Went in for a quick snack to share with the hubby before the baseball game. Was seated very quickly. Ordered the chicken fingers and an order of onion rings to share as they didn't have a side order of French fries that showed in the menu. The food came out fast. The chicken tenders were good but could have been cooked a little more well done. The onion rings were okay, mainly because they just tsst r like they bathed in a bucket of grease ( yes I know they were deep fried). The menu overall looks tasty but if I go back I'll definitely steer clear of the onion rings.

This is my favorite restaurant to hit up whenever I'm in Reno. Back then my family and I would always eat here during our family trips, and it's safe to say that not much has changed. The menu is the same, the food is still delicious, and the best part: the prices are still cheap. They might have increased a bit, but only marginally. Back then you'd be able to get prime rib for like $10 but now it's $15, which is extremely reasonable considering other places charge minimum $25 for the same thing. Service was a little slow while we were here--there might have been a mix up with servers because there wasn't anyone to wait the table we were seated at, so another employee had to step in to help us. Other than that, everything went smoothly. We ordered our stuff, received our food, and devoured it. I usually order the prime rib with mashed potatoes and veggies. It always hits the spot. Don't expect top notch quality prime rib, but for the price, it can't get any better than that. I will continue to come back to this place when I'm in town.

This place never disappoints! Got the prime rib 8oz special, steak and fries both medium rare. The price is still decent. The prime rib and steak were both seasoned and cooked perfectly. They both came with chicken noodle soup. I love stopping by here whenever I am at Reno.

Honestly, the food should have been 3.5 stars and the service -3.5 stars. This is the restaurant in the casino so it's definitely an interesting crowd. I was told there would be a 30 min wait for a table but the counter was available now if I wanted so I opted for the counter. A woman was quick to ask me for my drink order, but little did I know, that would be the last encounter with a server for over 30 mins. I sat there watching the servers pass by taking food from the pass to the different tables in the restaurant. I ended up asking 5 different times for a server to take my order and each time was told that someone else was responsible for the service at the counter and they would try and find the server. The entire row of diners sitting at the counter was waiting to order and no one would even look at us. I have never seen a restaurant run in this manner before. It was clear that they had no intention of finding our server. I was eventually able to flag down a server who was okay with taking my order. I ordered the prime rib and lobster. The lobster was pretty overcooked and not very good. The prime rib and mashed potatoes were pretty solid for the price. Would probably order that again, minus the lobster. But will probably never return due to the awful service.

Their 9.99 steak and eggs special brought me into cal neva. I ordered the steak and eggs along with a stack of pancakes on the side--and let me tell you, both absolutely hit the spot. The steak was tender and cooked close to what I ordered. The pancakes were fluffy, golden, and had that nostalgic flavor that brings you back to simpler times. No gimmicks here--just solid, delicious food made with care. Service was fast, warm, and genuinely welcoming--something you don't always find in casino-adjacent diners. My coffee cup never ran dry, and the servers made the whole experience feel relaxed and easy. Yes, the space is a little worn around the edges, but it kind of adds to the charm. Think "vintage Tahoe diner" more than "dated." And for the price? Almost shockingly affordable, especially given the generous portions and quality. Bottom line: If you're staying at Cal Neva or just passing through, Top Deck is 100% worth a stop.

Old school casino food. On a recent visit to Reno, my friend and I can't pass up the sign advertising surf and turf for $16.99 (steak and lobster). Walked through the smoky casino floor to the slightly less smoky 2nd floor dining area and found that you can get a slice of prime rib with a lobster tail for $17.99. Baked potatoes would be a bit more. My friend's end cuts were a bit dry and my medium rare cut was done perfectly. Au jus was a bit plain as well as the creamy horseradish. Aside from the general smokiness of the place, I actually kind of enjoyed the old timey vibe with the red booths separated by frosty glass partitions. No thrills, but I'm sure I'll be back if I'm in the area again.

If you're looking for a meal while on a budget in Reno, this is the perfect spot for you. The quality of the food is average, but it still gets the job done. Can't go wrong with a burger and fries; and the wings are not small.

