Came here with family to get pedicures done. Sat down and immediately was met with confusion with staff not knowing what was happening. I sat down for my pedicure and was being tend to by an employee that must have been brand new and did not speak English. She was giving me confused looks prior to even being assigned to her. During the pedicure she did not know what she was doing at all. So bad to where I had to ask if I can switch employees. While ALL OF THIS WAS OCCURRING I asked if I could get a full set. As mentioned in previous reviews, there must be only one person who does acrylics. They asked the young woman and she was very rude and condescending, didn't give a yes or no if she could accommodate me, instead she just giggled and continued with her business. Her name was Rita. Even more so, during getting my nails done, she continued giving attitude and giggled several times all the while sitting right next to her work station. The ONLY person I appreciated was Linda. She did an EXCELLENT job with my pedicure. She was attentive, communicated and was genuine. This place needs more workers like Linda, the gentleman up front and the other woman that does acrylics working the front desk. If I would recommend this place, I would only for Linda. Prices are a bit on the expensive side however customer service is poor. read more

I've been coming here for years and have only had one bad experience (waxing), which occurred since they've been under new ownership. I contemplated not returning but, once I brought my issue to the owner, she was very apologetic and handled the issue professionally. I'm only writing this because I come here everytime I need my pedicure and I bring my daughter and have never had an issue until today I feel like in any job where there is human interaction you have to have some type of customer service skills right? Who has an attitude and argues with someone that comes into a salon and asks for something specific?!?! Also it's pretty rude to speak in a different language to your coworker when it's clear that I just pissed you off bc I simply asked you to clean up my nails a bit more than you did!!!! This review is only for waxing services with Angel. I have never had any nail services done at Top Nails. Angel is exactly that. She's a waxing angel. Love her. She's listens to what you want and never plucks, waxes, or cuts more or less than you want. I lived in Southern California for 27 years and happily went to Angel for eyebrow maintenance for at least 8 years before moving to Georgia for the past year. Ladies, if I know I'm coming home and can wait to have my eyebrows waxed my Angel, I do. I have literally chosen bushy and unkempt eyebrows for a month or so because I'd rather get them worked on by Angel than have someone in Georgia do them. That has to tell you something! The prices are extremely reasonable. $8 for eyebrows. Can't beat that. Make sure you tip Angel. She deserves it. read more

This place is very time sensitive and does a wonderful job. Jason as well as everyone else gets five stars. I love their color selection and how peaceful the salon is. They take their time and are very careful. My boy friend is 7 ft tall and they did his huge feet for only 24$. I read another review of this place of her complaining about a stupid buffet being reused. Who cares, other salons do it unless you're paying over 100 bucks for a manicure. This is a very small shop, so without an appointment you could be in for a long wait. The person who did my gel manicure was meticulous, even though it take quite a long time. That said, it is probably the best one I've ever had and lasted 3 weeks. My daughter's full set lasted about 3 weeks without a fill - and normally she only gets about a week and a half. Not sure where these people get the reviews ‍ Showed up yesterday and there were two ladies there one in the back and an older lady in the front working. As i came in for a manicure, the older lady calls the one in the back in their language and they yell at each other but the one in the back never came out. So the older lady took care of me and was really sweet but the manicure was terrible, I had to tell her to cut my cuticles, to clean my nails to file them then the color was all over my fingers like a 5 year old was doing it. So bad I told her to stop and when I was leaving, the gal who was behind came out and offered to fix them. But seriously after being there for over an hour and accomplish nothing I was like nah, see ya, after she refused to see me in the first place now she wants to fix it after Ive been there over an hour, so annoying. Anyway maybe some of the gals are good, but again the customer service was mediocre and on top of that they were telling me it was because my nails were short....lol I get manicures all the time, never had this issue when people know what they are doing. read more

I've been going to Top Nails for years now, and have always loved the outcome of my nails. But now with the recently changed managment my experience there was awful! A lady there kept bugging me about my eyebrows and upper lip hair telling me that I need to get it waxed even though I told them that I wouldn't like to. Then with my nails the ladies had me waiting 30 minuted until they actually started on them. The outcome of my nails was awful the lady didn't even cover my whole nail with polish. Although the worst thing was that while the lady was doing my nails she started to cut her own while she was doing mine! Me and my friend had a terrible time here. We came in excited because we seen there was only on person in the shop and three employees so we figured we would get taken right away but they took a long time to start on us. When they did the lady that helped me had no clue what she was doing and it was obvious. She hurt me and my friend multiple times she was rough with our fingers and cuticles. She kept messing up the placement when gluing on our tips and taking them off and starting over. She placed them very bad and even the other employee can tell but continued to let her. They were soooo slow with service and only one lady knows how to do acrylic so after the other lady glued our tips on we both had to wait for the one lady who knows how rood acrylic to help us. Then after the acrylic was placed i went back go the lady that didn't know what she was doing for a polish . She didn't even know better to put a top coat on, the other employee had to tell her put the top coat! My nails look bad, shaped bad, not filed down right. Overall terrible . Oh and i spent 3 hours in the shop. All me and my friend did was get a basic acrylic set... we were wondering why this shop wasn't busy at all and now we know why... just terrible read more
