    An update to my previous review. Today (a while back, forgot to post) was the appointment that I has to scheduled at Leward Chevrolet in Waipahu @ 10:00AM. Mind you my warranty is with Tony Honda. I brought it in for the 1 wheels sensor that was not working. The other 3 wheels sensors was still indicating pressure on the dashboard display. Right off the back the diagnostic fee was set at 200 and change. They also affered to wash the car. PERFECT! After a few hours had passed by I received the call stating that they figured out that 1 sensor was completely dead and the other 3 was on their last leg. They quoted me 1,200.00 for the replacement of all four sensors. I told them that I have a extended warranty with Tony Honda bacause thats who I purchased my truck from. I explained the type or warranty i purchased from them, I was told by the Chevy Dealership that they do not recognize that warranty company. With that being said, I declined the repair and ask for a printout with the quote of the parts and labor cost so I can go to the Tony Dealership and talk to their Finance advisor to see what all is covered under their warranty. When I arrived to Arrived at Tony Honda I ask the receptionist is i could talk to a Finance advisor about my warranty. I waited a little bit but no longer than 10 min. Enough to get a cup of coffee and a snack from their complimentary drinks and snack. When the finance advisor came we walk to his office, he already had a copy of my warranty printed out. I brought the quote for the repair and labor. I ask what was going on with my warranty coverage. He's ( Finance Guy ) told me he was not to sure if the extended warranty covered the sensors or not I would have to have had the wheels and tires warranty as well. I told him that I had both. Ohh he told me. Then walked in Kurtis, like a total boss, he asked if I can leave my truck and pick up up tomorrow. I said yes, I can do that, let me just grabb my back pack and lunch box and that's it. I handed him the keys. Kurtis said we will take care of this see you tomorrow. I received a call the next day Kurtis Tsuha ( Service Manager ) asking if I wanted to pick up my tuck up now. It was close to 4pm or wait a little longer so he can get it detailed! "I WAS BLOWN AWAY. MY TRUCK LOOK BETTER THAN WHEN I BOUGHT IT! " I was left lost for words, partialy Speechless by the stupendous and amazing job Tony Honda demonstrated to this humble customer. Their above and beyound attention given will not go unnoticed and must definitely be shared. Vip treatment!! Blessed by Tony Honda Management and staff. Truly show how much Tony Honda Values their customers, regardless of the vehicle you purchase from them, NEW Honda or Certified used cars regardless of the the MAKE or MODEL. Honda or not. Kurtis, Derek , and all the staff that had a hand in rectifying what I believe prior to today (the lack of customer care and support) that I had previously posted about their car service department and employees. Thanks Again!!

    I have been to Tony Honda for approximately two years now. They always have fantastic staff and ensure that my vehicle is maintained perfectly. The shop gets busy, and you may have to wait a little longer, but that's nothing too bad. Bad: - [ ] The waiting may take longer than expected when the shop is packed with people. Good: - Friendly Staff. - It is located perfectly near all the shops and Costco, so you can spend time there when your vehicle is being serviced. - They have a waiting area with coffee and a snack! Conclusion: Nothing critically bad about the shop! I enjoy visiting them and never worry about if all is going to be fine or not.

    Car purchased: Honda CrV-ExL 2025 in Platinum Pearl White IVEN CUNANAN was a very hospitable and awesome sales consultant!! He prepares all paperwork and he makes sure you get the help that you need that makes a "worry-free" transaction. The best customer service!!! They also do ceramic coating, Tinting, black emblems & many more. ! All staff are friendly and they even have a snack area for their customers.

This is not something I would expect from a properly inspected luxury vehicle at this mileage. What concerns me most is the lack of response. I have reached out multiple times to address the issue, but I have not received any reply. Even for an "as-is" vehicle, customers should expect transparency, basic roadworthiness, and communication when problems arise shortly after purchase. I am simply asking for accountability and a response. I will update this review if the dealership chooses to resolve the issue professionally.

    I'm ready this review to warn other customers of TCA's business policies and what happened to me as…read morea customer. I purchased a vehicle used as is based on the condition of the vehicle. I did test drive the vehicle but for 15 minutes. No lights are warning signs came on. They sold me the vehicle knowing there was an engine issue and that I was shipping the vehicle an extra cost of $700 to a neighboring island. Also, because it took time for the purchase of the vehicle and organizing the shipment I incurred rental vehicle costs. A representative from TCA Auto drove the vehicle from their dealership to Young Brothers in Honolulu The distance between the two would have made the engine act up and the radiator go dry. Upon arrival the temperature warning light was already on in the vehicle and I could smell smoke. We drove immediately to the gas station and check the water and gas and filled it. I was still concerned since the temperature light was on. My daughter drove the vehicle 16 minutes and 10 mi to our home. I was concerned about her driving the vehicle I had a neighbor come over and just check everything out including tire pressure. The next day she drove the vehicle back from the house to my office which is about the same distance 10 miles and 16 minutes depending on traffic. By the time she got to our office the engine was acting up and shut off. We had another person come to check out the vehicle to find out what was going on so we could let the dealership know the problems we were having with the vehicle. We reached out to the dealership to inform them of the difficulties we were having with the vehicle. They never offered to return the vehicle and refund our money. We felt like we were in a bind because I couldn't purchase another vehicle I have multiple car loans two daughters with two loans that I have cosigned on. I made an agreement with TCA Auto so they could take the vehicle back and absolve the loan. They made me pay the return fee of the vehicle and refunded me $500 of the $3,000 I put down on the vehicle. I made this agreement so we could move forward I couldn't afford to continue paying for rental car costs and a loan at the same time. I felt like the dealership was going to drag it out and not pay me the money that was due to me based on the situation. After they've received the car and the loan was absolved I did reach out to BBB to let them know the situation. I'm warning others about this car company Do not purchase a car from them. Obviously, they have no care or concern what type of vehicle they're selling you no business ethics and customer service is horrible. All they cared about was their bottom line. I spent almost $1,000 a month in rental costs waiting for the vehicle to arrive and then once it did rental cost because it didn't work the entire time I had it in my possession. They only gave me two options They actually offered two options to take off $1,000 off the sale price if I kept it. Or I could return the car pay the return fee for shipping get $500 back and the loan absolved. Of course, that's the option I took due to facing the fact our family was facing hardship through not only paying the loan on a vehicle but also paying $1,000 a month in rental car fees. Returning it within the 30 days also saved me a lot of money in the return shipment with young brothers. It was apparent TCA Auto was not going to refund any of my money and only drag this out creating more of a hardship on my family. Do not use this company. If you're looking to purchase a used vehicle purchase it from a car dealership that has used and new cars on it. I did learn something from the experience and that those dealerships have to hold a higher standard of customer service and they would have immediately return the vehicle not charged me and paid the shipping fees.
