food was fresh and exceeded expectations greatly. We ordered two bobba milk teas--thai and brown sugar, a papaya salad, a thom yum noodle soup, and a pad thai. The milk teas were both amazing. Still ice cold and so delicious--definitely satisfied my desert craving. The appe and entrees that we ordered were great. I was particularly impressed with the noodle soup. It was really flavorful but light at the same time, unlike many other Thai and fusion places, who's food is heavy and greasy. Tonnam uses a lot of fresh ingredients including a substantial amount of peanuts and bean sprouts. The papaya salad had fresh cherry tomatoes and long beans with a great dressing and nice long pieces of papaya. The smoked tofu in the Pad Thai was also a really nice touch. Next time I order I will go for the Thai Hot spice option and opt for a veggie Pad Thai rather than a tofu Pad Thai. Will definitely be ordering from here in the future. Thai food comes to Bohemia!!! Great Thai food to take out. Flavorful food. I had the Spicy Basil Chicken. WOW! Great! Medium heat has a nice zing to it. My daughter had Chicken Pad Thai and she loved it! Delish!! Crispy Spring Rolls were very fresh tasting. Certainly lived up to their "crispy" name! They came with a sweet chili dipping sauce which we loved. My daughter is a sucker for bubble tea and their Thai Bubble Tea did not disappoint. I had that tea without the "bubbles" and I loved it. All in all extremely flavorful food. Generous portions. And the lady at the counter was soooooo nice. This will be a regular takeout for us. And they deliver. read more

Great food! I ordered green curry with chicken and it was absolutely delicious BUT when I pay $16 for a quart and it's only 2/3 full and mostly sauce I have a problem. Hidden gem is an understatement, I believe I found a winning lottery ticket. This was the best Thai food I have had in a very long time and it's an area I certainly would not have expected to in a suburban LI neighborhood. If you like Thai food I highly suggest giving this place a try. They only have a few tables inside but glad I was able to get one and had the food right out of the kitchen piping hot. I had drunken noodles and can't wait to try other items on the menu. FYI, my girlfriend is a chef and raved about the food too! read more

The workers were super nice- gave a free small boba drink which was SO GOOD. Everything tasted and was super fresh and amazing. I'm not a veggie kind gal but the vegetable in the fried rice and spring rolls I got were so fresh and tasted really good. Definitely my favorite Thai place so far. Also big fat portions so I get to enjoy this gift from the gods another day.
