Unfortunately, the quality of the pedicure and gel manicure I received wasn't very good. Not sure if they diluted the nail polish. But the quality of the polish is thin and there were tiny bumps in my polish. For the cost the quality wasn't there.

Top Spa N Nails is my go to nail salon! I try to bring friends with me too when I come! This time my friend got a gel manicure, my other friend got a pedicure, and I got a Gel X manicure. Peter and Cathy were very friendly and nice. My Gel X nails ended up being my engagement nails! Got them done last Friday, my best friend and boyfriend (now fiancé) helped plan and execute an epic proposal on Saturday! I get lots of compliments on my nails and I definitely recommend this place to others! Any design you can think of they can execute

I got full set acrylic done with them for $45. They take walk-ins and they're really quick with their work. I'm glad they don't over file my nail so I came out of the appointment sore-free! When you first walk in, they ask you to pick a color from the variety of nail polish on the wall. My only complaint is that the shape of my nails look bean-like instead of them being straight. Haha but it is what it is.

I would never go back to this nail salon. I came here for my wedding nails since (at the time) it had high ratings, however after my experience it's hard to believe it was rated so high. I came here with my cousin (my maid of honor) and they butchered her nails. We thought they had redeemed themselves by not charging her and walking her to the car while continuing to apologize, however this was not the case. My nails finished later (after my cousin already left) and they proceeded to tell me the cost of my nails AND THE COST OF MY COUSIN'S NAILS. I refused to pay for my cousins nails but left a tip for her nail artist. The whole interaction was incredibly manipulative. Please save your money and go literally anywhere else!

The worst $120 gel manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten. The older man who did my nails cut my cuticles multiple times and added a tip to one of my nails that was broken without even asking. I wanted my nails to be cut down because I have a baby, but he just proceeded to add a tip without asking me. My fault for not paying attention in the moment but it was too late to remove. They proceeded to polish my nails with old nail polish that was bubbling under the light. When I pointed it out, they said I had to pick a new polish color (every color I chose they were out of, so I left with a color I did not even want). Not sure how they couldn't tell the polish was old when painting both hands but I had to stay for another 45 minutes so he could take the polish off and repolish. I asked for a certain gel pedicure that was $45, but the woman told me she had already added something to the water that was for the $55 pedicure without my permission leaving me to pay the higher price. In the end, it took 2 hours to get a mani pedi. I wanted to try a new salon closer to the house, but it was a big mistake. My nails chipped 3 days later and because I am taking care of my newborn baby, I can't freely go to get them fixed whenever I want. I will continue going to precious pearl nails where they do a mani pedi in an hour and they last me a month without chipping or breaking. Save your money and time. read more

I'd say this place is more like a 4.5 stars. So far every nail technician I had did a decent job, so don't have any complaints there. However, I do wish that they first start off by using acetone soaked cottons and then try and use the drill to remove my gel nails. I feel like if they go straight to removing my gel with the drill tool, my natural nails will thin out. I will be going back again due to their price for gel manicure. Oh and Peter did an amazing job with my Halloween design loved it. Spider and a cob Webb. Should have taken a photo!!! read more

Great deal for gel nails. I knocked off the stars because they use a drill to file down your the top of your nail. I don't do my nails often so I didn't speak up when it happened. It was only after did I learn that it's not necessary to do that and it's bad for your nails. The design skills and patience of my nail lady was great though. It's been 12 days and I noticed that it's not really lasting as long as the manicure I previously had (tip is chipping a bit) but it's not a big deal. I still love the design and got lots of compliments for it. read more

This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I came in with beautiful long nails that I had grown out for weeks. I told him I wanted to keep them long, I am a bridesmaid in four weddings in the next month. He immediately cut ALL my nails off BELOW my finger (like you can see my finger above the nail). They were so short that when they tried to file my nails they were filing my skin. They kept trying to convince me to get acrylics to "fix" it when i clearly asked for dip, explained the shape and the length i wanted from the beginning. I had asked for ombré dip and they look hideous on these short stubs of nails. I was absolutely not planning on paying full price because my nails were RUINED and initially they walked me to my car (I am on crutches) and apologized sincerely and did not ask me to pay. This alleviated a lot of my disappointment/ sadness/ annoyance. However, about 30 mins later my cousin called me (the bride to be) and said they were charging HER for my nails. It was COMPLETELY disrespectful and shady. She left a tip for the man who tried to fix my nails (which honestly I should have done at least) but refused to pay for my nails. See them for yourselves below. I feel SO sad that I grew these out for weeks so they'd look beautiful as I am the maid of honor in three weddings and a bridesmaid in one in the next several weeks. They completely ruined it and even LAUGHED at me when the guy who was cutting my nails started cutting my cousins and I asked her to check and make sure he doesn't cut them all off (it is her wedding!!!) I will not be back and I wouldn't have written the bad review if they hadn't tried to force my cousin to pay for my nails. I will add that she lied (according to my cousin) as she said that I left without paying when in reality she walked me from my chair to my car apologizing the whole way. It looks like my kid sister did my nails. read more

