Israel was terrific to work with! He actually answers his phone, is responsive, professional, and came on short notice for a leaking water supply line to my refrigerator on a Friday evening. He immediate identified the issue, turned off the supply to the refrigerator, came back the next day and replaced the entire supply line with copper and installed a shutoff valve, bringing all of it up to code. He communicated with me throughout the process and I must say Israel is a life saver! The 3rd party vendor that HomeD**** used to install my new refrigerator never should have left the supply connection with a slight leak. I've used Top Rank Plumbing twice now and they did a great job at fixing the problem. The first time they were able to clear a clog that was caused by a root and defective drain pipe. I used another plumber and all they did was move the root slightly to allow it to flow temporarily and only helped for a bit. Top Rank was able to remove a large chunk of the root so I could use water longer until I got the money for a permanent fix which also was a cheaper quote than the other plumber. They were able to fix my problem entirely without increasing the costs. I recommend Top Rank for honest and good work. read more

We needed to change from a countertop range to a new oven + range combo, but the pipes were arranged in such a way that the oven could not be installed properly.