8/15/2025 came here with a friend to try the lobster and steak for 18$. It was pretty dam good. The service was great and the atmosphere was different but I enjoyed it. With the two plates and 4 beers my bill was only 46$. That's friggin awesome. I'll definitely be back

Food was not something I would eat again. Chorizo was weird and the Belgian waffle was covered in strawberry syrup that it was soggy before it came out. One bite was enough to not eat any more. Hashbrowns were nice tho

Friggin classic old skool Reno baby!!!! I walked into the casino and all I could see is smoke, old people, crazy locals and cheap alcohol. And I LOVED IT. The security saw me and came over to ask if I was lost haha. I told him I was looking for Top Deck and he looked at me like I was crazy. But he said ok "follow me." We went through the casino and then outside to an alley way then back inside to another casino. He literally escorted me through 1970 to the elevator that lead to Top Deck and wished me goodbye. The elevator opened on the high floor and lo and behold it was old as hell up there too. I walked into the waiting area of Top Deck and there were workers but hardly any people. I knew I had to be in for a treat for sure. The lady looked around as if to find a good spot and sat me in a big booth in sight of the entry and the cooks. It was wonderful. I asked her what her favorite plate was and she said "chicken fried steak." I said girl It's 5pm not 8am. Hahaha. The waiter guy came over. He was this young white rough looking 20 somthing. Odd because everyone else working looked to be 120. He was pretty blunt and I asked lots of questions. He answered every question perfectly in a very blunt scruffy way. I ordered the Prime Rib and Lobster with a cup of coffee. Hell yeah! The coffee came. Old ass white cup and nice and strong. It tasted like heaven in a world of starbucks hell. As I enjoyed me coffee, all the workers came by one by one to check on me. Were they that bored or do they just care about me? Either was I was happy. Even what looked like the manager came by. He told me he worked until 9pm and I told him that 9pm is just around the corner. He replied "it can't come soon enough" in a somber but real way. I also noticed people, customers started showing up. First in pairs, then in small groups and a huge group came it too. All of a sudden the place was packed. Gamblers and locals I think. The food came and I was blown away by how big the plate was. Huge. Big ol cut of prime rib albeit it was thin (you can order a thicker cut). A small to medium lobster tail (fresh water?) and friggin old skool hospital looking mashed potatoes and gravy! I was in heaven!!!!! Also came with drawn butter, au jus, pure horseradish and creamy horseradish. The young waiter even explained to me the difference between the horseradish not knowing that I eat horseradish at the best steakhouses in the world. The prime rib was tasty but not the best cut but it reminded me of the old skool days eating out with my parents 40 years ago. A long piece even got stuck in my teeth and I had to make sure I chewed it really well so I didn't choke on it. It was magical. The lobster was awesome too. Not flaky and soft like expensive lobster but kinda rubbery in a good way when you cut it with a knife. The mashed potatoes and gravy way totally yummmmmmm. Like the school cafeteria during Thanksgiving. I loved and cherished every bite of the meal. I finished every single bite and drank my coffee and people watched in fullness and joy. I even drank the rest of my au jus from the plastic cup. I went to pay the bill at the front register and there were three ladies paying in front of me. They looked like they just came from skiing and they spoke Spanish. They had a single bill but had the worker read out everyone's order separately and then deducted it from the reciept. The worker apologized for the delay. I had no problem with it. A couple of the workers waved to me and smiled goodbye to me. As I got up to pay I wondered what in the world those 3 ladies ordered that their bill was in excess of $400 when my completely fulfilling meal was about $22. The worker lady said "they had a good time for sure." I loved my experience and joyfully tipped 50% for the great time. I should have tipped 100% now that I reminisce. As I got down to the bottom of the elevator at the bar, I saw the security guard watching the football game. It was the big 49er game. I told him "mannn I am full." He replied "no doubt my brother." THANK YOU TOP DECK and for whatever casino hotel it's located in. I had a great time that reminded me of times past and gave me new memories to laugh at to last whatever time I have left on earth. We stopped here for breakfast before driving from Reno to Lake Tahoe. My husband saw a billboard advertising a $7.77 special. This special included two eggs, a choice of meat, hash browns, and choice of toast. Our server, Candi, made our meal fantastic! She was so friendly, and we really enjoyed meeting her. Our breakfast was really good, and you can't beat the price! I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area. Make sure you ask for Candi! FYI, she told us that her last name is Bar. Can't forget that - - Candi Bar!!