They move a little fast and I felt a few pricks and pins during the pedicure service. BUT gurrrrrrrllllll..!!!!! How many nails shops you know that has GOOD air ventilation. I got a mani pedi without feeling nauseous from the fumes. The technicians are very friendly, a little pushy, but overall super pleasant! Most importantly--they laid down clean smooth coats on my claws. Jen did my nails and Kathy did my pedicure. read more

Both of my experiences here have been great. I bite my nails down to the bones, I know working on my nails was a mission and probably so tedious. I'm very self-conscious about my nails. They were super professional and friendly. I got a same day appointment both times. Everyone was super friendly. Their prices are reasonable and fair. This nail salon has great prices and my nails turned out great. They're willing to do any designs or additions you like and it's doesn't cost an arm and a leg. However, when it comes to details it could be a little better and my nails aren't lasting as long as I would like. You get what you pay for but I definitely would recommend. All the staff is very friendly and I felt comfortable and they provided excellent customer service. read more

Quality. The guy who worked on my nails/ manicure did a horrible job cleaning up the cuticles, cutting my nails unevenly, leaving edges,and just the effort entirely was weak. Basically he didn't do it. All I needed was a clean up of cuticles a cut/file. He acted like he was doing just that.. just to find out the magic of putting on cuticle oil and tucking away skin . The lady that worked on my feet put a bit more effort than he did for sure! Never again 55 bucks for lazy work. Not planning on going back especially if a regular/ basic manicure/ pedicure can't even be done right. This place is one of the worst services ever. It seemed it was a shock to ask for some basic service and the. The shocker was the below basic delivery of the service. The vibe.. just put your phone on translate and sit back and read what it types as they talk. People pay you to do what you chose to do.. please be right and don't bite hands and feet that feed you. Seriously. read more

Amazing nail salon, everyone here is very friendly and professional. All the nail technicians are great at what they do, I'm very pleased every time I walk out of here. My experience all together was so weird. They were aggressively nice when walking in, had us wait 25 mins which wasn't that big of a deal I didn't mind cause I was indecisive. Once the man sat down he didn't even greet me or anything just started working on my nails, didn't ask what I wanted or anything. I had to say "can I have this " (french tip) he said okay . Didn't talk again until he needed to know how long I wanted the nails. Then once he started to paint then he put on an aqua pink base coat which was not the one I wanted at all. He didn't even ask nor match the picture . After the base I was trusting the process because it was not terrible but he globbed white polish on my nails and continued to carve out French tip w nail polish remover. I was stunned. When it was finished I was not completely unsatisfied they were okay but not what I asked for. He seemed to be a sweet guy and did them fast maybe it just wasn't his day. However the guy who did my friends nails did amazing . I do nails so I ended up fixing them , I just wanted my nails done and didn't want to do them but I ended up having to anyway. read more

Found my new nail spot! From the moment I walked in everyone was beyond attentive and sweet. That was around the time when the nail tech walked over to me for the first time to ask if I had chosen a color, not when my feet were in the water or when I was receiving the service, as I stated. She also walked away after the initial contact and returned a couple times, throwing supplies on her cart before proceeding. Regardless of that, my Zelle payment for tip was also confirmed at 6:54pm. So I do want to acknowledge that my time there was about an hour and a half total from my arrival/ appointment time. There was also not a "light residue" of the scrub left, there was literal exfoliating pieces/ beads and cream that I was able to scrape off my leg with my fingernail. There is no need to note my preferences as I will not be going back. If I had known that later appointments were known to be thrown off schedule, I would've just showed up late so I didn't have to wait. There was no update or follow up. While I understand it is the business owners responsibility to ensure all reviews are accurate, the repeated attempt to disprove what I stated was unnecessary when the issue still stands: my appointment time was not honored, i had literal pieces of scrub and gel on my leg, and someone used a cuticle cutter to PULL pieces of my toenail off without asking me. I understand these services are a luxury; I would not come in expecting to be waited on but I do expect basic communication and respect. The service and response were both disappointing.

I told her that next time I only want two coats. She replied that next time I need to tell her but how would I think she'd do three coats when she did only two on my hands? I am a little surprised at her retort. I still tipped generously because I appreciate the intention but not likely to come back.

My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. And thanks again for the massage therapist recommendation. Rest and recovery, here I come!

If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

I had a great first impression when i first entered this shop they were very welcoming, however i DO NOT RECCOMEND the male nail tech. he was very reserve and often strict minded. NOT only was his aura the most unpleasant but he cut my cuticles too low!!! to the point where they were Bleeding a lot. I SHOULD HAVE STOPPED THERE .... but i continued to let him redeem himself. after i washed the blood off he styled my nails. I was rushed out by this individual as soon as another customer came in and it was only 10 mins after completing my nails. I will never go back. Then i got back home and my fingers continued to bleed. its been two days and as you can see it is a deep cut trying to heal. SMH NEVER. read more

It's my first time getting a pedicure from a nail salon. Usually I get it from my family just for fun. When I first step into the salon, it was super clean, and their staffs are nice enough to give us some discounts. I had some problems with my foot and Anna (one of the staffs) rubbed off the dead skin and bad problems on my feet. After 30 or more minutes, my feet felt like a soft tofu. I enjoyed they give me service such as the massage chairs and some chill music. I would definitely go here again, maybe for both manicure and pedicure. read more
