This recent trip to TooJay's, Florida's version of a New York style deli was prompted by a collaboration with one of my other Florida favorite brands Lilly Pulitzer. For Lilly's 65th anniversary, these two partnered together to create a custom coconut lemon cake. We love coming to TooJay's for some hearty homemade comfort foods. Menu items like potato pancakes and matzo ball soup to name a few. And no meal is complete without a made from scratch bakery treat. This restaurant always provides great service, the servers are knowledgeable and provide great hospitality! Ambiance is casual, lots of tables and booths to choose from. Lastly, back to the refreshing coconut lemon cake. This white cake features layers soaked in lemon juice filled with coconut and lemon cream, lemon buttercream frosting, and adored with a candied lemon slice. Yumm Only 20 of the restaurants are carrying this delicious cake, until the end of April 2025.

Nice and clean. Very light crowd on a Saturday night, mainly older people. Their liver and onions is really good.

    Turkey Avocado

Ordered a turkey avocado to go. When I got home it was a small piece of turkey between a hard, dry brioche bun. No avocado, no dressing, no nothing. Very disappointing for $20+

I came to TooJay's Deli after a funeral with a large group. Our table was waiting on us and our server, Jasmine, was extremely polite and attentive. Everyone enjoyed their meal. I ordered a soup and sandwich lunch combo with chicken noodle soup and a turkey sandwich with french fries. The avocado, tomato and arugula were very fresh. The French fries were steak fries and were crispy. The rye bread was soft and drag tasting. Our table was given plates of bread and pickles. My husband ordered a pastrami sandwich. He loved it. It was a mile high sandwich and was loaded with meat. I posted pictures of the desserts in the bakery and from the menu. It all looked so delicious. If I wasn't so full, I would have ordered the banana dream dessert too.

    Hold time on phone

Food was good but the hold times could be better. Drove over, picked up a Jamba Juice and walked in the Toojays building before anyone got the phone.

Today's soup was picked up at the Too Jay's deli in Wellington and brought to me. It was filled with vegetables, chunks of chicken, lots of egg noodles, tons of flavor. It was a bit too salty for me. The best part of the soup was the special friend brought it to me; she gets 10 stars!

The staff immediately jumped in, put tables together, and accommodated our large group without making us feel like an inconvenience. From the moment we sat down, everything was exceptional. Our server, Jana, was absolutely amazing. She had such a positive attitude, made fantastic recommendations, stayed on top of everything, and truly provided some of the best service I've had in a long time. She made our entire group feel welcome and taken care of. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, and the drinks were just as impressive. All 12 of us had a wonderful time, and we're so grateful to the team at DeVine Bistro for turning what could have been a stressful evening into such a memorable one. We will definitely be back, and we'll be asking for Jana again!

I really wanted to like this place. Havent been here for a number of years. I ordered Steak Frites…read morewhich i assumed was "Steak Frites" (being that Bistro is in the name of the place!). What i received was a strip steak that looked and tasted like a solid Publix steak. I had to ask for steak sauce (which again defeats the purpose of steak frites). The fries were ore ida crinkle cut fries...again not bad tasting but not steak frites. I had no interest or desire in complaining...so i had a publix steak and supermarket fries for 39 bucks. (Which these days is just a little more than publix would cost). Texas Roadhouse is a way better option if you want fairly priced steak w great service. I hate to leave a bad review bc the service was fine and the place is nice...but any chef would know what steak frites are...lol

The bar area is lively, energetic, and definitely on the noisy side--in the best way. It's the kind of place where you gather with friends, order another round, and lose track of time. If you're planning an intimate date night, I'd probably choose somewhere quieter. The cocktails were fantastic, and Nicholas was a standout. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming--he made an already fun experience even better. I've eaten at other Cooper's Hawk locations, so I already know the food is excellent. Four of us came for dinner & made reservations weeks ago. There was a lot of free parking at this Cooper's Hawk on Rt.#441 in Wellington. Once inside we walked past the wine bar with many bottles & wine focused gifts. It was very, very crowded with many waiting for their table when I looked up and there was Raymond with his wife., what a nice surprise! We started with sangria, the glasses were shockingly, small and mostly ice. We shared the chicken lettuce wraps that came on a huge platter and we're more than enough for four of us. They were fresh delicious and had a nice kick. For dinner I enjoyed my shrimp, scallop risotto. The portion was generous and the truffle sauce enhanced the flavor. My husband enjoyed his Aji tuna dinner, and friends enjoyed their salmon and huge chicken salad. Service was on point, we weren't rushed and dinner was delicious.

There was lots of free parking right in front of the restaurant in a strip mall.. Oli's had a large bar, outdoor seating, round tables and booths. We were seated at a round table for 8 that was conducive to conversation. Ambiance was cozy, modern and comfortable. Aaron waited on us; he was attentive, accommodating and on point. The manager checked on us several times, everything was perfect. With the American menu we were also offered a 3 course prix fix option. Warm crispy fresh bread was served with a delicious herb oil. Friends ordered a smoked old fashioned & said it was the bet he's ever had. Others enjoyed a beautiful watermelon martini. We all started with huge, beautiful and absolutely luscious appetizers. My burrata with honey, figs, prosciutto and basil was fresh, enormous and bursting with flavor. Everyone enjoyed their apps from the plate of Brussel sprouts, beer cheddar soup, eggplant stacks with tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, balsamic & pesto and charred avocado wedges with mango salsa & a spicy mayo. Once the table was cleared our 2nd round of appetizers were presented. My three baby lamb chops were charred to perfection, juicy, lean and mouthwatering. They were served with rocket, marinated tomatoes smothered in chimichurri. I couldn't finish them but couldn't stop gnawing at the bones. My husbands 4 tacos had big chunks of lobster with quinoa, cucumber, avocado, tomato, topped with slaw and ahi sauce. Friends enjoyed their buttermilk chicken with habanero aioli & arugula salad, The dessert menu looked fabulous from sorbet, monkey bread pudding, chocolate lava ... We were all too full to partake. I took a box home, my meal was too good to leave behind. Everything on the menu above the salad was half price tonight. I was amazed that this exceptional meal with tax and tip was around $75 per couple. I'm already planning on coming back!

What's not to love with this flavor combo? Three people had salads including the Healthy Nut Salad, the Chopped Salad with Chicken, and the Necane Chicken Salad. Each of these included an interesting and tasty mix of greens, nuts, fruits, veggies and a delicious citronelle dressing. The portion sizes were large and the salads were quite filling. The only concern was that the piece of chicken on the Healthy Nut Salad was somewhat dry and did not have much seasoning. When cut and mixed in with the other salad ingredients and dressing, it was ok. I had the turkey melt sandwich, which included a fabulous blueberry chutney and melted cheese on a tasty toasted "rustic" bread. It came with a large quantity of oh-so-edible french fries. One person had the ahi tuna poke, which was as delicious as it looked. Such a nicely stacked presentation! It included quinoa, cucumber, mango, avocado, tomatoes and onions. The service was a bit lacking throughout our meal. We did not consistently receive refills on our water in a timely fashion, and we had to go searching for our server to bring us our check. Would I go back? Absolutely! The lunch menu had a wide variety of options including a large range of interesting appetizers, salads, flatbread pizzas, tacos pastas and larger entrees. Probably not the best place to go if you are in a hurry though. Instead, plan to enjoy a delicious leisurely lunch.
