The worst $120 gel manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten. The older man who did my nails cut my cuticles multiple times and added a tip to one of my nails that was broken without even asking. I wanted my nails to be cut down because I have a baby, but he just proceeded to add a tip without asking me. My fault for not paying attention in the moment but it was too late to remove. They proceeded to polish my nails with old nail polish that was bubbling under the light. When I pointed it out, they said I had to pick a new polish color (every color I chose they were out of, so I left with a color I did not even want). Not sure how they couldn't tell the polish was old when painting both hands but I had to stay for another 45 minutes so he could take the polish off and repolish. I asked for a certain gel pedicure that was $45, but the woman told me she had already added something to the water that was for the $55 pedicure without my permission leaving me to pay the higher price. In the end, it took 2 hours to get a mani pedi. I wanted to try a new salon closer to the house, but it was a big mistake. My nails chipped 3 days later and because I am taking care of my newborn baby, I can't freely go to get them fixed whenever I want. I will continue going to precious pearl nails where they do a mani pedi in an hour and they last me a month without chipping or breaking. Save your money and time. read more

I got full set acrylic done with them for $45. They take walk-ins and they're really quick with their work. I'm glad they don't over file my nail so I came out of the appointment sore-free! When you first walk in, they ask you to pick a color from the variety of nail polish on the wall. My only complaint is that the shape of my nails look bean-like instead of them being straight. I would never go back to this nail salon. I came here for my wedding nails since (at the time) it had high ratings, however after my experience it's hard to believe it was rated so high. I came here with my cousin (my maid of honor) and they butchered her nails. We thought they had redeemed themselves by not charging her and walking her to the car while continuing to apologize, however this was not the case. My nails finished later (after my cousin already left) and they proceeded to tell me the cost of my nails AND THE COST OF MY COUSIN'S NAILS. I refused to pay for my cousins nails but left a tip for her nail artist. The whole interaction was incredibly manipulative. Please save your money and go literally anywhere else! read more

I'd say this place is more like a 4.5 stars. So far every nail technician I had did a decent job, so don't have any complaints there. However, I do wish that they first start off by using acetone soaked cottons and then try and use the drill to remove my gel nails. I feel like if they go straight to removing my gel with the drill tool, my natural nails will thin out. I will be going back again due to their price for gel manicure. Great deal for gel nails. I knocked off the stars because they use a drill to file down your the top of your nail. I don't do my nails often so I didn't speak up when it happened. It was only after did I learn that it's not necessary to do that and it's bad for your nails. The design skills and patience of my nail lady was great though. It's been 12 days and I noticed that it's not really lasting as long as the manicure I previously had (tip is chipping a bit) but it's not a big deal. This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I came in with beautiful long nails that I had grown out for weeks. I told him I wanted to keep them long, I am a bridesmaid in four weddings in the next month. He immediately cut ALL my nails off BELOW my finger (like you can see my finger above the nail). They were so short that when they tried to file my nails they were filing my skin. They kept trying to convince me to get acrylics to "fix" it when i clearly asked for dip, explained the shape and the length i wanted from the beginning. I had asked for ombré dip and they look hideous on these short stubs of nails. I was absolutely not planning on paying full price because my nails were RUINED and initially they walked me to my car (I am on crutches) and apologized sincerely and did not ask me to pay. This alleviated a lot of my disappointment/ sadness/ annoyance. However, about 30 mins later my cousin called me (the bride to be) and said they were charging HER for my nails. It was COMPLETELY disrespectful and shady. She left a tip for the man who tried to fix my nails (which honestly I should have done at least) but refused to pay for my nails. See them for yourselves below. I feel SO sad that I grew these out for weeks so they'd look beautiful as I am the maid of honor in three weddings and a bridesmaid in one in the next several weeks. They completely ruined it and even LAUGHED at me when the guy who was cutting my nails started cutting my cousins and I asked her to check and make sure he doesn't cut them all off (it is her wedding!!!) I will not be back and I wouldn't have written the bad review if they hadn't tried to force my cousin to pay for my nails. I will add that she lied (according to my cousin) as she said that I left without paying when in reality she walked me from my chair to my car apologizing the whole way. They move a little fast and I felt a few pricks and pins during the pedicure service. BUT gurrrrrrrllllll..!!!!! How many nails shops you know that has GOOD air ventilation. I got a mani pedi without feeling nauseous from the fumes. The technicians are very friendly, a little pushy, but overall super pleasant! My experience all together was so weird. They were aggressively nice when walking in, had us wait 25 mins which wasn't that big of a deal I didn't mind cause I was indecisive. Once the man sat down he didn't even greet me or anything just started working on my nails, didn't ask what I wanted or anything. I had to say "can I have this " (french tip) he said okay . Didn't talk again until he needed to know how long I wanted the nails. Then once he started to paint then he put on an aqua pink base coat which was not the one I wanted at all. He didn't even ask nor match the picture . After the base I was trusting the process because it was not terrible but he globbed white polish on my nails and continued to carve out French tip w nail polish remover. I was stunned. When it was finished I was not completely unsatisfied they were okay but not what I asked for. He seemed to be a sweet guy and did them fast maybe it just wasn't his day. However the guy who did my friends nails did amazing . I do nails so I ended up fixing them , I just wanted my nails done and didn't want to do them but I ended up having to anyway. read more

Quality. The guy who worked on my nails/ manicure did a horrible job cleaning up the cuticles, cutting my nails unevenly, leaving edges,and just the effort entirely was weak. Basically he didn't do it. All I needed was a clean up of cuticles a cut/file. He acted like he was doing just that.. just to find out the magic of putting on cuticle oil and tucking away skin . The lady that worked on my feet put a bit more effort than he did for sure! Never again 55 bucks for lazy work. Not planning on going back especially if a regular/ basic manicure/ pedicure can't even be done right. This place is one of the worst services ever. It seemed it was a shock to ask for some basic service and the. The shocker was the below basic delivery of the service. The vibe.. just put your phone on translate and sit back and read what it types as they talk. People pay you to do what you chose to do.. please be right and don't bite hands and feet that feed you.