Save yourself the disgust. Last night after enjoying some time at the card tables we decided to head up to the Top Deck. Worst mistake ever. I ordered a New York dinner and the hubby got prime rib. My meal came with "steak", mashed taters, veggies, and a salad. His was the "prime rib", pilaf, veggies, and chicken soup. Starting with the soup and salad, the soup was overly salty and tasted like it was from a can. The salad was just some lettuce with a few rings of onion on top and some crusty croutons. Ranch dressing was questionable. Meat was absolutely disgusting, we both ordered rare and the stuff was 3 days past well done. While the pic may have some pink on the meat that had to be an anomaly because the stuff was dry and grey inside. Pilaf had absolutely no flavor at all and the mashed potatoes may as well have been wall paper paste. The corn could have had an ounce of potential until we got "butter" for it and whatever that stuff was wouldn't even melt. My husband ordered a "coke" which was really just some sort of cola but was overly sweet and undrinkable. Our server was inattentive and seemed pissed off as soon as we sat down. She seemed mad that we didn't eat our food or want to take the leftovers with us. Are you crazy, that food was absolute crap. In the end they took $15.00 off the bill. Never going back again. I'd be real curious to see what Gordon Ramsey would make of this place if it was on kitchen nightmares. can just imagine to atrocities he would find in the kitchen and cooler.

My 5 stars comes with a caveat. $9.99 for steak, fries, and a soup is insane! Now, if you ask for it medium or medium well, will you get it? No, you're getting a well done steak! Is this a 5 star restaurant? No. It's an old greasy spoon. But $9.99 for all that? It's good enough! And deserves 5 stars for "what it is".

I'm going on record essay this is still one of my favourite restaurants in the entire world. Just ate here again. Truly one of those places that I've been going to for close to 30 years and every time it does not disappoint. Perfect casino restaurant. Staff has never been anything but less than upbeat and on point.. Not sure how downtown Reno is going to do here in the near future but if you have a chance, come see this place. read more

Yes you have to navigate thru a smokey casino to get to the restaurant. That is true in most cases when it comes to casinos. They want you to gamble while you are there. It looks like a regular diner or greasy spoon. But! The Service was just fine and the price of the food is crazy affordable. It's not a fancy steak house. But my steak and lobster tail that cost me 12.99 was great. Not a huge steak and tail but great deal. Steak cooked how I asked. All 4 of us had a great meal for less than $60. And 2 of us had steak and lobster. Wife had eggs Benedict and daughter had chicken fried steak and eggs. Cant beat this deal. read more

Ordered the $15.99 prime rib and lobster with potato salad. The prime rib felt like it was already precut and tasted dried out. The au jus sauce made it better. The lobster was just cooked/steamed. The potato salad was ok. Service was fast and friendly. It made me feel like they wanted me to eat and leave in less than 10minutes which I dont mind. So if u want something quick and cheap. read more

Was I a little scared as I made my way to this restaurant? Yes. Would I do it again? Yes. Came for the cheap lobster and prime rib. You get what you pay for, but it was satisfying. Glass of wine filled to the rim and desserts that were bulk ordered. The service is a little odd, only order from your waitress, don't wave down anyone else. Pay at the counter out front on your way out. I don't know how to play keno but it made me want to learn? Ambiance is exactly what you would expect from a dusty casino with elevators from the 70's. But I would do it again. read more

This place was recommended to us from a family friend because of the affordable prices. Upon entering Cal Neva we saw red footprints that led to Top Deck, that was super helpful because we had no idea where to go. The host and staff were super friendly and helpful. We came as a big party of 16, they couldn't sit us all together so we had to take up 4 tables -it was all good. (Heads up if you come as a big party) They also asked us if we want to split the bill by 4, 2, or put in 1 tab. Once we ordered, I had to try the prime rib and lobster dinner special. The meal was overall alright. The middle part of the prime rib was bland and the mashed potatoes had an aftertaste. All in all, it wasn't bad nor was it good. This is def the place for a budget meal. read more

The place was just OK if that. It had a sketchy feel to it. The server claimed to be her first day (possibly to inspire a higher tip). The manager seemed a little overbearing on her. The portion of food was good but nothing spectacular. If given the opportunity, I would probably choose another restaurant. read more

What can I say about "Top Deck"... It is the most deliciously cheap restaurant in Reno located at the Cal Neva Casino and free parking. Is been 3 years we been going there ever since my boss introduced me to this restaurant. The food is one Old Classic American old school diner. The service and customer service is great because if you coffee or water is low they are super attentive which is great. But the cost is low, where can you get 3 pancakes with 3 eggs, a sausage (any sides) and hash brown for $11.95. Not even Denis can go that low. I totally recommend this if you're broke or you're down at your luck from all the bets you lost from the casino. read more

