Been here a handful of times and finally getting the chance to write a review. Thank you Yelp pointing us here. We used to go to Waba Grill to get our Teriyaki fix but now that we've found Top Grill there's no turning back. We've tried the Chicken, Steak, Ribs, Salmon and Shrimp and all were so yummy! Protein no matter which kind has always been cooked perfectly, Rice never too wet or dry, Veggies fresh and employees are nice and friendly. Try for yourself you will definitely agree, Top Grill gets top honors for protein selection, price, portion, people (workers) and preparation. P.S. The food is very good and portion sizes are huge! I had the chicken bowl with veggies and rice and my husband had the beef box. When we opened our to go boxes and seen the amount of my husbands we were in shock! It's a huge portion size that we could have both easily ate off of. Decided to give this place a try because it was rated pretty high and we wanted to try a new place. We are glad we did. We ordered the chicken bowl (white meat) no veggies, the chicken and beef bowl (white meat), beef only bowl and a chicken and veggies bowl. All were perfectly cooked, the teriyaki sauce is very tasty and not excessively sweet. In my opinion for the bowls we ordered the portion is decent for the price they ranged from $8.25 to $9.25. read more

This is a great place for a quick, cheap and heathy lunch (depending on what you order). I got the beef, chicken and veggie bowl w/ brown rice. Everything was made to order and served hot. The meat was lean, but still had flavor and was not too dry. The veggies were great, very fresh with lots of color and flavor. They have a good teriyaki sauce, not too sweet. This place is FANTASTIC. Much, much better than Waba or that slop they call "food" over at flame broiler. The portions are bigger (which my doctor ain't happy with but what does he know), the prices are lower (reduces overdrafts on my account), and the atmosphere is better too. Plus, this place is a family ran business which is AWESOME and should be supported rather than lifeless/soulless Waba/FB. Is Top Grill as fast as McDonalds in delivering your order to you? No, they aren't - but why are folks in such a rush anyways to get back to the job they hate or their screaming kids? Lighten up folks, fresh food takes time.... so unless you want your rice bowl made in a lab somewhere like that product you call a cheeseburger they sell at McDonalds, then it's going to take a bit more time than 30 seconds to get your food. Is Top Grill equally as fast as Waba or Flame Broiler? Yep... I'd say around the same amount of time... so sit back, relax, and enjoy "social" media. All in all, I am extremely happy I got to experience Top Grill and will gladly come back the next time I'm up in Mur-Town visiting my children from my first of four marriages. read more

Omg! Never going to flame broiler ever again! This place is absolutely delicious! Everything is fresh and cooked to perfection! The service is amicable and the food is extremely healthy and amazing! This is by far the best healthy grill around. I consider top grill rather than flame broiler or waba hands down. Their rice is always perfectly cooked (sadly, better consistency than how I make!) so steamy, soft and tender! Sauce is delicious, and the meats on point! I'm so glad it's around the corner from where I live, I always stop to get my favorite thai tea with boba. I've also had their milk tea and find myself ordering that more often! This place has good food and plentiful portions. The milk tea boba is also great (better than most places I've tried). The selection is also good too you got your bowls and plates to order and there's plenty of variety. Not much decor tho and place needs a little more maintenance but overall this place was a delight to eat at. read more

Was super excited to try this location, we frequent the one in Canyon Crest. I was very disappointed. It didn't taste the same at all. The rice was way over cooked and mushy. Came in here November 25 ordered a number 2, a number 12, and a number 18. I said it just like that to the lady at the register. She is part of the owning family. We received 2 number 12 bowls and a number 18. It told her of the mistake and she snapped back and said no your problem this what you ordered. I said no and she just turned around and walked away. Then I decided we will just eat and never come back after lousy service. Instead she just kept staring at us the whole time we ate with a glaring face as to finish and get the hell out. Ordered seven bowls and three were incorrect...drove back and they told me I had to take back the incorrect bowls ...obviously I didn't have them and they didn't say to take back when I called...once food is out that door , they can't accept them back...gave me attitude when I had returned to the restaurant and made me feel unwelcome... one of the employees told me that if I wasn't returning she was going to charge me for the bowls that had to be made again...as good as the food is, their customer service was terrible and made me never want to return again...I know I'm only one customer never returning but word of mouth goes a long way! read more

Great prices and lots of meat! They were extremely busy so it was quite a wait but worth it. Meat is not fatty and chewy like other places and teriyaki sauce is wonderful they gave us extra so I took it home. Tables are nice to sit at if you can wait for one. Took 30 minutes to get a simple order of a chicken bowl and a steak bowl. 5 people who ordered after me received their order before I did! What gives?! Then the cashier up front was extremely rude and kept telling me to wait.
