Mike and Tony went over and beyond in helping fix some scratch repairs on my wife's new minivan. The color of the van was a very difficult color to blend so Mike has painted two extra panels to absolutely insure that the paint match was 100%. I used to detail cars for 10 years so I have a keen eye for paint defects, overspray, orange peel, etc. I was not charged extra for the extra work. I did not even ask him to do that. Mike and Tony wanted to make sure that I walked away 100% satisfied- and that was the case. I saw some other reviews on this place and I was skeptical to take my car here. But I'm glad I did. The girls working the front were polite and friendly. They explained everything in detail. I worked with Tony directly. You can tell he has been in the business for a long time. He knows his stuff and definitely went above and beyond. I have used other shops before but this one had an inviting atmosphere to it. Maybe the fact that it is family run and operated. But anyway, Their estimate was reasonable and ended up being one of the best in the area. They told me the car would be done in a week. We ended up having a problem with finding a part but this place called and explained to me the issue and contacted the insurance company on my behalf to extend my rental car. When I did get my car back, it was flawless. Amazing paint job and body work. They guarantee all their work. But I don't see me having any problems with what they did. My experience with that insurance company itself was an utter nightmare and every single person I spoke to was rude and unhelpful (Interstate Bankers Casualty -- just wrote a crappy review on them, as they deserve). My main contact person at Tony's was Mike. He was amazingly helpful, listened to my explanation of the damage and answered any questions I had. When I came to pick up my car, they had given me a brand new shiny bumper. Even washed the car and cleaned inside! Brought my car here as recommended by the insurance company. From the estimate to the pick up, they handled everything without me having to intervene at all! The insurance company wrote me a check for $650 the repair would obviously cost way more than that! Mike advised me not to worry about it and that they would handle it on their end, and so they did! They did keep it for exactly 7 days, due to Covid-19 and back orders. After picking it up, I noticed some scratches on my trunk that I wasn't sure were there before the fact. I did question it, and Mike had no problem asking me to bringing it back to inspect. After speaking with my bf, turns out some of the scratches were there already. I explain this to Mike and he insisted I bring it back to repair anyway! I thought that was excellent customer service and going above and beyond to make me happy! My car looks impeccable!! Of course I first went to look at the reviews and they weren't so good. Long story short the car was fixed 4 weeks later. Even though it seemed like a long time, everything looked just like it did when we first bought it. We were very happy with the results. The workers were kind and honest. During the four weeks the car was there, my husband went there and checked on the progress of the car. Someone side-swiped my 2011 Audi Q7 SUV passenger side. The driver who hit me had American Alliance insurance. Though I went to three places for quotes, American Alliance "required" me to use Tony's or I would pay more in labor costs. I was initially hesitant, but went with Tony's. They dealt with the insurance company, made excellent repairs including paint, and finished on time as promised. I dealt with Mike and Tony, both who were upfront on everything and professional. So, being a young individual with a large amount of school debt and a job in non-profit, I've been financially constrained in a lot of ways. But unfortunately I've learned that you really get what you pay for. Looking to save some money, I signed up with a smaller insurance company that contracts only a few car shops to do their repair work. Tony's Collision happened to be the one closest to me and I came here when I accidentally rear-ended someone and needed work done on the front bumper of my car. My whole experience was extremely unpleasant because of Tony's attitude. Every time I called to check in on the status of the car (which was around five times, because he kept telling me to call on a certain day, and on that day he would tell me that I would need to call in another one or two days, and so on), our exchanges would start pleasantly enough and then literally devolve into an argument in a matter of minutes. It was ridiculous. I felt as though every time I was trying to explain something relevant, such as my work schedule and when I could come pick up the car, or ask a question regarding the status of my car and why it was taking longer than he had said it would, I would keep getting rudely interrupted by him and I would end up almost shouting at him because he simply was not giving me to the time of the day to even finish my freakin' sentence. When I finally confronted him about giving me an attitude, he apologized but did not sound truly sorry at all. Him: "Okay, I'm