The legend continues! This is a Reno staple, famous for their low priced breakfasts and meals. I went here for an early Thanksgiving dinner and it was great for only $12.99. Recommended, and on my must visit list when I visit Reno. read more

what's not to recommend here? If you want to eat on a budget and get that great café breakfast or lunch or dinner menu then this is the place it's located downtown right next to the bigger casinos, so just take a walk over. They always have great specials and their prices are low so you can keep that money for gambling right. I had a great experience there. The food was good, so I rate this experience as excellent. read more

Service was quick. Food was great for the price. It was a little tricky to find. Just think it's 2nd st & Center St. Second floor of Cal-Neva. Enter on Centers St take the escalator to the second floor turn right. Or take the elevator hit TD and it's right in front to the right a little. read more

We have seen the signs downtown for the food specials at Cal Neva many times. We decided to try it out. Walking through the casino is a bit like walking back into time. After my wife doubled her money at a slot machine we found the Top Deck Restaurant about noon on a Sunday The place was packed but we were quickly seated and provided menus. We looked through the menu and there are lots of inexpensive options. We chose the club sandwich with fries and the Philly cheese steak sandwich with fries. Our food was delivered in a timely fashion and looked really good. Everything tasted pretty good too. We were pleasantly surprised. read more

Oh.. Reno. How I love what thee, and all you have to offer. I mean who doesn't like getting drunk and going for cheap eats, right? Thank goodness for Top Deck Located in the Cal Neva Hotel & Casino. Since, I enjoy staying downtown Reno, there's always something to do and eat...lol! I remember when Top Deck used to be open 24 hrs a day, but no more...sigh :( If I'm recalled it open 24hrs Friday & Saturday's only. Each & every time come come here, I always have to order the $5.99 for a pretty decent "Prime Rib" dinner. If you aren't into meat they make a mean salad too, you can even have you salad customized to your specifications, just ask your waiter/waitress. The service is sometime hit & miss as wait as the wait service is concerned. I've had really friendly servers and I've had service, where the server can be down right rude for no reason. I'm a big girl, I deal with each situation accordingly. The food is good not the best, but for the price and portions you can't go wrong and who doesn't like a $1.50 16oz can of Budweiser or Bud Light? They sell many food items from Breakfast, Lunch and dinner and the desserts are pretty good too! Heck, why not play a little Keno, while you wait for your meal. I have to rate Top Deck 3 stars because during the weekday the close between 10pm & 11pm at least stay open until midnight. Some of us like to tip in and sober up around that time. I've been coming here for years but always checking in and reviewing CalNeva, but the Top Deck Restaurant is the only reason I stop in. I have loved it since the first time I ever ate here!! The grilled cheese on Texas toast is the best I've ever had from a restaurant. That was my go to for awhile and I got my boyfriend hooked on them too. He loves the steak & lobster special and we've also gotten a variety of breakfast dishes here that we also love. There's tons of booths to sit in and the service has (almost) always been great. We've had a couple of times where everything was moving incredibly slow but we've also been in enough to know that is not the usual for them. Food is great for what you pay. I personally like the vibe. Service is generally pretty friendly and it's a laid back place to eat and hang for awhile. I've been coming back again and again and it's a must for me to eat at whenever I am back in Reno! read more

ere every day of our Reno trip, including twice yesterday! I love the food, employees, and atmosphere. I wish I could have got everyone's names, but due to my vision issues, I could not. On this morning's receipt Elizabeth's was listed as the server and she was awesome! I do have to say the only name I got was Steve. He was amazing. He was right to us immediately and had the drinks back right away. He was always smiling and really made the overall experience pleasant. One thing that I would love someone to mention to all of the staff, every single person treated me equal. One thing they did not know is in September I was a normal walking talking person and i contracted menengitis. I was in the hospital for three months and in a vent. I lost my motor skills and ability to walk and talk. I'm relearning these things slowly. This was my first trip as a newly disabled person and it was scary. To everyone on the street I was just a fat lady in a power chair, not a lady who survived a catastrophic illness whose medicine helped make me fat lol. Every staff at top deck and cal-neva took the time to let me try to talk and was very patient with me. I never felt like a burden for trying to speak, they treated me like every other person and I want them to know how much better they made my trip! read more

As we arrived in town at 2:30 a.m., hungry from the drive, we found Top Deck to be open and first thing you see is a sign for Steak 'n eggs $4.99. The more you look into the deals get better and better. I got the $9.99 steak 'n lobster. The portions were not that big, but big enough to satisfy hunger at 3 a.m. The lobster was pretty tastey, was nicely cooked. The steak was a liitle to char but still good all together. If you've never been, the place can look quite confusing. Don't let signs fool you, no matter what you read, you need to put your name down first to get seated. The place has that old skool brown booth look. You may think you see lots of waiters, waitress, but you get one and only one waitress will help you...and only her. Will I come back...yes. There is so many options and the prices will def keep you interested read more

