Not only was Second Opinion's price more reasonable, their inspection was very thorough and they called blue stake out before giving us a quote so we knew they had all the information before starting the project. The owner was incredibly kind and great to work with. He and his apprentice showed up right on time, were very professional, and explained everything he was going to do. He was careful working around our drip lines and left the front yard spotless afterwards. This was a big job that we were dreading getting done but they made it surprisingly painless.