SORRY. What was your question." Me: "Well, I don't have a question right now. I'm simply saying that I am very dissatisfied with your customer service because..." Him: "Okay, WHAT is the QUESTION." Yes, that really helps your customers feel like their concerns are valid and being addressed. I do acknowledge that he was trying to be flexible with my ridiculous work schedule. He said once that he was willing to come to the shop after I get off work at 8 so I could pick up my car, but then for the remainder of our conversations, he would wave this over my head to illustrate how accommodating he was being and how unreasonable I was. An OFFER doesn't mean that he actually DID anything, and shouldn't be used as a way to make me feel indebted to him somehow. Good customer service should just be good customer service. I will NEVER come back here and I would highly recommend everyone else to find somewhere else to go. I am certain that there are other car shops that can do the same sort of work, probably more quickly, and have better customer service. read more

Like the other reviews said, they are stupid about when cars will be done and how long it will take. Also the worst part is they don't repair the car properly. They give you a 1 year guarantee for their work, which I needed. Within the first week, I noticed the trunk was not flush with the rest of the car. WTH. About a month later, my right housing for the tail lights popped out. POPPED out. Went back to get it fixed. Supposedly, they fixed it. About a week ago, the same taillight popped out again. WTF. In addition, I hear winds, wooshing, and rattling noises. OMG. I will forever be paranoid that things will fall off or be broken for as long as I have my car. Stupid. Don't go here. They disreguarded my every request, drove my undrivable car, took a month to replace a quarter panel on my little 2 door car. i wait and wait and wait, then Tony says my car is ready, i go to pick up my BLACK car and they painted half of my car a light metallic blue. My insurance company threatend to take them off the list of body shops they use, and at first i said no. but now i will make sure that this place gets no business from my insurance company. Eventually I looked up this center and was WORRIED. I was freaking out that my car would come out terrible. I worked with Michael since the moment I dropped off my car. He absolutely cares about his customers, because you need to set up an appointment to drop your car off and I did not know that coming in 20mintues before the shopped closed & Michael still took my car in! I went to Tony's because it was the best location for me from the list of the guy who hit me's insurance. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 am thinking the earlier the better. They could get started on it right away hoping to meet the insurance companies time estimate. I told Mike the insurance company felt it should take no more than two days to do the repair. Mike's response was "they know better than that. It will be a minimum of 3 days." When I was able to pull my claim up on the insurance web site it said that I dropped my vehicle off the next day after I did. I was being patient and trying not to bother them by calling or trying to rush them so I let the 3 days go by only to be very surprised when I accessed the web site after they closed for the day to find out that according to their post that day my vehicle was finished at 10:30 am that morning. Never received a phone call. I proceeded to make arrangements to pick up my vehicle the next day. Waited until after noon for a call that it was finished. Never received a call. When I called to ask they had to put me on hold for five minutes before they came back and said yes it was ready to be sure to bring the insurance check when I pick it up. While they had my vehicle they drove it almost 18 miles. The repair looks good. Their customer service has a whole lot to be desired. read more

I took my car into Tony's after I was rear ended and this was the repair facility that the insurance company required I use. I was a bit worried about that at first, but Mike took the time to explain the entire repair and even gave me a good price on some damage on the passenger side that was not included in the claim so that I could get everything done at once. They had my car back to me when they said they would, the repairs look great, my car is as clean as it was when I drove it off the lot and they even put air in my tires when I hadn't even mentioned to them that the low-air indicator came on when I was on the way to drop off the car. I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and the repair. As much as I would like to never need their services again, I'll be back if my car needs anymore bodywork! Absolute worst place I have ever been to. The owner, Tony, is something else. DAY 1: Someone hit my parked car so his insurance told me to go to Tony's for my repair because they have a standing relationship. I took my car in on a Monday morning. Kara, Tony's daughter, informed that "it won't take longer than 3 days to repair." So I rented a car from the nearest Enterprise -they were wonderful