I would highly NOT suggest this restaurant because every single employee that we had contact with was rude! the food didn't have no flavor to it and I felt uncomfortable eating in this restaurant because they would just stand around the restaurant very close to people who were eating and watch everybody. We felt so uncomfortable with everything about this restaurant. read more

It's not a bad place. When we arrive it was partial flood issues. We stood there for about 10 min before someone realized we were there so we were escorted to another entrance. As I was driving into Reno, I saw a couple of advertisements for Steak & Lobster for $9.99 at this restaurant. Unfortunately when I got there, around noon time, this special wasn't being served. It didn't start until 4pm. Ok, so I decide to just order something else. I go for a chicken caesar salad wrap that comes with a side of potato salad or fries. I opt for the potato salad becaus I know I want to try a few onion rings. The waitress brings my food and I ask for ketchup. It's on a huge table and because I'm dining alone, I have to get up to retrieve it when she was already standing on the side where the ketchup is. That's not a big enough deal to ruiin my meal. I go for the potato salad. Extremely bland. Salt and pepper didn't help much. The onion rings and wrap were ok though. After I had my plate for about 5 minutes, the server brought my ticket, placed it down on the table and said, "No Rush". She was never to be seen again UNTIL I located her and asked for a to-go box. Horrible service. The 20% tip went to a 7% tip. Did she forget about me or is this just the regular service she provides? read more

This place is hidden in the Cal-Neva Casino. We had lunch here and it was cheap and it was good. I had the $9.99 Prime Rib and it was good and very large portion. The place was a little old and crusty, but don't let the appearance fool you. Good food and awesome staff. read more

Tonight we had the Early Bird Special... Lol. I had Crispy, Fried Chicken. Guy had a TD Double Burger and tasty Fries. I had a dinner salad before my meal. It was Spectacular!!!! Lots of cucumber, fresh tomato and croutons. Best Ranch dressing ever. Our waiter, Mathew was a Cut Above. He Spoiled Us. What Excellent Service. He was always one step ahead. Hands down the best breakfast place in town. I had the infamous steak and eggs. I got what I paid for and no complaints. For the value it was good. You can throw down $20 for steak and eggs at Hash Hash next door, or come to Top Deck for 1/2 the price. I love the ambience and the servers are great. It's my go to breakfast place in downtown Reno. read more

2 minutes ago We used to LOVE this place! Not for the atmosphere. The cigarette smoke is as thick as my poor old grammie's cataracts were before she left us, rest her soul. And not because the fountain drinks were amazing, either, because they never have been. I'm not sure what brand they use, but I know it isn't any label I've ever been familiar with. But still, when you're in a cloud of smoke this thick, any drink is passable. The absolute only reason that we loved this place for so many years were the outstanding specials! Their $5.99 and under Prime Rib specials earned this place their good rating. But since they're gone, so too are those other four stars I would have otherwise given. It's a sad day, it is. The cheap food was hot and yummy, but not $9.99 yummy. For that your best bet is to go elsewhere where the booths are comfy and the air is breathable. read more

Review #238 - 2018 We've been coming here a lot and this trip was actually pretty disappointing. We showed up and asked for a table for eight. We were told it would be about half an hour wait and we were fine with it. The hostess was very friendly and accommodating, and was able to seat us at two separate tables across from each other. We placed our orders and our food arrived pretty quickly. My brother and I got the prime rib and lobster, which both of us thought that our prime rib was really dry even though we both ordered it medium rare. My other brother and his wife had the steak and lobster and they both said that their steaks were made exactly how they ordered. Two happy customers! My niece had the fish and chips and she said it was fine, but how can you really mess that up? Other then the fact that we all said our fries were soggy. My other niece had the grilled cheese sandwich, of course, how can you mess that up? Asides from the fact that the cheese was not melted, but instead it was just dry and warm. I have had the steak and eggs for several months now. It was great. This morning I ordered the Steak and eggs to go. I only gave 1 star because the steak is a much cheaper piece of meat. I am shocked. How can eats this cheap be this good AND come with great service? This place is a must if you'd rather save your hard-earned cheddar for more important things (like gambling or spa treatments). I can't vouch for $6 prime rib because I don't swing that way, but the veggie omelet with hashbrowns I had was delicious. The onion rings we shared were insane and perfectly crispy. And yes, that ranch sauce was as good as everyone says. This place might be '70s timewarp but they have text alerts when your table is ready and these servers hussle to get you your cheap grub. When we showed up, we asked if we could sit at a table outside, the guy was a little overwhelmed, he said "I can sit you in 10 mins". I said "can we have this table". The fries are what I would consider shoe string fries, but maybe slightly thicker. I'm usually not a fan of shoestring fries, but I polished them off easily both times. My parents and aunt are harder to please. They like ingredients that speak for themselves and don't like too much sauces. All 3 of them really enjoyed it and I'm sure they will all be back. They have been looking for a good burger in Reno and I think this was it for them.

