Small, unassuming neighborhood place near the park. Turns out some of the best pizza we've ever had ANYWHERE! Simple but very flavorful crust with just the right texture. Tasty pizzas across a wide range of choices. Delivery hinges a bit on the delivery person, but is almost always reliable.

Quality pizza, my favourite is the taco pizza. Not only is the pizza affordable, it is delicious. I usually pick it up because I am close by. I usually order online but confirm by calling in to prevent any issues. Only tip to the business I can say is to have a bit better customer service when answering the phones . It can tend to be a unfriendly feeling and rushed tone of voice when calling in. Other than that too notch. This is not a sit in and eat pizza place . However great call in , get your pizza in a timely manner to bring home . Price is great too and I do not order pizza from anywhere else now. read more

Ordered gluten free on Doordash. They sent me a regular crust. I phoned and explained I'm celiac and they told me it was "my loss," as they don't have gluten free in the size ordered. However, they never called or contacted me through the app to inform me that gluten free wasnt available. The "manager" (the same woman passed herself the phone and claimed to be the manager) blamed it entirely on the customer and refused to accommodate me in any way. Doordash customer service was excellent, processing my refund in minutes. read more

We decided to give this place a try because a) they could deliver a pizza on a Friday night within two hours b) the menu included artichoke hearts, caramelized onions, and other toppings you wouldn't find at Domino's c) The prices aren't bad. We ordered a couple of small pizzas on a Friday night and our order arrived within 30 minutes.. The delivery driver was friendly as well. And the pizza turned out to be delicious. While the cheese didn't actually stick on the crust, the pizza crust itself remained intact under the weight of the toppings while still maintaining a doughy, moist texture. And to top everything off, each pizza came with a roll made from the pizza dough in the middle...a nice touch. I want to say that there was some garlic flavor infused in the dough, but I may be wrong. My only complaint is that the caramelized onion topping was much too salty - and I like salt. I will gladly try Top Dog Pizza again, even if "Top Dog" is a more fitting name for a hot dog stand. read more

Pure theft - I decided to order from the Top Dog Pizza restaurant due to it's proximity and the thought of the possibility of discovering a new gem. Upon first examination of their menu my initial thought was that the product seemed expensive but if the quality is there, then it would be worth the price. I should have been warned off when I placed my order for "the family meal", which includes 2 medium pizzas, wings, and Caesar salad , and the receptionist was content with the order that she wanted to hang up before I had told which type of pizza I wanted to order. I picked up my order from the store and once again was astounded by the quality of service, I promise that a VISA is a credit card. despite the cashier's uncertainty. I wish that inept service was the end of the miserable experience however it may have actually been the highlight of the meal. Firstly the wings were uneatable, pure oil, baked hours before and cold. I may have ordered at 1930 but that is no excuse for old food. None. After one wing they went right into the rubbish, a place they likely came from prior to being sold to me. The Caesar salad was just as bad. It was entirely "made" of romaine hearts therefore I can assure the vegetarians out there that no leafy product was hurt in the making of this salad. The croutons were two dollar box croutons, and the Caesar dressing was from a bottle poured into a plastic cup, which I am certain was bought at a no name bulk food store. Awful and to the rubbish as well. At least the pizza should have been appetizing. No-one can mess up pizza, right? What is the joke about bad pizza and sex? Firstly the crust is too chewy very similar to rubber. The sauce was non existent, I do not mean minimalist but extinct as in no longer there. The meat for the pizza was likely bought at the same no name store as the Caesar salad dressing. They were dollar store meat which had no right being in a poor boy sandwich, let alone a 20 dollar pizza. The cheese was also rubber and melted rather than baked. Due to my desire not have wasted my money and hopes, we had two slices of each pizza and then they joined their friends wings and salad in the rubbish. Over all I feel robbed by Top Dog Pizza except I wish I had been mugged since at least I could imagine that the robber was getting some stratification with my money. Purely criminal that I was charged 45 dollars for this service. read more

Thought i'd give this place a go because my cars broken down and we didnt want to have to venture out for food. We got 2 large pizza's and a bottle of soda. 50 bucks, I was a little shocked, but figured we'd have tons of leftovers, so it's no biggie. It took a bit to get here, although they did tell us that it could take as long as 2 hours with 2 deliveries in front of us on a Thursday night. The first thing that I noticed was that it was quite a bit of dough and not much of anything else, the second was the glaringly oily dough. The only reason you would need that much oil is if your dough is sitting out uncovered for extended periods of time..Not a nice thought. Next time i'll just order from Great Canons I guess.. Its not extrordinary, but at least you get your monies worth. When you spend a 50 on pizza, you want to at least enjoy eating it. Not so much here. read more

We tried Top Dog since we had heard good things about the place. Everything about the experience was great. Ordering was simple, the guy on the phone was friendly and they delivered to my house even though it may have been a bit out of their normal delivery area. The pizza arrived within 40 minutes, the delivery driver was very pleasant, and the price was quite reaonable for what we ordered (a family meal with 2 med pizzas, a caesar salad, and wings - baked not deep fried! - and a 2L of pop, all for 50 bucks). All the food was good, the pizza was awesome! Fresh toppings, nice crust, tasty sauce, not overly greasy. I really enjoyed it. We will definately order from Top Dog again! read more

Best Pizza in Vic, straight up! The owners absolutely love what they do and it is reflected in their food and their customer service. The pizza is bangarang like Rufio and his mohawk and their cinnamon rolls win at cinnamon rolling. It's so wonderful to be welcomed (and they always remember you!) and feel the vibe they give you. Other Mom and Pop Shops need to take notes because this is the best spot for some gourmet pizza and a great atmosphere. read more