to deal with. I asked Tony for a written estimate and the first words out of his mouth were "LADY, I don't know what you don't understand about estimates! I can't get you an estimate until we open the car up and inspect further." I had asked Tony over the phone prior to coming in on Monday if I could get an estimate and he was rather evasive - which is why I asked again once face-to-face. First, I find it extremely unprofessional AND uneducated to start your sentences to a client with "LADY." Second, it is standard to issue an estimate once you know what the repairs are going to be. I've had body work done on my previous cars to know that is an obviously process. After he raised his voice at me, I just stood there in shock. I said, "Can you please fax it to me then or call me BEFORE you start the repairs so i'm not surprised with any costs that the insurance company didn't tell me about?" and he condescendingly waved me off with a "yeah yeah" reponse. DAY 2: It's tue at 4pm and I have yet to receive a phone call/fax from Tony's so I pick up the phone and call them myself. I asked Tony if he was going to send me an estimate and to make sure they haven't started any work on my car until I received it. He goes, "We are just waiting on a part to come in to finish the repairs." I asked him, "Finish? I never even gave you approval to start. I specifically asked you NOT to start repairs until I see a written estimate." At this point, what can I do? He's started the job and I'll just have to hope for the best. I told him, "Well, can you call me when it's done on Wed (when it was promised). He tells me that it won't be ready until Thurs and at this point I'm irate. I tell him, "I absolutely need the car by Wed as I will be going out of town Thurs evening so I will not have time to drop off my rental and then pick up the car and then head out. Besides, my car rental is only until Wed because you daughter informed that it would only take three days." What unfolded next was a complete horror show. Tony starts screaming into the phone saying, "I CAN'T HELP IF THE PART WAS DELAYED. I CAN'T HELP IF IT'S FREEZING OUTSIDE AND THE SHOP IS BACKED UP." I was alarmed and really upset at this point so I raised my voice too and said, "You are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. How DARE you raise your voice at a customer. If you promise your customer a certain timeline and they change their schedule to accommodate it, then you should stick to it and if you can't atleast apologize!" So what was I supposed to do at this point? Nothing. So i said, "Then please have it done by 3:30pm on Thurs because that is the ONLY time I can come to the shop. I will have to leave work early and ask my sister to come with me, but I will make it work." Tony responds with, "I can't guarantee that." So I respond with, "What? Your shop closes at 4:30 normally and you can't guarantee just one hour early? You're already delayed by another day so what's asking for one hour early?" (He is still screaming at this point). He did apologize for when I told him that he is very unprofessional, but it was a 100% half-assed apology. It was the tone a 5 year old kid uses when he doesn't want to hear his mom nag.."yeah yeah i'm sorry." I wanted to scream into the phone, "Don't you dare patronize me, you #%^&$&*$ but I refrained as I did not want them to leave a pile of dung under my car mats as a parting gift. DAY 4: Day three went by and we didn't speak at all. I picked up my car on Thursday and I pull out my credit card to pay for it and they inform me that they didn't accept credit cards. In all fairness, I do believe Kara informed that they only accept cash or money orders when I first dropped the car off, but I must have forgotten. I still find it realy archaic that a body shop doesn't accept credit cards. Does everyone that gets their car fixed there bring in a wad of cash? It's awfully shady and poor business practice. I get that they are trying to save on credit card fees, but what an inconvenience! SUPER OLD SCHOOL. On this day, I FINALLY RECEIVED MY ESTIMATE along with my receipt at the same time. How completely and utterly backwards is that?? Tony did not even acknowledge my presence and he sure as hell did not say thank you or goodbye. If he had just apologized for his actions it may have prevented me from posting this as well as telling Falcon to discontinue their relationship with Tony's. (Note: Enterprise said they heard terrible things about Tony's from their clients and suggested Nick & Ernie's). read more

I had read the reviews prior to getting an estimate here and I was worried. Luckily, the reviews couldn't have been more wrong! Mike helped me along the entire process and made it as easy as can be. We were dealing with a pretty subpar insurance company that wasn't willing to shell out much for the damage their insured did to my vehicle. Mike assured me they would do all they could to battle with the insurance company to make sure my car was as good as new when I picked it up. He kept in touch with me and when I came to pick up my car it looked better than when I bought it. It even looked like they wash and waxed it!