They did my over-medium eggs perfectly, and the brisket was nice and smoky and also surprisingly lean. The braised greens on the side surprised me a little with the flavor at first--I thought it was a bit too salty, but the tang seemed to come from like a vinegar flavor or something, and it kind of grew on me. Went pretty well with the other parts of the meal. I have to admit I was a little surprised the biscuit was a bit dense and dry--still tasted fresh/made, just a bit off in terms of size and taste compared to the rest of the stuff on the plate. We also got the beignets, which came with a nice bourbon sauce, but sadly a few of them weren't cooked all the way through. The interior was very bright (lots of windows) and clean, and the service team behind the counter was very pleasant. Also, I thought the price was fantastic for the special--like $14.95-for a very satisfying and overall well-made meal. We'll be back to try other stuff on the menu.

I also like that you can get rice and the wonton chips versus picking only one as your base. It is the counter style where you choose different things that you want on your Poke bowl. There are a few ingredients like avocado that has the upcharge, but in general, it has less than other places. I personally like the crab and seaweed salad on mine, which isn't everywhere. Ingredients have tasted fresh the times I have ordered bowls. Staff is helpful at asking specific things you want and circling back if you may have missed one of the categories. I usually take mine to go but there is a fair amount of seating to have the food there.

Each bite was crispy, savory and delicious. On this visit there was something off about their dipping sauce they served with the Katsu. It didn't have that usual smooth flavor. It was slightly more acidic. The curry made better for dipping. The service was quick and despite Fritzie W. changing her mind on a few items, they were still patient and courteous. The restaurant is laid back, and a few patrons eating inside appeared content enjoying their meals. The restaurant seating is basic, seats aren't luxurious or entirely too comfortable but for a quick bite on a week day, you can't complain or shouldn't...only enjoy.

Yes that is just one dish. No wonder it tastes so good. Crunchy, spicy, savory in the rich broth is something you should try. Shrimp tempura with a spicy dipping sauce is her favorite. This is an excellent appetizer. Fried rice is my absolute favorite and the chicken version here is fabulous and makes an excellent breakfast the next morning! Then there is the tiger boba Let's talk....this is so rich and creamy it should be illegal but thank goodness it's not. Check out the picture, you can gain a pound or so just from the picture. Don't miss out on this amazing treat. Our server has always been helpful and suggested dishes for us to try. Great suggestions. Your pot will have a heater inside that I suggest you ask to be turned off as soon as it arrives. Don't worry your pot will still be plenty hot to enjoy. I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and everything about the experience was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, making sure we always had what we needed. The food was the true star of the evening. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell a lot of care goes into the ingredients and preparation. My favorite was the Chicken Parm which was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Even the sides and appetizers were memorable, each one thoughtfully seasoned and delicious. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices felt more than fair for the quality. I left feeling full, happy, and already planning my next visit. Took ten minutes to seat us when they werent busy , after we sat had five different waitress/waiters look at us and no one said anything to us ten minutes later server said a quick i will be right with you never came , complained to the manager tried to lie and say our person addressed us as we sat down but he never did , then the manager proceeded to talk to the keno lady loudly about my fiance , father and i while my father was right there at the keno stand. We came here last year had the same shit service and only is getting worse every year! read more

Had been a long time; a long long time, favorite. Great food, great service, great price. Just isn't the case anymore. The poor reviews you are seeing, ring true. The food is still good, but the service, much higher prices, and apparently the management have gone so far down, I can't see my self going back... I'll watch the reviews for signs of improvement, but until then I go somewhere else. read more

It's hit or miss here but for the most part, the food is pretty good for the price. It's usually easy to get seated even when they are busy. Decent staff and the takeout option is nice too for when I had a long day at work. read more

Here on a Friday about noon. Food was hot and tasted great for the price. Got medium right on my hubby's steak and my egg burger was delish. Service was prompt friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend! read more
