I am a regular here. I was introduced to this place from my boyfriend and his friends.. So it is fair to say that I go there at least once a month, if not more. Today, June 29th, 2025, My daughter wanted to come, for her second time, for her 12th birthday, to have korean barbecue. She had been talking about it for the whole week. We came in at 2 o'clock. The 2 girls at the front desk argued about who was going to serve us. Somebody took us to the table and we proceeded to wait 20 minutes with nobody coming over and asking us what we wanted to drink. Not even hello. Just hush glances and arguments in the kitchen. Finally, after almost 30 minutes of waiting, one girl decides to come over and I finally had enough and said no. I'm going to leave. This is not the first time when these two particular girls, when working, decided to ignore people including me and my boyfriend. I feel like he was intentional and I feel like this isnt this last time it will happen. I don't know what they're problem is. I don't know if it's because I'm white. I don't know if it's because my boyfriend's mexican but I have had enough. Every other time I walk in, the other servers are phenomenal, but when these 2 girls, who are working right now even, and also had an attitude when I called to talk to a manager to try to handle this civilly, they we rude. My husband and I came here on a double date with our new friends and we all had a great time. The waitress was super friendly, helped walk me through everything since i'm a newbie and changed our grill in a timely manner. She made sure to check on us plenty of times to see if we wanted to order more and she kept us updated on things like when the rice would be ready since they had to make a new batch. Just stop your search and go here! *trust me* I know my Korean BBQ as I grew up eating it all the time. That's 30+years lol The quality of their meat is insane. I highly recommend getting the option "premium B". If you are not a Kbbq pro, let me give you some guidance ;) 0. Order their awesome non meat menu (Corn cheese, rice cake, egg, shrimp tempura, soft tofu soup etc) these dishes will be great compliments to your meat. 1. Start with all the premium non marinated meat.(hanging tender,boneless short ribs.. ) 2. Finish #1 and order other non marinated beef you like on the menu. I personally like their brisket. This place use high quality brisket and its very rare in AYCE bbq. Other meat I like is beef belly. But just order whatever you like! 3. Before getting *too* full, hurry up and order the King kalbi. Remember to also order nengmyun noodles (I think it's called "cold noodle" on the menu) Most Koreans eat the cold noodles with the kalbi and it's sooo good. 4. Now when you feel like you gotta finish off, order the Crab Ramen and honeycomb pork belly. This pork belly is just on another level if you like your pork belly crispy on the outside. It's my favorite!! The crab inside the ramen is also so fresh too. Yumm 5. Pay for your meal and as you walk out, enjoy their free ice cream ;) Tip* They have 3 different types of grill (amazing detail!!) So ask your server to change the grill for you accordingly. They know which grill is best for each type of meat so ask! The ambiance here is superb, it reminds me of hip Korean bbq joints in Korea. Well our first table didn't work half way through ordering had to move tables and then the other table wasn't set properly food was there but no utensils plates or such.. then I had to track them down in the restaurant ask then I asked a second time and when I did I got a attitude sent my was from an employee it's not busy in here like it usually is it's maybe 8 tables right now it's just a weird feeling after all this especially when this little lady came in with a bunch of flowers and went to every single table asking if they wanted to buy flowers and then left... that WAS WEIRD.... I don't think don't recommend... it's cheap but you definitely pay for what you get here wouldn't recommend if you think your getting a great deal and want a good night out not a good choice there are better options. Pricing: The pricing and meat quality was about on par with other places we've visited. The offerings and pricing were excellent. As far as AYCE quality goes, the meat was very good and the portions each round are just right. That's the highlight of AYCE, if you want more, just ASK Variety: The standout aspect was the variety of other items as part of the AYCE experience. We loved all the options from noodles, skewers, fried apps and more. It gave us a chance to sample so many things aside from the meats. We had the cold noodles, fried chicken, sodduk and pork belly wrapped sausage skewers. I had never had the latter before and WHOA. Good stuff. Service: The service was great and everyone regularly checked on us and got us what we needed. No complaints! Ambience: TOP has a fun pub-like vibe that would be great for groups to hang out, eat, and drink. We didn't drink this visit but liked the selection offered include late night deals. Also, I very much enjoyed the TOP notch selection of Kpop playing (at least for most of our time there. Towards the end of our meal they switched to more Western pop music. Myself and four friends came to eat here Friday night. I suggested the place because I have been here multiple times previously. First off, they called our name & then said "the table will be ready in five minutes." then came back and called our name again and said "sorry it'll be ready in just a few." Then once we were seated we waited a while for the waiter, after ordering we put the meats on grill and started smelling gas. We told the waiter and she said "it's not your guy's grill, this one was just fixed. It's the table next to you guys." After waiting over 40 minutes we tasted the meats and it all tasted extremely like gas. We waited a while to tell the waiter and she never came. I had to go to the front where all the staff were just talking and told them "our meats taste like gas" one of the girls said "it tastes like ass?" and laughed. I repeated myself and said "it taste like GAS." Our original waiter said "It does smell a lot like gas over there, I thought it was the table next to them since that one just got fixed." THEN is when they moved us tables to a smaller one. We still did not complain even after all of this - inhaling gas fumes for about an hour! Ridiculous. After leaving a review one of the staff members called and told me I was lying since they spoke to all of the staff and they all said none of this never happened. When I asked for the staff members name she said "I'm just a host, you don't need my name." When I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor she then said "I am the shift lead on right now." and still did not want to give me her name. She then said "If you guys choose to come back we can give you guys free drinks?" Are you freaking kidding me?! Why would they move us tables if this never happened?! Had to try out the new Korean BBQ spot that's literally 2 minutes from our place!! We've been waiting for this place to open for a minute. Pass it every time I go to the grocery store and finally it was time! The staff was all very sweet and friendly. They made us feel welcomed and they were all very attentive as well. Made great recommendations from the menu. We enjoyed their service very much. I think they all got a kick out of our daughter dancing to the fun Kpop music that was playing. The food was great! Wow! Let me just start by saying i've never felt the need to write a yelp review until now. I first visited this location around July and have been consistently coming back every other week or so. I've tried a lot of different Korean BBQs and this is by far my favorite so far. Their food is amazing. It can be a little greasy sometimes but other than that it's very good. I've never had any problems with their meats, side dishes, or appetizers. As far as the service... phenomenal! Amy is our go-to server and I always request to have her if possible. She's wonderful and always makes sure to take care of us.
