We have been going to top grill for many many years and we have never been disappointed. Their portions are very generous, their food is tasty and fresh they are always polite. It's so healthy, and tasty we really enjoy their food. I like the grilled salmon and sometimes I get the mixed steak and chicken and I've had chicken just alone with the vegetables brown rice or white rice, over the top excellent every time and good pricing. I have not ventured out and tried any other dishes because I really like the ones I normally get but I'm sure they are good they are a good quality restaurant.! Not quite sure why this place has such a high rating. I ordered the beef bowl the beef was bland and dry tasted old, the rice also tasted old and had a weird taste to it and the texture was hard maybe a little undercooked as well overall overrated and overpriced. I had to drown everything in teriyaki and sriracha hot sauce to make it edible. read more

The chicken is way too burnt. It's unhealthy...the flavor of the teriyaki sauce has too much ginger flavor which makes everything else too bland. Also, when we asked for hot sauce, the lady there did not bother to pack it up. This establishment needs better cook and management. read more

Nice people, patient while my kids decided on what to order. My husband and I each had the chicken and steak bowl and my kids each had the mini steak bowl with shrimp added. Our total came to about $45 for all 5 of us, including fountain drinks. Pretty cheap. The bowls are very well served...a lot of meat, veggies and rice. Everything tasted fresh. My only complaint is that there was too much of the teriyaki type of sauce that they use. It was kind of overpowering. I enjoy the taste of ginger, but not when that's what I taste most in my food. I've never been to Waba Grill, but I have been to Flame Broiler, and I prefer it to this place. read more

I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl with just the rice and chicken. The chicken was either poor quality, or not cooked correctly. I am guessing poor quality. My wife calls this hard, crunchy chicken dog chicken, because that is who ends up getting it. Waba Grill is not my favorite place, but their chicken is top quality, cooked right and really good. This place had chicken that is inedible, not every piece, but at least half my bowl was horrid tasting chicken with an odd texture. I eat chicken all the time, and I know good vs. bad quality chicken.......I will not be back. read more

Best and most worth teriyaki in Temecula/ Murrieta by far This is place is amazing. I ordered their chicken plate for 7.99. Really good price and a lot of food. The container of food was heavy! They give you a lot of chicken (to the brim) and rice. They also even give you some oranges and apple slices as well as a salad. The salad even has baby tomatoes. Another solid 4 star place for a quick meal that's very satisfying. It's a typical teriyaki joint but they do it fresh and right. I was there on Wednesday dinner time and the place was pretty busy. Ordered my steak bowl and waited about 10 minutes to get my food because they were cooking my steak as I ordered. I had my order to go and it was still very warm when I got home. It was very filling. Only reason for not giving 5 star is because I feel that it's a bit overpriced. Over $7 for a bowl of teriyaki is little excessive in my opinion. They also have a small seating area where you can sit and eat there. They have a great selection from Chicken, Steak, Salmon, or veggie bowls or plates. The person at the counter was really nice, although there was a slight miscommunication with my order, mostly me being slightly indecisive, being my first time and all, but she was so nice. Huge portions! I already ate half my Salmon and I still have that much left over. Half of an avocado for $0.99 cents. Waba Grill has avocado for $1.80 and I don't even think it's a full half sometimes. Also, Waba Grill gives smaller portions compared to Top Grill and its a little bit cheaper. Really impressed.
